提早食早秋節飯,今年試下食韓國嘢,見樂富開咗間韓國餐廳一段時間未幫襯過,就趁呢個機會一家大細去試啦!今次4大一小,食物甜品連飲品總共12樣嘢,連埋加一埋單$1159分別叫咗脆米豬手沙律/芝士海鮮菜餅/蜂蜜提子脆米炸雞 (半份)/滋味炸雞(半份)/蟹膏海鮮炒年糕/ 冰果魷魚鬚水冷麵/牛肉石鍋飯/炸紫菜捲(粉絲卷)飲品:凍朱古力咖啡/紫薯沙冰甜品:松露曲奇脆脆3.6牛乳雪花冰/爐板燒布朗尼首先我覺得豬手沙律味道一般,豬手都算淋,但冇乜特別,下次可以試其他嘅沙律;芝士海鮮菜餅唔知係咪因為我遲咗食所以覺得唔脆,味道還可以,下次會再叫試下趁熱食先;炸雞方面,佢嘅皮同平時食既有啲唔同,個皮有啲似k字頭唔辣炸雞嗰隻皮,但脆口好多,上枱時新鮮熱辣,雞肉都keep到嫩滑,唔錯,滋味脆雞嘅芝士醬比較單一,似係坊間可以自己買到嘅芝士醬,味道可以接受,但唔算特別,反而係佢嘅炸雞係冇雙拼咁叫,所以我只可以每個味道叫半份,但原來半分雞只有四件,比我想像中少咗一兩件,但每雞size似乎都唔細件;炒年糕個味其實幾好,屬於偏甜少少,蟹膏又好似唔係好覺,不過就見到有蟹子,分量唔算太多,但我就略嫌個年糕淋得滯,如果火侯掌握得好啲應該會仲正,個汁我攞咗去撈飯,唔錯;炸紫菜捲正常發揮冇特別;牛肉石鍋飯,係我每次去食韓國嘢都會叫,牛肉質素唔差,分量一般,飯都叫幾足料,可以選擇叫佢幫你撈或者自己撈;水冷麵個湯都幾清甜,面量都唔少,而且面個口感都幾好,唔會話好淋,個湯結果我哋都飲曬;飲品方面紫薯沙冰一上台大家都話一聲,真心幾大杯,48蚊黎講性價比幾高,望到都幾開心;甜品方面,松露朱古力雪花冰唔會太甜,甜味主要嚟自cream同埋雪糕,配襯咗幾塊oreo曲奇,佢個松露味都幾重,味道幾得意,小朋友好欣賞,至於另外嗰個鐵板brownie,我反而有驚喜,鐵板上嘅甜品,鐵板下面仲有火㷫住,brownie墊底,上面放咗雪糕同cream,brownie四圍放滿咗一啲脆脆,熱辣辣嘅brownie配埋凍冰冰嘅雪糕,感覺非常唔錯,下次再去呢間餐廳食一定會留肚encore呢個甜品!…Read More

今日有得早放工,咁啱上網見到人介紹吉列牛,就心癢癢想去試,所以就同朋友去咗位於佐敦嘅“秘”,就算糧尾都唔理啦!六點左右就去到餐廳,我諗由於時間尚早,唔使排隊可以直入,入到餐廳一陣燒肉的香味就撲埋黎,即刻feel到好肚餓。坐低睇一睇menu,發現食物種類選擇不多,有兩款吉列牛,兩款燒肉,一款鰻魚飯,一款吉列豬,仲有少量的小食,我同朋友二人很有目標地柯打咗兩款吉列牛,分別係原味吉列牛同埋黑松露吉列牛,加一碟兩隻嘅炸軟殼蟹,一支薑啤....餐牌上的煮食都可以加錢變成餐,晚餐只可以加38蚊或者48蚊,跟餐有味素飯一碗,糖心蛋一隻開邊同一碗櫻花昆布湯。兩個價錢的分別在於湯,但事前上網已有網友話佢個湯真係好清,不飲也罷,所以我同朋友加38蚊就算啦。兩個餐上咗嚟之後,發現每塊鐵板上面都會有一小舊牛脂肪用嚟開鉄板,啲牛望落去油脂非常豐富呀,就咁望都覺得幾吸引!黑松露吉列牛外層包裹著應該是勞了黑松露醬的麵包糠,所以看起來是黑色的,我首先把原味和黑松露的吉列牛分別放了一塊在鐵板上試燒,由於切得不算太厚,所以我每邊燒了15到20秒左右便試食,我整塊放入口,牛脂嘅香味喺口入面散發開來,而且亦都食到吉列的脆口,特別是黑松露吉列牛,黑松露的味道比我想像中的香濃,黑松露愛好者必點。跟餐會有一碟燒肉醬汁,但由於牛本身的味道已經非常香,為了食到牛肉的原味,我沒有點到買碟燒肉醬,就算只食牛肉味道都已經很足夠。跟餐的白飯上面灑有味素,味道一般啦,但我略嫌飯就唔夠軟熟煙韌,呢個可以改善一下,溫泉蛋味道唔錯,夠晒糖心,都可以讚一讚。至於個湯呢......的確如網友所講嘅一樣....真係好清淡,不提也罷。最後都講一講軟殼蟹,一碟有兩隻炸軟殼蟹,上面鋪滿咗炸蒜(啲炸蒜蓉嚟撈飯都幾好食),軟殼蟹都,唔算細隻,但炸得真係唔夠脆口,感覺爭啲,但78蚊黎講又唔算太貴既!順帶一提佢嗰個澳洲薑啤,飲落比較甜,有薑味嘅,但似薑味汽水多過似薑啤,我唔飲酒嘅人都覺得幾好飲,唔知咁係好定唔好呢?🤣🤣餐廳整體食物質素確實唔錯,特別係吉列牛不負所望,為咗啲牛我一定會再encore!但食燒牛肉都確實幾大油煙,放枱面嘅兩杯水都有一層油響面頭,搞到我都唔想飲!!…Read More

