新年時路過小王子,可惜摸門釘,今日到奧海城睇戲,散場後時間尚早,同友人甜品癮起,決定慢步到這裡一解綠茶癮!我們點了綠茶心太軟及綠茶紅豆朱古力窩夫。先來綠茶紅豆朱古力窩夫,紅豆很大粒,中間混了些朱古力脆脆,可惜甜了些。窩夫很濃朱古力香味,外脆內軟,有水準。接著是綠茶心太軟,光是伴碟已經好吸引。心太軟最重要是內涵,而這個切下去時綠茶漿湧晒出來,對板。綠茶漿味濃,有著綠茶的回甘,而外層鬆脆,熱蛋糕綠茶漿加凍雪糕,一凍一熱,滿口綠茶味,絕對是水準以上。作為一個綠茶控,我會為了這個心太軟再來。…Read More

來之前已經知道亞來金河是吃創意料理的,看見餐牌,都是很正常的名字,那就點了很大路的巴東牛肉,加多加多同酥油餅。先送來的是巴東牛肉。看了一眼,巴東牛肉甚麼時候變成了炸牛腩?本來叫酥油餅就是為了沾牛肉汁來吃的,現在如意算盤打不響了,因為這個菜是比較乾身的。但味道的確是不錯,牛腩炸後仍有肉汁,也不鞋,只是餸汁少了一點。等了半小時還沒有送來酥油餅,同waiter 追完約10分鐘就送來勒。跟餅送來的還有咖喱汁,薄薄兩片切開了四份,沾些咖喱汁,還是熱的,很酥脆,也沒有油膩感,真的很好吃。最後來的是加多加多,送上枱時我好疑惑,心想這個應該是蝦多士吧……最底的是薯蓉,之後是炸麵包,蛋白,花生碎等等…味道是不錯的,只是本來是想吃些蔬菜,現在是有點出入喇。也叫了個青檸薏米水,看它的杰度便知很足料,半杯的薏米帶有青檸的清新,好喝。總括來說味度不錯,驚喜十足,值得一試。…Read More

一年前到北歐旅行,愛佢地既歷史,文化,更愛美食。可惜香港食北歐菜的餐廳不多,Finds一早已經喺我既wish list ,見到佢地喺Restaurant week 既menu,有我摯愛既meatballs, 就喺星期六黎試下。appetizer揀左三文魚六重奏,喜歡吃三文魚,冇諗過可以一次過試到六種煮法。waitress 介紹左每個煮法,由上而下咁食。最吸引我既係mousse,因為呢個mousse 係要搽落片麵包度食,而呢片麵包同我喺瑞典每日食既係同一個味道,質感架。主菜當然要揀meatballs,朋友揀左silver cod,share 食。肉丸每粒都好有份量,肉味好出,配上酸酸既lingonberries醬更加多左份清新既感覺。雖然有少少鞋,但整體還是不錯。silver cod,應該有一吋厚,初初見到佢既外表以為會好鞋,但原來裡面好滑,亦好有魚香。好有水準。最後係lingonberries cheesecake,可惜面層既lingonberries 味唔太出,比較一般。味道的確會勾起回憶,好開心今餐令我諗番起一啲差啲忘記既事情。…Read More

亞坤初初開鋪時排晒長龍,當熱潮過後,食飯時間都唔使等位,終於可以一試。 呢度需要自己排隊落單,拎左個order 牌後就會有人拎食物過黎。 先來野飲,kopi-o. 熱咖啡加糖。之前喺檳城飲既太甜喇,所以嗌左少糖。果然甜度啱啱好,咖啡亦香濃,不錯。之後送上跟餐既糖心蛋。蛋是凍的,但蛋黃味香濃,加上幾滴醬油,好味。第一個主食係沙甸魚三文治。純粹覺得特別,可惜沙甸魚好咸,加上麵包烘唔夠,只可以話係水準以下。第二個主食係咖椰花生醬吐司。麵包夠薄身而且好脆,可惜花生醬味太搶,蓋過晒咖椰,如果可以減少花生醬同加多啲咖椰,一定會更加好味。最後係咖椰球,送黎時都仲熱,好香雞蛋味,可惜裡面既咖椰唔夠多,食唔出咖椰味,感覺冇咩特別。來之前知道有唔少負評係野食遲黎,但是日大概等左10-15分鐘所有野食已經到齊,同時間亦見隔離枱追左幾次單,所以真係好似買大細咁,睇你好唔好彩喇。…Read More

我愛pancake!

