順道經過，帶媽咪（泰國人）去食lunch。見餐牌竟然有彩虹粉，好少泰國餐廳有，就點嚟試下，有驚喜。係用大塊河粉，咁先正宗架麻，泰國回憶返哂嚟，而且好多料，高度還原泰國正宗。吹水間同老闆講我們家在泰國賣泰式魚餅，老闆竟然不畏挑戰，叫我試佢嘅自創菜式“魚乒乓”，此菜式本體正是泰式魚餅。Well,合格。保留到泰式魚餅嘅靈魂亦有新鮮感。…Read More
