整體還算中規中矩。食物味道和配搭上有4星,服務5星。現在從頭到尾回顧一下。因為我是一個人的關係,一瓶720毫升的對我來說太多了,只能點300毫升的。300毫升色有3款,1款熱的,兩款冷的,我就點了這瓶中間價位。頭盤是這道3色涼盤,蕃茄新鮮爽口,但是蝦比較差,沒什麼鮮味,海帶酸酸的,很好吃和開胃。刺身,赤貝沒什麼鮮味,鯛魚正常,深海池魚比較油膩。吃完想要點生薑,但是沒有。下一道是白子,如果改為醋漬白子的話會更好,可以把剛才池魚的油膩感化解一下,現在變成火灸的話,感覺還是膩。就算我喝了幾口清酒也中和不了。再來就是芝麻拌白魚,什麼魚我忘記了,但是芝麻味把魚味蓋過了,感覺一般。下一道安康魚中間夾了一塊漬物,這道菜可以說可有可無了。我寧願在熱食換一塊炸魚。然後開始熱菜了,首先是煮金木鯛(沒圖),味道很好,整晚其中一道喜歡的,再來就是炸蝦天婦羅,不油,很脆。這兩道沒毛病。 緊接著就是六道壽司。第一道是墨魚,太普通的食材,有點失望;第二道赤海蝦配蝦膏,蝦膏應該事後加工過,有點說不出的味道,好黏口;第三道壽司忘記了;第四道吞拿魚赤身,好吃;第五度大拖羅和第六道的海膽壽司都很好吃。綜觀壽司這一塊完全沒問題。最後就是魚湯和甜品了。甜品沒圖,魚湯我個人不太喜歡,並不是味道有問題,是我本人不喜歡喝魚湯。整晚只有我一個客人,經營食肆真辛苦。…Read More

見到那麼多好評,忍不住來試一下。晚餐時段,店裡是QR code下單,鍋底是重慶辣拼菌鍋。下單後大概3分鐘就上鍋底了,速度好快。但是,鍋底是麻辣火鍋的靈魂,它們這個鍋底可以說是不合格,為什麼其它人沒這個感覺呢,難道他們吃的跟我不一樣? 鍋底水開了之後有香味,但是不夠咸,一開始以為底料不夠時間煮,但是過了30分鐘也是一樣,跟服務員反應,幫我們加多了一點咸味。但是,咸度夠了,卻少了麻辣火鍋的「野味」。而且,這個重慶辣,只是真正重慶市的小辣。鍋底真的火候不夠,怎可以拿出重慶來火鍋的招牌出來呢?醬料也不夠,指天椒,鹽巴要問服務員,沒味精,只有簡單的醬油,醋,葱,麻油和蒜泥。另外一邊菌鍋,反而有驚喜,猴頭菇加進去,很香的菌味。材料也很新鮮,沒什麼毛病,可以對得起這個價錢。當然要你公司鍋底有這樣的質數才可以,否則一切都是無用。…Read More