晚完阿芝個talk show 都差唔多1點幾,今晚唔想飲酒,咁不如食個豐富宵夜喇中環宵夜地方有好多,但朋友好想食waffles ,諗都唔使諗,兩個不約而同向flying pan 方向行。呢個鐘數都唔少人喎,香港人對all day breakfast 既喜好真係幾大。我叫左caramel pancakes ,一份三件,每塊都同我塊面差唔多大,濃濃既caramel,唔需要再加blueberry/ maple sauce已經好好味。朋友嗌左strawberry waffles,strawberry 不多,waffles 不算鬆脆,同唔夠香,搽左牛油同怒落blueberry & maple sauce 就好啲喇。相比下,pancakes贏左成條街喇…Read More

今晚要到演藝睇show, 黎到灣仔都已經7點,時間唔多,去cafe 來個輕食吧。近年灣仔開左好多新食肆,好多都好有實力,而呢條街較新既食店都有幾間,見呢度食物選擇不少,即管入內一試。呢度主要提供沙律,三文治,pasta,crepes...以cafe 黎講,種類真係幾多。先來一杯fresh mint lemonade, 佢係將啲薄荷葉同lemonade 一齊攪拌,所以出來係整杯綠綠地…飲落口有淡淡既薄荷味再加上檸檬既微酸,感覺好清新,不過如果薄荷味再多一啲會更好。今日下晝食得太飽,所以我叫左個guacamole on toast salad with chicken. 比較吸引我既係toast, 個麵包烘到好脆,牛油果醬好香,兩塊好快就被ko. 沙律菜都新鮮,雞肉就冇乜特別,整體係唔錯喇。朋友嗌左egg,emmental,spinach,sauteed mushroom Galettes. 個皮略帶麥味,煎得都薄同脆,裡面藏左好多芝士,總括黎講都幾香口,當然,味度始終不及灣仔既另一家,但以cafe 黎講水準已算好不錯。其實都好想試下佢既waffles,可惜夠鐘開場,唯有留番下次喇。…Read More

是日冬至,但唔係黎呢度做冬,事關我們約左sammi touch mi,應約前緊係要醫下肚先。想食醬缸,你可以黎排隊或親身黎book 位,你冇聽錯,係要親身,因為,佢電話係長時間唔通或唔會有人聽架。。。唔想做?當你見過佢條人龍後,就會明白點解會咁。。。我地book左6點,入到去,都只係得番2張吉枱訂位時已經訂埋醬蟹,今次先試唔辣先。上次喺三木食醬蟹,咸得過份,所以都有啲陰影,但醬蟹係呢度名物,點都要試下。主角登場,侍應將辣椒,洋蔥剪開,再送埋個紫菜飯黎,即刻開動。先拎個蟹蓋,加啲飯同醬汁,撈埋啲蟹膏,嘩,好鮮甜,加上紫菜既香,醬汁既微咸同甜,真係好好味,一試難忘。之後再試下啲蟹肉好甜,細細隻,一人一隻剛好。食完個蟹已經好飽,而再黎既海鮮大醬鍋亦比較平凡 ,味道亦偏淡。海鮮有蝦,蟹,蜆,青口,帶子。。尚算豐富總結,黎呢度一定要試醬蟹,記住早兩日book 定呀…Read More

等到頸都長!

突如其來既早放,即刻搵朋友食個tea,黎個happy Friday!喺旺角想食啲甜,又想輕食,同朋友決定黎茶木。星期五既4點幾,上到黎依然要等位,幸好等左十分鐘就有位,但限時個半鐘,吃個tea時間還是足夠有餘的。先來個渴的,水果茶及蘋果黑莓茶,前者水果味還算濃郁,隨茶附送蜜糖,吃甜既人升喜歡落幾多都得,後者則茶味太濃,喝不出蘋果或莓味,不好喝。之後我地足足等左7個字都未有野黎,同侍應講完要再等多2個字先黎,由唔餓等到肚餓喇終於,送黎心太軟,加vanilla ice cream ,其實我對心太軟好食定義好簡單,流心,朱古力味濃,不要過甜,同流心要暖,呢度既頭三項都可以,可惜只是涼了,要扣分。最後係椰子奶酥吐司,吐司很脆,好重椰子同牛油味,吐司一塊切開3條,細心在每邊都烘過,很值得加分。食完啱啱好夠鐘交枱,走人。…Read More

驚喜,愉快的一晚!

同朋友慶生,她想吃韓國菜,有朋友推介chum chum味,仲要唔止一個,當然要黎拜訪一下喇。先講一下地理位置,喺香港,只要有Google map就唔怕搵唔到路,但今次真係考起了,去到麼地道,明明到左37號,但門面係住宅大廈,搵來搵去都見唔到港匯廣場,最後只好打俾店家,原來係要喺大眾銀隔離行入去再左轉先到。鋪內有室內同露天area,可惜今晚有點凍,唔係坐出面都不錯。我地一行5個人叫左6個菜,先來一些前菜。前菜份量似乎定左,兩人又或我地5個人都係一樣。先來泡菜壽司,食落就係泡菜味,沒有太大驚喜。跟住係芝士雞蛋卷,甜蛋中充滿芝士香,很不錯,如果蛋再滑一些會更好。主角登場-部隊鍋,真係好豐富。有腸仔,午餐肉,豆腐……最重要緊係個麵喇,麵吸收晒湯既精華,好好味,但應該只有一個麵餅,唔夠分所以加點多個麵。鴛鴦炸雞,甜酸味出色,炸雞外掛甜酸醬汁,好醒胃。而原味始終不及李家。豬手,忘記左呢個餸既名,佢有大細portion,我地嗌左個細但都有十多片,豬手好入味,加埋生菜,青瓜,蒜片同麵豉醬,一啲都唔膩,好食。呢度既野食有水準,加上今晚聽到好多好消息,很愉快的慶生飯聚。…Read More

