話說很久沒到港島區用膳,剛巧在銅鑼灣上一日堂,就順勢約同學仔落堂後在銅鑼灣食個晚餐。同學仔想食韓國菜,就上網搜尋搵到呢間樓上舖,呢座大廈挺多食肆,因為我們入座時間尚早,人流不算多,但食到一半發現已經入座率超過一半了。侍應不是韓大叔,全部都是年輕人, 應該是Oppa才對吧,哈哈!見我們第一次到店,就介紹了好幾款菜式給我們,就跟著Oppa 的推介點了幾樣。醬油海鮮拼盤配紫菜飯醬油蟹非常鮮味,拌紫菜飯中和濃味一流韓式鐵板魷魚炒麵熱辣辣香噴噴,辣醬炒魷魚很惹味海鮮煎餅這個十分推薦,沾少許魚露,鹹鹹香香,外脆內軟,眼見枱枱都有點這道菜溶岩芝士蛋捲要襯熱吃,裡面的芝士半溶狀況,跟雞蛋超夾冰橙特飲好特別一條橙柱,飲完一整杯,橙片融化後又可以食,很滿足的一杯飲料…Read More

閒日晚上入座,眼見只有一台客人在第三張卡位食緊野,在沒有招呼的情況下我和朋友坐了第二張卡位。睇餐牌準備點菜時,有一位女士(疑似是老闆娘)要求我們轉枱去第一張卡位(比較近門口較熱的位置),但我目測第一張和第二張卡位基本上是一模一樣大的,所以忍不住詢問為何要轉枱?而她回應因為第一張卡位是2人坐,而第二張卡位是3人以上坐,一陣繁忙時間就會人多,所以要我們轉一轉枱將就一下。我們之後應要求轉了枱(已經有hard feeling),熱住咁食了3個小菜,回鍋肉、賽螃蟹、銀芽炒鱔糊,先講味道~回鍋肉不過不失,送飯一流,因為味道偏重,賽螃蟹就過咗火,蛋白有點老,蟹肉超少,鱔糊就味道偏淡,銀芽多過鱔,實屬正常。點了一杯豆漿,超細杯。茶位收3蚊一位,但杯茶唔熱又冇味,似用嚟洗碗筷嘅多,咁就食咗300蚊。題外話~食完整餐飯大約一個小時,都沒有一台客人入來,所以會否太高估自己的生意?…Read More

朋友提前電話預約,要不是職員打開鏡門,都不知道別有洞天,內在環境感覺與外面隔絕了,師傅們熱情招待,感覺像去了朋友家作客吃日本私房菜,哈哈。Omakase餐牌都是時令,由廚師發辦,所以食材都很新鮮新穎。先付青瓜甘草漬,靜岡蕃茄,岩手縣八爪魚季節當造二品岩手縣赤崎真蠔九州黑目魚,加了少許柚子胡椒和炸京蔥絲鱧魚湯~就是香港稱為門鱔。鱧魚可作刺身或灸燒。加入隱元豆,新順菜,師傅用刀將鱧魚去哂所有骨,加少許梅醬,非常搭配。北海道鮟康魚肝,用紅酒煮過加上奈良漬和芽蔥炸成春卷,加上炸過的冰菜,口感特別。近江A5和牛天婦羅,季節野菜天婦羅(賀茂茄子,蓮藕)。超級軟糯的和牛,肉味非常香濃。唐墨 冷素麵冷素麵加上烏魚子碎和紫蘇花,一啖過食好豐富口感和味道。大拖中拖赤身中拖羅刺身,赤身醬油漬,大拖羅灸燒過。三款都有豐富魚香,尤其燒過的大拖羅,更顯油香。季節之燒物地金目鯛,靜岡縣伊豆海域。師傅說金目鯛分了冲、島、地,其中地為最高級別,燒出肉汁嫰滑來。北海道雲丹岩手縣海膽,配上北海道牡丹蝦,三文魚子,淡雪鹽,極級鮮味,愛死了。蟹土鍋御飯就是釜飯,有毛蟹肉,高菜,白飯魚,三葉草。非常香氣淋漓的一道飯。果物巨峰,蜜瓜。甜甜蜜蜜滿載而歸。…Read More
