當日剛好有事出中環, 又正當午飯時間, 想食得自在D, 就上了Sevva.  沒有訂位, 不過餐廳內只有三四枱人, 所以不用等就馬上有位了。  我和先生想坐近窗位, 但侍應不許, 說人家訂了!  但那位置最終無客人坐!我order 了Menu of the Day 第一項, Grilled Razor Clams and Scallops...etc 我先生要了Beef ribs braised with Szechuen pepper.  過了好久, 侍應生才回來說Grilled Razor Clams and Scallops賣晒, 建議我食焗蟹蓋, 說也很新鮮, 而且是明日的食材咁話!  我有点失望, 但侍應生也沒再給我Menu去另選, 只係好急咁要我同意食蟹蓋, 我想反對都有D難度!  好吧, 就焗蟹蓋算了。一間 run 得好既餐廳, 侍應生落單時應該知道 Menu of the Day 上 那款賣哂, 尤其是最頭嗰件!等了好久,  枱上的漏斗都差不多漏完, 開始唔耐煩, 他們才沖沖上菜。小小的蟹蓋, 我在中央位置, 取了一小匙入口, 結果竟然一口都係碎蟹殼! 吐完又吐, 好肉酸!  同侍應生投訴, 佢竟然話 : 「新鮮蟹蓋係咁架!  你要係中間攞出嚟食....」好似我係大鄉里出城, 唔識食焗蟹蓋!  我指住中間問佢呢度唔係中間?  佢猛話「蟹蓋係咁架, 係咁架....」佢有offer 再造一個, 又或另叫其它, 但又唔俾menu我! 但我已等到非常肚餓, 無耐性再等, 亦再估唔會咁黑仔, 再有碎蟹殼, 就食完佢算了.先生的 Beef ribs, 普普通通, 無セ驚喜, 亦唔覺有Szechuen pepper 味 as advertised.  炆到好燜, BB 餐咁, 無哂 texture, 可能又係 D  sous vide 嘢....…Read More

外籍朋友大力推界話好, 於是去試下。三个人, 星期六, 六点到, 餐廳氣氛唔錯, 三位靚女侍應, 好剎食!我地点了 枝豆 ($48), 六隻中翼($96), 雞軟骨三串($60), 多春魚三條($36), 牛舌三串($144), 長葱1碟4件($18), 飯團一碟两件($30), 烏冬一碗($68), soba一碗($68), 可樂 1礶($28), Beer 2杯($104)一般耒說, 唔算平, 但亦唔算貴。女侍馬上送上前菜, (我無order到, 通常日本餐廳送的), 一小吋方的白灼西蘭花, 上面有少少鑵頭吞拿魚蓉, 賣相一点唔吸引, 亦真係無セ味, 一小杯「石榴酒」, 大約一茶匙, 似石榴汁多D! 日本餐廳前菜通常會係tease吓你的味蕾, 引起你食欲, 以咁既水準前菜, 有D意多!- 枝豆一小碗, 新鮮OK。- 雞翼外皮OK, 但咁細隻翼, 內裹的肉居然會無味既!  即係$96 for 6隻未俺好既雪雞中翼!!- 雞軟骨三串($60),細細粒, 五粒一串, 都無セ特別。- 多春魚, 味道苦苦地, 一條燒焦了!- 牛舌三串($144),差唔多$50一串有三片, 一件有寸半大小, 其餘兩片, 只有半寸大, 厚度一般, 但大片果件中心未夠熟, 重滲有少少血!食到此時, 已冇哂勁影相, sorry..- 長葱, 厚硬的外皮都唔撕走, 有点食柴皮感覺。可能大陸葱幼好多, 撕走外皮就更幼唔似樣, pan fried 的, 無碳燒香味。- 飯團一碟两件($30)三文鱼和鏝鱼各一, 又係無セ味, 只有厚硬的外殼飯層。- 烏冬($68), 清湯加三四片鮮冬菰, 三片普通豆腐, 湯底OK, 可幸烏冬麵條手打的, 唔錯, 不過始終單薄D。_ soba一碗($68)用料同鸟冬一樣, 但麵條同即食無セ分別, 雖然到此仍未飽, 但食咗以上咁多樣, 無邊樣吸引味蕾或視覺, 無興緻再加嘢。埋單有D意外, 原耒前菜要收$20一位, 一粒無味西蘭花及一匙石榴汁/酒?! 如果係好食既話, 我一D無問題, 但咁既水準, 屈你食咗, 夠胆咁收, 就過份D.  …Read More

tenchi823 支持真心食評,如果要食得起嘅人先可以去寫食評,呢d唔係食評,係哂命。做食店係要照顧唔同客人嘅口味,收得起咁嘅價錢,連基本嘢都唔識做,呢d先叫無知。

