睇完無線(區區開伙)介紹呢間餐廳後,第二日即刻訂枱試下,雖然位置唔多就腳,但揸車嘅我附近比較多咪錶位,所以無乜問題。去到門口大約一点鐘,慣常食飯時間,門口比較多人,要等位,見到鋪內座位不多,大約等左10分鐘就可入座。一家四口,點左四款午餐,焗鮮茄磨菇豬扒飯,西芹雞柳,椰菜回鍋肉同瑞士汁乾炒牛河。焗鮮磨菇豬扒飯………………上枱時令我震驚,份量之大我諗兩個人食都夠,只係50蚊,抵到震。鮮茄入口融化,焗到透晒,正!豬扒質感軟硬恰到好處,有咬口,兼且好貼心地上枱時已經幫我將豬扒斬件,加分,最重要係夠熱辣辣,真係feel到响焗爐剛剛出爐,飯面有少少焦燶現象。西芹雞柳……………………西芹有少少淋,可能煮過籠,但雞柳味道一流,肉味非常足夠,有埋白飯同凍飲只係42蚊,咁平究竟有無錢賺架?真心覺得生意難做!椰菜回鍋肉同樣係42蚊,椰菜夠爽甜,回鍋肉夠乾身,但略嫌有D肥,keep fit嘅我唔係咁夠膽食,但呀仔話送飯一流。瑞士汁乾炒牛河就品評唔到,因為呀囡突然收到call要返公司,只好打包比佢拎走。總括而言,確實响深水埗區有呢D質素嘅茶記真係罕有,值得比like…Read More
