My friend asked me out for an early dinner last night. It was a good chit chat place for us since I just got back to visit for a month.Environment:We did get reservation at 7:30 that night so we got in right away. (Well, the place is quite empty, only 3-4 tables of customers so even if we did walk-in we should get a table right away too.) We sat down and started to look at the menu immediately since the waiter got us the menus right after we sat down. Waitress and waiters are polite and nice, they let us look at the menu for awhile and we had enough time to look at both drinks and food menu. I don't know if you have experienced it in HK but some restaurants would rush you to get orders in - Well, this didn't! We ordered two set dinner and chatted. It was such a nice environment to have tea and chat with friends. The lighting in the place is not too deem so we can see everything clearly yet with a nice tone of darkness for a relaxing atmosphere.Food:After about 5 mins of chatting the food is here! To me that's quite fast but that's good cause I know how busy and in a hurry HK peeps are.. lol Anyways the first one I had was a Norwegian salmon roll. It was pretty weird tbh. It is a little too sift and blend to my taste. The texture is also weird. I mean if it's soft and creamy, you would expect to match it with something crunchy or more hard in texture to balance it out, but this one didn't do that. It is very soft and another layer of softness and then...soft creamy something jam/cream again. Pretty disappointed and disgusted with how it was matched. The ingredients are probably really good yet it is wasted due to the lack of texture comparison. Next, we both had lobster bisque. Let just say when I see it I know this is not a place for food, but a place to enjoy the moment and keep up with your friends.. That soup was basically blended with a heat blender with some lobster and tons of cream. Then topped with some raisin size lobster meat in. Wow. It was so bad I thought I am drinking cream right from the fridge. (Actually a box of cream from the fridge might taste more creamy than this tho = Even using loads of cream in the soup and still can't get the thickness.) To that point I know it's a place for "the moment" which means it is a place for enjoying your time with the person you came with. It is not about the food, but the talk you have and moment spent with your friends. So let me just skip talking too much about the main course - carbonara with: Terrible. If you know what "carbonara" is then you know you shouldn't even see an egg on top of the pasta, better yet the egg on top of it is fully boiled and not runny. WOW. Alright needless to say the food is bad, but their coffee is pretty good. Lastly I ordered their signature flat white - which was confused with latte so I eventually got a latte instead.. somehow. But the latte was good. Not too strong, not too dense, pretty sure is either light roast or medium roast coffee bean. the latte art was good and the foam was in perfect temp. The whole meal was bruh but atleast the latte was good. Which concludes that I recommend anyone to go there for their tea/coffee break. It's a good environment and space for a long keep up talk with long time no see friends and family, and maybe have their snacks with drinks that are decent. However, for fine dining or dinner, please no. Especially for this price point you can get SO MANY better choices around the area. 終於放棄去休息一下...就去左一間我一直都想試下既上樓Cafe坐下, 飲下野!
一上到去就見到"會員專用"牌!點知問個waiter佢話都可以, 就照入!入面幾有特色,因為冇人可以亂咁坐!(因當時正在休息,所以沒有拍太多的照作參考)四個女仔一大個堆!Hea足兩個半鐘先走!但waiters仲好nice! 
環境真係好舒服,自己黎hea個afternoon都得!佢地仲有早餐提供,有時間去relax下!
我見到有人食長腳蟹,我咪問個經理長腳蟹係邊到攞,佢話係烏冬檔,但每次得幾碟,出幾次咋,冇就冇架啦,唔通我唔埋位坐企係個烏冬檔到伏佢咩?一係就唔好出啦,咁小家,唔係要人搶嘛?一係就每人派一碟,有d人有得食,有d就冇,算點先?大家都係比咁多錢咋!做法真係一d都唔公平!