godwin601gming 咁粗嘅牛都話質素咁好,冇嘢呀嘛,請我都唔敢食我食過啦普通嘢嚟啫,百幾二百蚊1kg不如自己屋企慢慢燒好過好食好多,依家秘有少有冇牛味又唔好食又細快又小咁都話抵你識唔識食牛㗎,你嗰間秘係普通質素最低嘅最低嘅級別,頭頭尾尾切出嚟嘅,一食就知道,餐餐屋企自己整都係食和牛同羊架,點會唔知道啲牛好唔好食呢

大食熊仔餅 唔係個個好似你咁鬼勁,成日要响屋企食和牛架嘛!我就將貨就價,和牛我就淨係响出面餐廳食,多數千幾蚊位,所以唔知買返屋企自己整係咩價喎,咁百幾二百蚊有呢個質素我接受囉,而且唔係個個接受屋企室內食燒肉既,可能你屋企夠大又或者有大花園唔知啦!

今日lunch食南記,一於試下“新嘢” - 麻辣擔擔面.....見到個名咁勁,唔係唔試下呀?呢個新口味湯底响上環店只供應春卷菜肉餃呢個組合 (我見網站咁寫),雖然我唔好佢既菜肉餃,但見有春卷,照殺啦!呢個新口味湯底硬性規定要跟餐, 個餐跟一杯飲品,係芒果冷泡鐵觀音 (送咗俾同事飲,話唔錯,唔會太甜),盛惠53蚊。春卷唔使介紹啦,話晒係南記名物,大家都食唔少,水準keep到;至於菜肉餃呢,一碗有4粒,我個人真係覺得麻麻哋嘞,皮厚肉少,下次可以唔叫就唔叫啦!黎到重點,佢個 “麻辣擔擔面湯”,個湯有啲窄菜,肉醬,麻辣味唔多覺,只係有些少辣味,我加咗包南記辣醬都無乜料到,有啲失望,但慶幸個湯都仲有陣淡淡既花生味,令我有番啲安慰。今次米線我略嫌唔夠軟滑,扣咗少少分!…Read More

有朋友想試呢間既飯團,知我上環返工,托我幫佢買幾個,咁啱見到拌飯特價25蚊,梗係順便買黎試下啦,飯團未食,所以俾唔到食評,可以講下個拌飯, 味道真心唔錯,啲飯煙煙韌韌,唔會太冧,好食 (本身唔係特別鍾意食飯),拌飯有兩種口味,一款係吞拿魚,一款係明太子,我就揀咗明太子。 餸同飯係分開放,食時再撈埋一齊,配料有菜甫,青瓜,蕃茄仔,椰菜,雞胸肉絲等,另配有明太子沙律醬,撈勻晒食個味道幾好,好fresh,雖然有沙律醬,但食落唔會有罪惡感,啱晒keep fit人士食。但份量比較細,女士食都係7-8成左右飽,男士就可能唔夠食啦!…Read More

臨時book都有枱,幾好玩,寫下食評先:今日聖誕節,要280位再加一,埋單317大洋,唔平,但由佢啦,咁遲book,又想試下,照食啦(上網見KOL介紹)由book枱到現場,都覺得職員好nice, 望落啲人都女仔young,全部無譚仔口音😅食物方面唔算好多選擇,食物係以自取為主,食過既有豬:义燒,腩肉;牛:牛肋肉,牛肉粒,牛舌;雞:單骨雞翼,雞肉,菜:粟米,翠肉瓜,菇s; 其他: 多春魚,丸,腸等。另外都有冷盤,包括有沙律菜,牛奶布甸,煙三文魚撻,帶子撻等小食可以自取,佢仲有啲小食可以落柯打叫,免費既,有黑松露薯條,炸餃子等....枱面上除咗有主角-串燒爐之外,仲有三隻味既孜然粉,有辣味,花生味同原味,另外有三隻醬for燒緊時查,包括茄汁(好奇怪,淨係用過黎點時薯條),义燒醬同泰式醬汁佢啲冷盤小食唔錯,我食咗兩個三文魚撻,佢係用麥芽餅乾做底,有蕃茄,青瓜,雞蛋,好食。串燒方面,佢個牛肋肉同豬腩係讚既,個豬腩我食咗幾串,雖然肥,但燒完勁脆,咬落有豬油渣既感覺,忍唔到口一食再食,牛肋肉好冧,但有食到少少筋位,但整體ok, 佢呢個爐燒多春雨ok喎,唔會燒爛,可以原條上,佢另外個墨魚丸都幾好,但食過一轉之後就唔見refill lu.....佢整體食物質素幾好,我地兩個人坐4人枱,好闊落,職員態度好,會留意你啲食物熟未,知道我地食得辣,有仲攞咗隻麻辣粉俾我地食,好nice但唔好既係由於食物係自取,如果人多時,攞食物既位置會比較迫,而且佢提供既茄汁真係有啲奇怪,如果佢有提供沙爹醬,蜜糖可能會好啲…Read More