咖啡比食物優勝

看戲前想食點輕食,見到呢度食物,咖啡種類不少,還有空位,即刻入內一試。舖內枱與枱比較貼,但在尖沙咀這些旺區,舖租驚人,是可以理解的。到櫃面落order後,staff 會拎食物過來。先來既係Apple n egg salad,份量不少而菜也新鮮,不錯。跟住送來咖啡,色澤對板,咖啡味濃,喝後咖啡味久久不散,是一杯優質的咖啡。主食接著送來,Mushroom n Egg on Toast,蛋是滑的,菇不是太多。咬下去發現麵包好似冇烘過咁,軟的,而蛋應該冇落鹽,冇乜味道。 友人點了All day breakfast,份量頗大,可惜蛋太老,冇咩味,而其餘都係應有既問道。總括黎講,咖啡比食物好,當然,呢度係coffee shop,最緊要緊係咖啡喇。…Read More

海鮮,最緊要係鮮!

平時主要去流浮山食海鮮,勝在唔使諗,話俾老細聽你預既budget就可以幫你發板,啱晒我呢類懶人。 作為海鮮控,是日海鮮癮起,慫恿左友人揸車拉大隊去三聖食餐勁 一到埗,我地先去關財記買海鮮。5個人,買左3隻瀨尿蝦,3隻龍蝦,一隻花蟹,5隻扇貝同蝴蝶蚌。再拎左啲料整海鮮湯。埋單1270去到南記即刻落單,可能是日人太多,我地等左大半個鐘先有野食。先黎既係蛋白蒸花蟹,蛋白有陣花雕味加陣陣蟹膏味,不過可能蒸過左時間,唔夠滑,但慶幸蟹夠新鮮,還不俗。跟住係椒鹽瀨尿蝦,一貫椒鹽味,好香,瀨尿蝦好大隻,每人半隻已經好夠。等左陣送黎金銀蛋菠菜,正好清一清油膩。抖一陣,再黎-蒜蓉蒸扇貝。扇貝好大隻,淨係個殼都成隻碟咁大。帶子位已起,蒸得剛剛好,既鮮甜又嫩滑,好吃。重頭戲-芝士脆皮龍蝦出場。龍蝦開邊加芝士去焗,上枱時已經聞到好香芝士味。全隻鋪著一層厚厚芝士,面好脆,連埋龍蝦肉放入口,出奇地搭,先來芝士既香,再來龍蝦既鮮,無懈可擊。跟住黎既油鹽水蝴蝶蚌,蝴蝶蚌係第一次食,海鮮舖話要年頭年尾先有架喎。佢既質感比較爽,而味就同花甲差不多,可惜將佢放喺龍蝦之後真係被比下去。最後先到既海鮮湯,料同湯分上,可惜咸左少少連埋酒水,白飯,加工費,800蚊埋單。今餐總共2070,唔算好平,但質量絕對取勝。…Read More

十一月飯聚,牛,停不了!

今個月朋友聚會主題仍然是扒,是日黎到Ruth's Chris,要求了望海窗口位,只可惜落左窗簾。Waiter 過來介紹自己會serve我地張枱,take order 後又會問我地係咪會share,同埋提醒下一陣啲野點食。呢度個wine list 好長,咩價位都有,我地都用左頗長時間先決定到。上菜速度都幾快,而首先來既係crab cake 。上菜前已分好碟,waiter亦不忘提醒碟邊好熱。crab cake 係呢度既名物,自不然會將佢同Morton 比較。呢個crab cake真係不得了,全個都係蟹肉,有粗有幼,配上牛油碟底,質地比較濕潤,感覺比Morton 的略勝一籌。蟹餅食到一半時送黎法國麵包,外表很平平無奇,但將佢撕開時已感到包身既鬆軟同幼滑。主角登場-New York Strip,medium rare . 都係用上牛油熱碟。切開仍見紅肉,不會over.肉味亦濃郁。跟Morton不同的是,呢度會用上比較多配料,而Morton 係比較原汁原味,肉味亦再重一些。Side dish 係Onion rings,不過不失。休息一陣後當然要試下甜品,Caramelized Banana Pie。好大既一個,兩個人share 都覺太多。吉士不太甜亦好幼滑,餅底係介乎曲奇同酥皮中間,絕對是水準之作。好滿足既一餐,吃罷又要重新開始減肥大計了。…Read More
