朋友的生日飯,選了附近一家新開的餐廳。餐廳主打西餐,地方闊落,我們自成一閣不會影響到其他人👊🏻一邊看街上的慢活休閒的行人,一邊看旁邊花糟上錯落有緻的花朵,特別舒適。餐廳的左邊是若大的酒吧位,伸延到天花頂的酒櫃很有氣勢。酒吧旁是高枱,很多外國人先到高枱喝酒才到旁邊吃飯。而高枱附近有多部大電視,在播體育節目。另一邊是雲石餐枱跟卡坐,最喜歡以小塊鏡子做成的牆,很有時代感。️◾️《海鮮盤》◾️10⭐️/10⭐️這個海鮮盤,勾起我很久以前睇「Do姐去旅行」時,他們在法國🇫🇷旅行時介紹的海鮮拼盤。當時我還把餐廳名字記下了,下次去歐洲時去吃吃。而呢度嘅海鮮盤跟Do姐那個一樣咁澎湃,分別有兩層,上層是橙紅色的韓國海膽和牡丹蝦刺身,下層是磯煮鮑魚跟生蠔🦪。海膽還原殼上。海膽顆粒分明,新鮮香甜。海膽刺針挺拔。不是一餅餅。附上的紫菜樣子似墊著壽司的紙,還有花紋,當待應說是紫菜來,都擔心會不會是自己聽錯。呢種紫菜比傳統紫菜硬身,包了海膽後唔會軟淋淋,好香紫菜味。  鮑魚已經調味好,口感柔軟。牡丹蝦刺身好新鮮,肉質爽甜。生蠔🦪脆卜卜,鐵銹味不太重,很易入口。◾️《油封鴨髀、香煎鴨胸、香煎鴨肝配香橙西梅汁》$288◾️10⭐️/10⭐️十分驚喜,沒有預計東涌有精緻嘅西餐。油封鴨髀是眾所周知的經典法國菜,做法是將鴨髀醃後浸入鴨油內,以低溫烹煮,利用油脂在低溫時凝固的特性,將鴨腿完全密封儲存,讓味道熟成。食用時再將鴨腿煎香。這個油封鴨髀完全做到傳統的要求。鴨皮比油炸的還酥脆,鴨肉比燉煮的還軟嫩。一切下去骨肉分離,酥軟得用叉子輕輕一撥就扒開。味道是形容不了的美味,鴨肉香而不燥,口感軟糯而不黏牙。醬汁在法國菜中是好重要的!鴨肉通常配酸性水果醬,這兒配香橙西梅汁。香橙西梅醬單獨吃偏甜酸,但和鴨腿同吃就非常搭配,令味道更富層次,吃起來也沒有這麼單調。◾️《脆炸雞腿花》$98◾️9⭐️/10⭐️外皮勁脆! 雞腿肉退到只剩下小球型,就像一朵朵的小黃花。和水牛雞翼這種下酒菜不同,這兒的下酒菜可以吃得很優雅,手指可以只掂到骨頭,沒有掂到肉,不會吃到一手油。雞腿的外層酥脆,內裡多汁軟滑。雞肉有醃過,很配搭啤酒。◾️《Yuzu Frost 》$98◾️9⭐️/10⭐️由日本清酒做出來的Yuki Frost ,加上日本名物 - 柚子,實來清新易入口,甜甜又淡香嘅Yuzu Frost 好適合女仕! …Read More
