今晚約左4個大學同學出黎食飯,原來想食pizza hut,但是尖沙咀區好似無,所以揀左間高級版,就是Pizza Express。焗麵包球熱辣辣既圓碌碌麵包,見到都已經好想食,外層脆脆地,入面暖笠笠,可加蒜蓉牛油、乾蕃茄醬或 Genovese 香草汁。牛油融化在熱既麵包上,令麵包更香,更美味,而香草汁都唔差,好清新,不過我比較欣賞乾蕃茄醬,蕃茄味道濃郁, 好似食緊港式pizza包咁。主廚精選沙律食正餐前,當然少不免要點一客沙律,一黎清一清腸胃,幫助消化,二黎可以打下底,幫手隔一隔主菜的油。沙律的材料好豐富,有雞肉、火腿、芳堤娜芝士及 emmental 芝士、雞蛋、 橄欖、酸豆、車厘茄及青菜,撈埋佢地既招牌沙律醬,感覺好Fresh,認真開胃。帕爾馬薄餅我最鐘意食薄批,既香口又好脆,有好多料,包括:帕爾瑪火腿、ricotta 芝士、巴馬臣芝士、迷迭香、 意式玉米粉 (不含馬蘇里拉芝士),咸咸地既帕爾瑪火腿加埋芝士的香味,真係好好味,如果火腿最後先放上pizza,味道應該更好。廚師的火侯控制差左少少,個pizza焗得耐,所以批邊焗「lone」左,低整體還可以。意式野菌螺絲粉螺絲粉的材料有意大利野菌、螺絲粉,以蘑菇汁慢火炒至均勻,最後再加上松露菌油,侍應未上檯已經嗅到野菌及松露的香味,完全征服了我。松露菌油絕對有畫龍點睛的作用,大大增添了螺絲粉的香味,而且螺絲粉充滿彈力,好彈牙,下次可以encore。馬莎拉雞肉長通粉馬莎拉雞肉長通粉有雞肉、portabella 蘑菇及長通粉,並以淡香馬莎拉酒及百里香醬汁同埋巴馬臣芝士,香草味濃郁,加上芝士的咸香味,味道調較得岩岩好,雞肉雖然都有d肉汁,不過有d老、質地有d“諧”,可以做得更好。全程晚飯在「那些年」既回憶同歡笑聲中渡過了2小時,然後散會各自回家。…Read More

多啦A夢的吸引力,唔駛多講,只要去下海港城就知道。上星期六,與朋友C諗住聚一聚,見到商場既人潮,即刻同聲講:「快d食完飯離開人山人海的海港城,轉個靜d既場!」好快揀左去Suzuki Café,因為星期六加上又係食晏時候,所以人都唔少,好彩岩岩有張雙人檯,唔駛等位。餐廳環境都幾開揚,有太陽曬到入黎,又望到海景,只可惜人太多,坐唔到出去。入到去先發現星期六無Set Lunch,只得大menu,一個飯/意都成70幾80蚊,覺得有d唔抵,叫埋飲品成百成蚊,所以無叫飲品。我實在太肚餓, 叫左築前雞肉鍋飯,可惜落單後等左成20分鐘,食物先到,由好肚餓等到唔係好餓。個飯都係咁,除左雞肉,重有幾條荷蘭豆、蓮耦、紅蘿蔔,個汁好似有麵豉,都幾開胃,個飯既份量都幾大,食左一半就已經飽飽地,勉強只能食到8成。朋友C叫左咖喱雞肉鍋飯,普通的日式咖喱,夏天食甘甜的咖喱都幾適合,雞肉都幾新鮮,只奇怪的是咖喱上面有提子乾、菠蘿同車厘子乾,又咸又甜,唔知會唔會生飛茲呢?埋單個時,都等左成分鐘,成餐人飯就咁食左一個鐘頭,之後速逃海港城去飲野。…Read More

今日下午,同事C想食越南野,所以同佢兩個人去左亞士厘道搵食。見到亞士厘中心有間樓上越南餐廳,就走左上去。午飯時間坐無虛席,好彩唔駛等好耐,係門口等左大約5分鐘就有位。同事C話今日熱辣辣,想食無咁heavy既野,所以叫左碗豬扒撈檬,酸酸味味,都算開胃,味道就一般,普普通通,不過不失,但係幾大碗,同事C食左7成就飽。我鐘意食湯粉,叫左札肉雞絲河,湯底都幾清,味道都唔錯,溫度岩岩好,唔會太熱,又唔係太凍。我對味精都幾敏感,但係食完唔覺口渴,應該無落味精,雞絲都算滑,札肉就同其他的無乜分別。食午飯都ok,下次可以叫埋其他同事,試其他款式。…Read More

我愛魚生飯!

