Located at Repulse Bay with perfect bamboo and wood decoration, gives me a vacation-like getaway. Sitting and eating on the bamboo chair over the water...it feels like heaven! Truly in love with nature.We all know that Balinese Roast Pig is famous; the one in TRI is even better tasted than what I had in Bali. How can they do this?? Like miracle! It is so touching and yummy to taste, the yellow skin is so crispy and tasty; the meat is smooth and delicate...The rice is "peaceful and calm" to eat; it tastes like home, with ginger flavour it surely tastes better than home!Very good recommendation from the sommelier, the Champagene and Rose are fine and easy to drink.As a fan of Bibo, I have a deja vu sensation with the desserts.