話說尋日見到有報紙介紹呢間餐廳既無骨海南雞飯,講到好唔錯咁,於是就上網search下啦…見到有得網上預訂自取,仲有九折,心諗好好喎,唔使驚人多買唔到(因啱啱見報,應該會人山人海),所以今朝10點幾就訂咗3個雞飯,一個咖哩牛飯,揀12點45分至1點鐘自取(一心諗住仲有得訂即係有貨啦)!點知原來只係我一廂情願,有order no., 準時到間鋪頭,條龍勁長,之後職員話就算網上訂咗都要同walk in 既一齊排隊,本來無問題,重點係原來訂咗既係唔代表會有貨囉,咁訂黎做乜?有人個網上預訂號碼後過我既無貨囉…,我好彩,排咗一輪,都仲買到,但咖哩就賣晒,要轉埋做雞飯!而網上預訂自取既九折都有!返到公司開飯啦…分別有一盒雞,一碗飯,小半碗湯,另附有薑蓉,辣椒醬同醬油,先講盒雞,賣相幾靚,食落都叫幾滑口,但,似白切雞多過海南雞; 飯呢…啲飯望落有啲啡色碎碎地既嘢响上面,應該唔似白飯咁簡單,但食無乜香味喎,偏向似白飯多啲,影相時我加咗醬油同自備既辣椒! 附設既薑蓉味道都唔夠香; 至於個湯呢,每碗湯入面有一夠蘿蔔,但成個湯呢,見到有啲啲雞油浮响面,但飲落,都係無味,似滾水湯咁款。總括而言,我個人認為呢個海南雞飯最大優點係無骨,唔鞋口,價錢唔算貴,但無海南雞嗰陣味,湯又無味,同區其他餐廳會好食好多(雖然貴啲),而且個預訂系統又好似多餘咁,增加混亂,要檢討下。所以我未必會特登去再幫襯!…Read More

前幾日見雜誌介紹, 咁啱响公司附近, 所以就決定同同事一齊試下啦, 上星期五12點幾叫外賣時, 己經無晒慢煮义燒, 但都決定試下佢普通义燒. 佢既普通义燒都幾好食, 味道同坊間既差唔多, 肉質都幾嫩, 但同事就話佢嗰盒有啲瘦. 燒腩仔皮依然脆, 肉質都嫩, 我會推介, 貴妃雞我覺得一般, 同事話佢既豉油雞無咩味喎, 唔推介.再講講今日個飯啦~今日同事們為求試到傳聞中慢煮七小時既义燒, 11點就落定ORDER, 一點送到, 終於落單成功. 先講下個飯盒, 係用紙盒, 外觀似沙律盒, 設計都幾trendy, 同事們都鍾意呢個設計, 感覺好企理乾淨.開頭睇到其它食評既相, 到見到飯盒時, 都怕份量會細, 男同事會唔夠食, 但當打開後, 佢燒味既份量同飯都唔算少, 男同事們食完無投訴唔夠食. 今次我叫左慢煮义燒燒腩仔拼醬皇鴨(燒鴨). 燒腩仔KEEP到水準, 衣然係推介, 燒鴨有啲肥, 但味道都好食, 肉質嫩, 唔會乾, 個人覺得好食過貴妃雞. 登登登….去到主角慢煮义燒啦……佢既味道其實同普通既义燒一樣, 但係肉質的確係比較鬆化, 就算無咩肥肉, 但都唔會乾, 以中環區一個三拼燒味飯, 仲要有得拼燒腩仔, 只賣五十蚊, 絕對係可以encore, 就算無慢煮义燒, 佢既普通义燒都OK, 我覺得佢既味道絕對好過中環間老字號龍X囉…..跟飯盒既就仲有义燒汁, 如有貴妃雞就跟埋薑蓉, 都係用獨立膠盒仔裝住, 好企理, 佢個义燒汁比較淡身,稀啲, 唔同一般燒味店咁濃味, 咁杰, 但同黎撈飯己好足夠, 感覺上健康啲, 味道都好食. …Read More
