最近有朋友給我介紹了這家餐廳,跟友人路經此地,就不如一嘗這家日式居酒屋料理。.店內以居酒屋格調為主,擁有一般香港日式餐廳缺少的日本街頭地道感,情侶撐枱腳也好,朋友想靜靜飲野傾計也好,這裡氣氛都十分配合。.刺身盛合刺身新鮮,用料不求其,新鮮之餘,魚味和油脂香都很出,每片也厚切足料,爽口。三文魚厚切,脂肉比例均衡,既有脂香也有魚香;赤貝不乏彈性,鮮甜多汁;牡丹蝦肥美多汁,肉質爽脆,吃下去索索聲。每粒魚子充滿了魚油,一咬即爆,魚香充滿口腔。當然不少了海膽,海膽香甜美味。細心留意,就不難發現這些刺身送飯都是一流,不膩,剛剛好。.特選壽司盛合一碟奉上八款壽司的成合。壽司當然最重要的還是夠新鮮,不夠新鮮的根本不用吃,漁道樂這一點絕對可以叫大家放心,因為食材中能保留到魚的鮮甜,證明處理得十分到位。而米飯加了酸醋比例剛好,友人吃完拋下一句:「很清甜!醬油都不用蘸了!」.活貝盛合、馬刀甲、浜燒蟹甲羅大大隻,有我手掌的size,多膏,殼內啖啖肉,肉質嫩滑。食材質素很高,沒有泥味,肉質也很結實,沒有鬆散的口感。而且鮮甜得很,鮮味之余也嘗盡浜燒的香口,很入味!很明顯,店家在選食材方面,確實是不新鮮不用。.牡蠣和牛和牛的脂肪豐富,油花分佈均衡,而且肉質比較腍身,因此熟後入口即溶,牛的油脂香有效被揮發。比較特別的是,此菜式伴以牡蠣食用,鮮味與濃濃的肉汁互相配合,而且口感一腍嫩,一爽脆, 十分特別!.明太子玉子燒玉子嫩滑,把明太子鋪在玉子之上,吃下去香滑之余,香濃的明太子也和蛋香互相輝映,豐富味道在口腔爆發。.雜錦天婦羅天婦羅一般會再配上磨碎的蘿蔔泥,而且在炸好時要趁熱吃。天婦羅以海鮮為主,粉漿較多雞蛋,色澤金黃,天婦羅不難看到大蝦的尾部,以示海蝦天婦羅是以新鮮的海蝦製作。.海膽海鮮炒飯海膽份量不少,而且很新鮮,海膽調進了飯裏面,導致整個炒飯都很香,這個真的值得推介。.蘋果乳酸、巨峰乳酸集水果和乳酸於一身,味道微酸清新,口感順滑,水果味在口腔內發酵,夏天飲清爽透心涼!…Read More
