【元朗高質廚師發鐵板!】經朋友極力推薦,我跟女朋友就來了元朗的「吟」品嘗一頓由廚師發板的高質鐵板餐,亦預先慶祝我們的週年紀念呀。食完之後,我跟女朋友也認為這間餐廳除了食物美味之餘,CP值其實十分高,簡直滿載而歸。在介紹之前,先要跟大家說一下,廚師會根據當日挑選到最新鮮美味的食材,再由淡至濃逐一為大家呈現,確保可以品嘗到每道食菜式原始的味道。【是日沙津】作為最淡味的前菜,讓口腔先熱一下身,除了草青味很強烈,當中比較特別的有蓮芋,當日負責我們的美女廚師解釋是蓮花的莖部,吃起來清清甜甜。【北海道白粟米】同樣是淡味代表,這個粟米很特別,我們平時吃的粟米是黃色,味道是甜的,但這個吃起來就像生果,因為每咬一口都有好多水滲出來,而味道像清泉,不甜,但幾新鮮。【黑松露三文魚籽蒸蛋】由於我很喜歡吃茶碗蒸,我在香港及日本也吃過很多種茶碗蒸,但沒吃過這樣的配搭,所以感到有點驚喜,建議先將黑松露蒸蛋及三文魚籽蒸蛋各自淺嘗一口,再放在一起吃。而且吃廚師發板有個好處,你可以看著廚師烹調的過程,還有她仔細創造的料理手工已值得加分。【鐵板帶子】清新完口腔,味道是時候要升級。帶子很肥美大粒,一咬下去有種彈牙的感覺,非常好吃!而且為了配合夏天,特地配上冬瓜及菊花葉,消暑得來又別致。【鐵板象拔蚌】象拔蚌用了蒜蓉及牛油烹調,特別香口,喜愛吃香口食物的朋友一定會喜歡。【日本金鯛魚 配海膽南瓜忌廉醬】太好啦,有深海魚食,吃起來肉質紮實而脂肪厚,上面還有以半炸半焗的魚鱗,連著魚肉一起吃就有多重口感,因為很大塊,所以是否很像米通呢?不得不提的是這個醬汁,混合海膽、南瓜及忌廉,加少許紫菜碎作裝飾及引味,這醬汁倒沒我想像中濃郁,反而能帶出金鯛魚的味道。【鐵板炒笠貝 配烏魚子昆布】這堤炒笠貝有兩種食法。你可以品嘗它的原味,又可以配上烏魚子一起吃。除了添加了口感,由於烏魚子的鹹香,令笠貝更加野味,像我這種重口味的人就最喜歡了。【北海道蝦夷鮑 配鮑魚膽醬】重頭戲怎少得高級食材鮑魚?廚師將鮑魚拿出來時,已經一陣嘩嘩聲。鮑魚好肥美而新鮮,只是放上鐵板燒熱,都看到它不停一開一合。輕微燒熱之後會先拿進廚房清理所有內臟,確保我們的用餐體驗!鮑魚又有兩種食法,一種當然是原汁原味,或者可以沾少少鮑魚膽醬去吃。雖然我平時偏向重口味,但我還是比較喜歡吃鮑魚的原味。最後餘下的醬汁可以配抹茶冷麵一起吃,或者配酸汁也可以,簡直多種享受。【鐵板龍蝦】是原隻大龍蝦呀,其中一樣我最期待的食物終於出現了!放落鐵板看得出十分生猛,蝦肉的新鮮程度可想而知啦。而且用蝦膏炒過,就算不加醬汁直接食已經很有味道,好滿足!【焦糖多士】這個焦糖多士簡直是邪惡的集合體,好像砌積木一樣疊上去,看廚師烹調時放了很多沙糖上去,但我們口裡說不,身體卻很誠實,「唔食邊有力減呢」!?【鐵板佐賀A4和牛】原本以為食完前面幾樣重頭戲,應該差不多完,而且因為款式比我想像中多,此時已經八成飽,但我發現我錯了,竟然還有A4和牛。將炒至五成熟的和牛粒配上岩鹽食用一向是我最愛的方式。和牛肉質軟嫩、油花勻稱,少許甜又濃味,基本上沒人能抗拒吧。【龍蝦錭魚湯】必須說這個龍蝦魚湯真的非常「鮮」,用上龍蝦及之前吃過的金鯛魚烹調,入口前已嗅到十分濃郁的味道,放入口更加覺得從沒喝過這麼鮮的湯。【櫻花蝦和牛炒飯】好多櫻花蝦,炒飯只用剛才和牛的牛脂去炒,卻已經好惹味。炒飯好好食,但食到這時已經九成幾飽,所以建議半碗至一碗就夠了,因為還有雪糕。一餐完整的晚宴,最後當然要有甜品作結啦,當日選擇有抹茶雪糕及紅豆雪糕,由於不吃紅豆,所以我們都點了抹茶雪糕,吃完就10成飽,大滿足!…Read More

🔎旺角亞皆老街8號朗豪坊10樓26號舖「冇油煙韓燒」-Lab 10 早幾日同朋友係朗豪坊行街,行到有d攰諗住食埋飯,咁岩見到呢間韓燒,又諗起好耐無食過咁就入左去試下啦。之後睇返原來呢間係標榜無煙韓燒,咁食完就唔會一身煙味咁走啦!我地叫左$198的OPPA牛牛板,一份鹽燒雞扒,豆腐泡菜湯同埋卡邦尼年糕。如果自問係超級食肉戰既朋友覺得$198的牛牛板唔夠喉,餐廳仲有個升級版($398)。OPPA牛牛板 $198首先係OPPA牛牛板,牛牛版裏面有七個部位的牛肉,包括有:牛舌,牛板鍵,牛肩肉,西冷和牛肋條,牛小排同牛後腹。款式夠多,2人分剛剛好!7款肉類裏面我最鐘意就係牛舌同埋牛肋條。牛舌佢雖然唔係厚切,但都唔算薄,燒起上黎好有咬口,但又唔會咬唔到。加上非常juicy,係我既至愛。另外就係牛肋條,用醬汁腌過之後再燒,味道非常好!其他既相對以上兩樣黎講就無咁特別,但都係好味既!豆腐泡菜湯 $78另外個豆腐泡菜湯,對於我呢d唔太食得辣既人黎講都算幾好食,少少辣得黎又幾易入口,仲有滑一滑既豆腐同惹味既泡菜,配搭一流!卡邦尼年糕 $88食卡邦尼年糕,最重要係個醬料,唔係就令到個年糕冇咩味,呢到煮得濃郁厚身,又好多煙肉碎,卡邦尼年糕好濃芝士味,加上係選用韓式年糕,係絕配呀!…Read More
