最近成日見到太古食肆出ad, 就嚟呢間新餐廳試下。見到餐單價錢都偏高，6 個人叫咗酥炸普寧豆腐~ 無豆味嘅豆腐，個汁係零味！唔知食緊d 咩。自家製蝦蟹棗~ 唔識形容嘅炸物，見到有蝦，但無蝦味。點嗰個abc醬，勁難食。滷水三拼滷水獅頭鵝片, 馳名滷水鵝肝, 滷水大墨魚~ 全餐算正常嘅一碟毫無記憶點，得d 滷水味。蠔仔肉碎粥 (窩)~ 唔係粥，佢係湯飯。一樣係無味。中午套餐B(胡椒鹹菜豬肚湯, (午餐)潮州風味炒河, 即磨咖啡(凍飲))~ 個湯似即食湯包。炒河有極少量魚片條，但都係無味。咖啡都係無味。餐廳職員都明顯不足。6 個人仲要逼埋喺張細圓檯。每個人食咗146 蚊， 好似食咗空氣咁。…Read More

入座安排需要改善

12點45分午飯時間，前面兩對 2 人，跟住係我同同事3人。一開始餐廳入面明顯有一張 4人檯已經空置。前面兩對用 15 分鐘先後入座，嗰張4人檯依然空置，唔知以為係under reservation。我前面嗰pair 二人入座 5 分鐘後，終於到我入座，但竟然係安排坐嗰張空置咗 20 分鐘以上嘅檯。真係令人無語😒點解唔一早就安排我地入座，明明前面都無 3 or 4 人嘅情況下？我無辦法理解呢間餐廳嘅喺繁忙時間嘅安排。…Read More
