颱風過後,天朗氣清。依原定計劃遊澳。先到內港的的船屋餐廳午膳 (見相關食評),再到附近的媽閣廟上香,最後到對面的巴士站,乘巴士到氹仔的澳門大學圖書館咖啡廊喝下午茶。咖啡廊由安德魯主理,食物種類跟其他安德魯的相同但價錢較便宜。由於大學早已放假,食客中看不到有學生。反之,堂上多是本地的家庭 (在鏡頭外)。咖啡廊有一遊戲角,不少孩子在砌積木(在鏡頭外)。店方還備有專為未來主人翁而設的小枱椅,十分有心。我和孩子自助的選了食物, 在窗前座位安坐 ,放鬆放鬆,好好領受店主一份誠意。Red Fruits juice : (MOP15) : 顏色濃艶,有點濃得化不開。夠冰凍。入口先微酸,是集合了眾多berries的酸,酸中有甜,是紅提子的果甜。味道有層次感。深深的吸一口,生津解渴,很受用。Lemonade (MOP8): 夠冰凍。沁人心脾,開胃消滯。天使橙皮蛋糕 (MOP4) : 賣相純潔無瑕,惹人好感。氣味清香。入口微甜,有蛋白的彈跳感。橙皮清鮮無苦澀。假若你打算攜孩子遊澳,不妨考慮這咖啡廊 - 食物價廉物美、景觀光猛開揚,氣氛具啓發性但無壓迫感。…Read More

去年4月下旬,無意中發現了下環街市市政綜合大樓2樓熟食中心的小食,經驗愉快。心思思,今年重訪。樓熟食中心原來8時休息,到達時已近8時。家家在洗洗擦擦,食物所餘無幾。抬頭看到有荳花。於是,快快趣趣,來一碗吧! 此時的荳花雖微温,聞不到荳香但吃得到荳香。濃濃荳香中隱隱透着糖水中的薑香。不過,好吃時也不宜細嚐,以免妨礙店主休息。反正,從未聞有人吃荳花窒息致命,一於速戰速决,邊狼吞虎嚥邊付錢。女店主看到我在拍攝,示意同伴合作,主動一起造像。於是成就了一幀「敬業樂業夫妻荳花」照片。…Read More