之前係openrice見到呢間餐廳,食物好似幾好味,而且可以幫到有語言障礙的小朋友,所以心郁郁想去試,今晚終於有機會啦!:)餐廳簡約的裝修,摩登得黎又有日本feel,可以選擇坐吧檯或者架位,環境都幾舒服,無一般日本餐廳咁暗。一入門口,侍應好快咁帶我地坐低,好有禮貌咁俾餐牌我地同倒茶。除左壽司、刺身等大路野之外,重有天婦羅同串燒,款式都算多,花左10分鐘都未揀好,就問下侍應有何推介,佢介紹我地食魚生同燒和牛,見到openrice既相都介紹過,所以就叫左雜錦魚生飯定食同石燒澳洲和牛定食,雖然一個定食都要二百蚊左右,但都算抵食,有沙律、前菜、蒸蛋、烏冬/飯、湯同生果。首先送到的是雜錦魚生飯,好colourful,一見到就充滿食慾,入面有吞拿魚、油甘魚、三文魚、三文魚籽同蟹籽,睇落去d魚生都幾新鮮,有光澤,顏色都幾靚,魚生份量都唔少,唔似其他地方食到最後得返d飯,無曬餸。魚生一食落口即溶,d魚籽、蟹子一咬落去“博博”聲,好似食緊爆炸糖咁。聽侍應講,d魚生係每日新鮮由其他地方空運到港,唔怪得咁鮮味。晚餐另一主角石燒和牛後隨送上,以燒熱的石頭一同上檯,可以聽到“乍乍”聲,急不及待要試食,牛肉燒得岩岩好,既唔會太老、又有肉汁,男朋友搞笑咁講,話「此肉只溶係口、唔溶係手」,配埋日本米,真係一流。另外,值得一提的是蒸蛋,滑溜得黎又有蛋味,絕對想encore!之前都試過自己蒸水蛋,但係可能時間控制得唔好,所以d蛋又老又實,真係要請教一下師傅。有美味的魚生同和牛相伴,今晚真係過得很開心。…Read More

同男友成日都會周圍食唔同嘅餐廳,今次試左喺上環開左唔係好耐嘅La Parole,由上環地鐵站去5分鐘都唔使就到是日星期五, 爆哂, 好在男友一早book左位, 侍應帶左我地去中間坐, 餐廳個環境暗暗地, 都幾浪漫, 水bar個位仲會轉色, 幾得意坐左一陣就上左d餐包同小食, 餐包有幾款, 因為唔太肚餓同想留肚, 淨係試左一款有nuts嘅, 味道唔錯, 個小食細細份, 都幾好食前菜要左哈密瓜西班牙火腿, 個火腿係比較濃味果種, 不過都幾有肉味, 配埋哈密瓜一齊食就平衡番個味道, 而且ham份量仲有好多添, 即時覺得好抵至於主菜我要左三文魚配龍蝦汁, 三文魚稍稍煎過, 外面是脆的, 因為唔係煎到全熟, 入面好嫩滑, 而龍蝦汁香濃, 令三文魚味道濃起來而男友要左大蝦墨魚麵條, 個麵加左唔同顏色嘅配菜, 令本身黑色的麵條冇咁沉悶, 佢個醬幾特別, 綠色的, 不過我地2個試左都唔知係咩, 個大蝦都ok新鮮, 不過男友話要大碟d先夠佢食….甜品係紅桑子酥皮伴雪糕, 2層酥皮中間有d cream夾住好多紅桑子, 酥皮夠脆, 不過真係太多cream喇, 要整番d出黎, 不過呢個甜品好適合女仔食, 而男仔就…好在男友揀左pancake, 唔係佢一定唔會食個甜品飲埋餐飲坐左一陣搞到成11點先走, 不過無論食物質素定環境都值得推介…Read More