Lolinglingg 其實好多地方都會硬性收前菜錢 吾理你食吾食 好似飲茶計茶位咁 燒牛舌如果要食全熟 直頭侮辱左隻牛 已經吾關食吾食得起事

又一間已成過去的食店,

老公成日心思思, 話想去Joia 食佢地门既Rissoto, 再加埋Florentina燒牛肉, 嘈左幾個星期, 終於無法再抗拒就約埋一棚人去, 食得熱鬧D。不過巳聽聞舊经理走左之后, Service 及食物都大不如前, 但老公只係念舊, 無法。訂了七位, 去到, 新经理有理無理, 走埋離鍚我面珠一啖, 喂! 同你唔係咁熟喎!! 閃都閃唔倒!坐响度等埋朋友, 少少遲, 招呼一杯水或問飲セ都無。半小時後, 終於人到齊, 佢地然後就開始大割祭!!  侍應大力推界$145.00 per gram的白松露, 但我地都唔係想食呢樣, 所以就say no 啦.   老公想食餐牌上$198的funghi risotto, (以前食過好鍾意) 我都係, 再點了出名的florentina燒牛肉 $798. 各人都點完後, 再 點了一支$820的紅酒。開了酒大家等食啦, 等完又等都未有, 朋友開始餓到發火。終於同侍應经理問咗幾次, 朋友拍哂枱, 食物一次過出現了。我的Risotto, 成個食堂茶餐廳炒 飯咁大碟, 成个小山咁, 糊糊的, 無セfunghi, 味道一般,  我老公个碟, 無啦啦變咗白松露Risotto, 盛惠$578!! 也是糊飯上, 加了些Truffles 片。碟Florentina燒牛肉, 个碟凍冰冰, ,D肉自然凍冰冰, 並且D肉上面大洒粗鹽, 但肉一D牛肉味都冇, 似雪藏牛多! 又中伏了!!侍應哥哥倒完一次酒, 餘下三份一樽, 食飯中途, 佢埋離攞起樽, 望下各人的杯未空 (支酒其実重未透好氣) , 就一次過把餘下的酒一次過倒哂落一位朋友的杯, 再將酒樽倒轉, chok 兩chok 倒入佢杯中!!  哈!!有冇再更無知識的侍應呢?一位朋友好心以教導的語氣說倒酒唔係咁倒架, 如果有渣就入哂佢杯了,  怎知換來不以為然的反應, 話「我倒左好多枝都無問題, 無碎水松的。」OK, 我只好叫我朋友收聲啦!!這間定位算高的意大利餐廳, 從此成為過去式!!!…Read More

甘牌燒鵝被宣傳得咁好食, 而我對燒鵝是有情意結的, 自小生日, 沒有蛋糕, 但有鵝脾食, 所以有好食的燒鵝一定要去食。今日有事出灣仔, 正好中午, 食餐鵝飯!!攞位要等十幾位, 不過半小時, 打吓机, 講吓電話, 都好快過了。坐低, 餐牌有点刻意唔講可以淨叫$45的飯, 而不須一定叫$72的餐。都算啦, 叫咗餐先發現不必買無謂的小吃和餐飲。$72 可選燒味雙併, 但我尊程耒食鵝, 當然只要鵝啦, 我刻意唔叫要$100的鵝脾, 因為想知這家知名的良店會如何待客, 、點知真係現形記!!最令我期待但極失望既碟鵝飯, 可以話只有一件一吋x1/4吋大小的, 上有約1cm厚的肉, 其餘的都係鵝背, 即係表皮一件, 令我細賞慢嚼, 吃得「好滋味」, 若非如此, 真唔知揾セ送鈑!!如果砌鵝的會唔知点分配一隻鵝, 我唔信, 不過咁樣趕客, 我就留番俾佢的熟客去好啦!咁我的食評是, 我俾咗錢, 都無食到應有的「鵝肉」, 点評呢?  可以咁講, 只靠1/4丁吋, 我唔知点評先公平, D鵝皮, 有D肥, 好味嗎? 一般啦!…Read More

去深井朋友家, 講起燒鵝, 都話好耐無食過深井名物, 朋友話出名的陳記都已沒落, 但裕記還可以。第二日, 心思思, 帶細女一車由港島去深井食燒鵝午餐。只有兩位, 只能各叫一碟燒鵝飯, 80元一碟, 上環的某出名鵝飯店, 已可吃脾了, 但這裹, 無得選. 哈! 阿女嗰碟居然得一小碟背脊, 有皮無肉, 伙記話係咁傢啦, 因我已經嘩到出聲, 伙記不得已取了一碟前脾的給我, 我倆分住食。不過, 如果係好食的話, 我都收聲啦, 但係的「鵝」皮乾肉硬, 似食雪鴨多過鵝, 乜味都無的柴皮, 但係冇炭燒味的柴皮,  真係去邊間燒味店都未必有咁遭遇!!找數200蚊, 維有認笨頭。以後都唔去係必然。…Read More

凍親加餓死都未上菜, 水魚!

一早訂好位, 無錯, 去到5分鐘上下就有枱。馬上點菜, 先叫左六樣野, 包括Deluxe Sashimi, chef 10 sushi, 3種不同卷物和些串燒。唸住一路食, 一路再叫, 4 個人, 預咗Budget 約 $2000。等咗一輪, 先上咗串燒, 但跟著每道菜之間, 閒閒哋等15 至20 分鐘, 食到吊著吊著, 冷氣又超凍, 又冷又餓,非常無懚。再加上左右隔離D人, 嘈到拆天, 好難頂。Deluxe Sashimi -盛惠$350, 上到枱, 總共得6片加一粒切碎的帶子! (好過搶!)  Sushi 10 件 $220, 每件$22. 上面片魚紙咁薄, 同去超平嘅迴轉壽司店無セ分別!  好彩D Toro Maki 手卷$170 還可以, 但每食一道等20分鐘, 真係消化咗都未有得再食。最後等到無哂心機, 問侍應check吓重有冇未嚟既嘢, 我明記得重有一個加洲卷未耒, 但佢話無啦, 出哂啦! 我話好!, 咁埋單! 全人類都唔想再苦等落去。張單上又有加洲卷喎! 當然退單啦。 最後兩大兩細仍然又冷又餓既大人和小朋友,  連熱茶都無杯飲既一餐, 埋單$953,就離開了!!…Read More
