TEA時間終於一訪近期個個都去食既熱溶芝士熱狗! 剛到步既感覺係店舖太小,人又太多,如果想堂食要有心理準備要出下汗先有得食,因為想企入店等位都有難度,但門口又無排隊的安排,有點兒混亂。門口放了COMBO的餐牌,店內有其他選擇:選了芝士牛套餐。一個套餐跟一個熱狗,一罐汽水以及指定小食。牛油粟米:熱溶芝士牛仔腸熱狗:超巨型熱狗腸再鋪滿邪惡既肉醬同溶左既芝士,芝士混合肉醬口味香濃,熱狗腸超大。但可能期望愈大,所以有D失望。稍微覺得食落太heavy,牛仔腸的味道與肉醬芝士唔太夾,味道同口感亦沒有特別驚喜,芝士太厚,食食下有d "濟"。同埋店入面冷氣唔太足夠,一邊食一邊流汗  可能下次可以試下其他熱狗配搭。不過店員的親切值得一讚,會向每位客人介紹如何配搭熱狗較好味…Read More

每次說「想食好野」,Greyhound一定是選單上的其中一間! 平日晚上人比較少,不用排隊,立即入上次試了那個排骨生菜包,覺得普普通通,今次再試新菜 - 秘製肉碎手包粉卷 (9/10)。越南粉卷吃過很多次,自己包還是第一次! 一疊粉皮取一塊攤開,加點肉碎,再加點泰式蒜蓉香料醬,摺起粉卷包住,一口吃掉,味道非常夾!隨個人喜好可以包生菜扮生菜包食法,生菜長得很漂亮,形容這樣很奇怪,不過看圖片你就明白!! 是半圓形拱起的完美生菜包形狀 !! 完美主義者看見會很興奮.. 未食過生菜包是用那樣完美的生菜不過!!! 生菜只有三塊.. 少得可憐;粉皮亦可隨個人喜好或加厚或減薄,(仍然未知道被我堅持撕出很薄那片到底是一片還是半片..)數量幾多(如果堅持每份都像我一樣撕很薄);除了食法比較麻煩,味道和創意都是!然後重點來了—甜品! Greyhound的甜品是會令人上癮的! 今次點了野莓千層班戟蛋糕(9.5/10)。野莓千層班戟蛋糕 —超高分之作! 千層班戟蛋糕配野莓夾心,表面同四周倒了有粒粒莓肉的雜莓醬。平時有點兒怕吃"實的的"的芝士/忌廉蛋糕,但這千層蛋糕層次分明,班戟皮薄,口感鬆軟,吃 起來少了一種膩;忌廉幼滑,味道是偏淡那種,入口即溶! 野莓醬和雜莓肉少少酸,把忌廉的邪惡感中和得超好,完全沒有"溜"的感覺,我會形容它們是perfect match! *特別一提: Greyhound的服務很貼心,點甜品後會給你先清理桌面,然後換上新碟及叉子for甜品。即使我二人只點了一件蛋糕,服務員也貼心地問是否share然後換上兩份餐具。期待下一次再食好野!…Read More

香港大學站通車後去德記方便好多喇!地鐵站出來過對面馬路就到 星期五晚下班後立即去德記等位,晚餐時間好多人!印象中大部份打冷餐廳都好「麻甩」,不過德記環境則非常衛生整潔。我們兩個人可以坐四人桌,即使在星期五晚這個繁忙時間亦不用搭台,這一點非常欣賞:)雖然我們只有兩個人,可是看見餐牌每樣都想吃!眼闊肚窄,最後還是叫了四個小菜(已經忍痛刪減了幾個想吃的)(題外話:下單的姐姐非常好笑容)胡椒豬肚湯(9/10):意想不到的大碗—點了一個例牌size,心想兩個人每人一碗就好,湯來的時候實在有點驚訝:咁抵?!才送到就飄來一陣胡椒香氣,只是例牌大概已經可以盛出約五碗份量,而且好足料,大大片酸菜和豬肚藏也藏不住!湯夠香濃,黑椒的份量剛好,不會太辣。酸菜和豬肚口感竟然能保持少爽口,沒有「湯渣」感覺。鹵水鵝肉片($93)(8.5/10):我較喜歡吃軟林入味的鵝片,這碟滿足到我鹵水鵝一定要沾白醋,愈食愈開胃,完全沒有肥膩感。墊底有鹵水豆腐,入哂鹵水味,不是主角卻一樣出色。潮式糖醋伊麵($63)(8.5/10):外貌像薄餅,把幼麵底面煎脆,以為好熱氣,咬一口,夾在中間的麵條竟然是軟身的,沒有煎乾,單是口感已覺得很特別,邊位特別好吃。陳醋和糖分開另上,可因應個人口味增減份量,有得食有得玩,我喜歡加多一點糖陳醋滲入中間的麵條,糖溶在面,是其他菜式不易吃到的味道,朋友在旁一邊吃一邊說「呢個真係好好味呀」。火腿津白(8/10):份量比其他打冷大很多,食極都有!非常喜歡灑在面的金華火腿碎!不會過咸,與津白配合得宜。德記實在大件夾抵食夾好食,下次要再來幫襯!…Read More

Weekend最好同朋友去飲杯野暢談一下:)星期六晚約九時左右上到北京道1號的Aqua, 看到特大落地玻璃窗映照著180度的維多利亞港燈光燦爛, 大鄉里心底不禁"嘩"一聲, 因為真係幾壯觀! 因為星期六的關係, 晚上九時左右已經滿場了。店員安排我地去企位先, 有坐位再叫我地。果時都仲有2-3pair 情侶等緊位, 不過等左十五分鐘左右已經有位, 比想像中要快! order了一杯virgin cocktail叫Pink Passion(沒有酒精的, $108), 朋友order了sparkling wine ($128/glass). Pink Passion主要係熱情果溝cranberry juice, 有半個熱情果放係面, 比較有趣係佢插左支中式湯匙(白色瓷造果隻)俾你刮熱情果肉而不是用鐵匙! 這杯飲品偏酸(猶其那個熱情果是非常酸!)不過我覺得好好味. 怕酸的建議叫其他:)有埋nuts 算不錯(包括薯片, 花生, 橄欖 - 我就麻麻地橄欖..). 氣氛亦好。 不過略嫌燈光太暗, 要不是有桌上的小蠟燭連menu都看不到! 而且坐了約一小時店員開始收杯同埋問有無其他order..好似有點趕客走的感覺, 唯這點不太滿意。整體黎講 有個靚景陪住飲野再加上三五知己笑一笑確實係weekend的享受。會再來:)…Read More
