这家私房菜館位置不显眼，菜肴卻很出彩！從中能感受到廚師自己的用心，不似一般飯店出品的菜。我們嘗試了清蒸東星斑，咕嚕肉，聖子王和鹽焗奄仔蟹，都相當滿意！尤以東星斑最美味：鮮滑無比！服務熱情周到。很多熟客捧場，本身說明是一家經得起時間檢驗的老飯館。

今日中午特地造訪新開至K11 Muse 的王家沙。點了幾道王家沙招牌小菜，發現蘇式小籠包和姜汁湯圓尤其好味。小籠包乃經典上海點心，是所有香港上海飯館必備的一道。但是，做得地道，美味又健康的，少之又少，即便米其林星級上海菜館。王家沙這款小籠包達標。芝麻湯圓薄皮大餡，甜度適中，很不錯👍試點的兩道點心，值得推薦！:)…Read More
