於雜誌看到一篇介紹應該是新開的食店,見到價錢不貴,於是致電訂枱一試。去到的時候比預期早,見室內環境相當唔錯,枱與枱之間空間感夠。:)這間食店以私房菜形式經營,亦以海鮮為主題,聽事頭婆向客人介紹說其店另有生意經營海鮮批發,所以用料新鮮及即製關係,保証客人滿意。坐下來,已有一些餐前小食 ﹣ 蜜汁合桃和芝麻木耳,本耳有些微辣,對於我不嚐辣來說亦易入口!接著有八道主菜:凍震鮑魚配酸瓜 ﹣ 鮑魚味鮮及稔,酸瓜很開胃安格斯牛柳 ﹣ 如果客人想要熟透,可向店員要求,牛柳大約六至七成熟,無雪味幾好石鍋斑頭腩 ﹣ 很新鮮的一道菜,但要小心斑腩有很多骨即製蜜絲骨 ﹣ 極力推介,好好食,因即製關係,入口異常香脆翡翠炒斑球 ﹣ 用芹菜來炒,配合得好好花膠扒時蔬 ﹣ 又係極力推介,用料新鮮煮出黎既食物入口係相當美味油鹽水浸花蛤 ﹣ 一句 ﹣ 正!魚湯泡飯 ﹣ 呢個泡飯用上蝦米、東菇絲、肉碎和飯焦來煮,入口有咬口最後還有甜品 ﹣ 喳咋,因自製關係,不太甜,好味!私房菜兩位起,最好訂位,每位$198加一。…Read More

話說有外賣,但換來一肚火之數次經驗

這間餐廳最好訂位,但訂位只會留枱十分鐘,而因本人想要近門口卡位關係,故早前已致電留枱。這裡環境很舒服,食物質素有保証,我同我老公倆人非常喜歡在這裡用膳。我老公要了一個肉眼扒配蒜蓉汁薯菜、忌廉湯等。真要講講這個忌廉湯,除了粟米之外還有西芹粒和三文魚肉粒,製作認真非常好味。老公既肉眼扒很大件,這個SIZE既肉眼扒於超市買的話肯定要近百蚊,這個餐只是HKD108,所以非常抵食。我就要了個煎鵝肝量(HKD118)和黑松露鮮雞石頭鍋飯(HKD88)。煎鵝肝有兩件,配上炸蒜片和綠色SOUR CREAM來食,口感味道一流。讚。黑松露鮮雞石頭鍋飯據說用農場雞,真是很有雞味,飯味亦一流,這個價錢加22蚊可有湯及餐飲。本來想飯後點甜品的,但經過以上食物之後,我倆亦已相當飽,留待下次吧!…Read More
