今日一個人自己早收工,即刻諗起石門沙田一間燒味店,記得疫情時我差唔多一個月都會嚟一次,佢嘅叉燒我真係覺得全香港最好食,每次同朋友講起燒味店,我一定提議佢哋過嚟試一試。由於好耐冇食過,今日再過嚟買一個叉燒飯同埋一個燒鵝鵝頭,返屋企自己飲杯啤酒食飯。返到屋企一打開盒叉燒飯我已經呆咗,究竟俾咗啲乜嘢?係肉醬定係梅了嘅叉燒? 成盒飯好似打咗風咁亂七八糟。先唔講味道,味道嘅嘢好個人,所以我淨係講賣相同埋肉質,叉燒食落去毫無質感,好似食緊肉泥,佢嘅肉質真係十級難食,唔知道係咪落咗好多肉鬆粉之類,有一半叉燒並不是齊整的,好似係將啲肉用刀背拍到爛咗,然後搽上叉燒醬,咁就當叉燒,如果叉燒有問題,唔明白點解斬叉燒個師傅,會拎出嚟賣,咁樣真係害死佢。記得佢開業初頭我真係來得好密,而且我都有係Openrice分享,希望如果老細見到留意一下。另外我都嗌咗一個燒鵝鵝頭,唔知點解佢嘅切法同以前唔一樣,佢呢個好似係滷水鵝嘅切法,但係因為燒鵝嘅關係,佢啲肉係比較乾身,咁好難食。 另一方面佢嘅顏色亦都唔一致,懷疑係合成出嚟嘅。而且咁啱得咁蹺我食頭兩件感覺有沙粒!究竟係運送途中唔小心跌咗落地下,定係其他問題就不得而知。總括而言,如果呢個叉燒質素,我係以後唔會再幫襯。…Read More

今日去新商場行街,行過見到呢間餐廳,見好多人排隊,咁我就攞一張飛試吓,最終排咗個半鐘先有位。今日同阿媽嗌咗兩個飯和一杯飲品,豬軟骨飯同埋排骨麵,另外加一杯芒果綠茶。先講一講豬軟骨,嗰啲肉好鞋口.明顯未夠火喉,唔知道係攞貨定係自己做,呢個真係要餐廳留意吓。另外,個排骨麵,一個字好Q鹹,而且似乎是用牛肉麵個湯,好彩我食牛,但係如果吾食牛的人要問清楚。排骨應該係新鮮炸起,但係好薄身,上面好似沾滿好多老抽,搞到我一啖麵之後要一啖水。芒果綠茶就一般般。整體來說好一般,價錢就正常。服務良好。如果唔係喺呢個商場,應該冇人會排隊。…Read More

今日放工去開紅磡拎嘢,到食飯時間肚餓, 行過見到呢間, 見到蔡瀾張相即刻衝入去。嚟到滷味店一定係食滷水鵝, 所以我諗都冇諗就叫咗滷水鵝飯,上到枱時見到係鵝脾,內心即刻充滿驚喜。之後店員好有禮貌送個例湯給我,其實呢啲滷味/燒味嘅店舖,嗰個例湯一定好好味,每日大量頭頸,根本就唔需要加味精,個湯已經好飲,呢度嘅例湯亦都係,飲完唔會有口渴嘅感覺。講返滷水鵝飯,我嘅數量唔算太多,應該有7/8件左右,開頭我以為係滷水鴨,仲諗住叫個師傅對一對,但望多兩眼應該係滷水鵝飯,相對其他嘅滷水鵝飯,份量係少咗啲,而且亦都冇豆腐同埋酸菜。味道方面,我食第一口,已經感覺超級鹹,我唔知點解,佢係有滷水嘅香味,但比鹹味蓋過了,雖然叫做鵝髀,但係都比較偏瘦,最重要一樣,係師傅沒有將佢起肉,因為之後每一件鵝肉,都充滿細骨,而且啲骨仲跌咗落啲飯到,食嗰陣時要非常小心,而且嗰啲飯仲好似唔係好熱,食落去嘅感覺唔係太好。一碟滷水鵝飯多謝$55,對比一間咁有名氣嘅滷水鵝店,係一個合理價錢,但係味道就真係有點失望。可能因為有蔡瀾嘅原因,所以大家對呢間店舖嘅期望值都會提升,如果呢間是街市或者無名氣嘅舖頭,我相信一定冇投訴。…Read More

今年和太太結婚20週年記念,諗住搵一間好少少的餐廳,同太太食飯慶祝,在 Open Rice 找了一間意大利餐廳 ,見評價不俗 ,所以同太太決定一試。在酒店網上訂位時,本來諗住訂晚餐 ,但原來網上有 Menu 看,發現星期日也有 Lunch set 供應,所以在有限資源的情況下,改為食 Lunch ,價錢經濟少少,留返啲錢買禮物。而且人大了,太夜食飯不是太好,食得太飽,瞓覺時好容易胃酸倒流。Lunch menu 有 4 款選擇,( 估計是每星期不同 ) ,而每星期的 Lunch menu 之下,也有不同的選擇 , 例如牛 , 魚 , 豬 , 羊之類 ,一定有一款啱你心水 。Lunch set 的價錢比 Dinner 平 ,而且不用點 al la carte ,相對可以用一個經濟少少的價錢去用餐 ,每一個 Lunch set 由 $ 388 起,如果要選擇龍蝦湯就要另外加 $ 150 ,酒水另外加$ 138 有 free flow ,free flow 有紅酒 ,白酒 ,氣泡酒 ,啤酒 ,汽水 ,果汁 。如果在一間酒店內的意大利餐廳來說 ,這個算是十分合理的價錢 ,$ 138 已經可以任飲 ,雖然呢啲一定唔係好貴嘅酒,但係酒店嘅提供,應該都唔會太差。當日的Menu是倫巴底, 入去前已經諗了食什麼,我們分別也 Top up 了一個龍蝦湯 ,而我自己再加 $ 100 Top up 了牛扒 .   1. 頭盤選擇了意大利凍肉芝士拼盤 和 意大利海鮮沙律2. 主菜選擇 自家制意大利雲吞配豬肋肉 和 烤肉眼扒3. 甜品選擇 意式合歡花蛋糕 和 Tiramisu先說意大利凍肉芝士拼盤 ,因為一人的份量 ,得幾片cold cut 和生果 ,火腿有豐富的鹹香和油份,在有限的食材下 ,個擺盤叫做好靚下 ,但食落就無咩驚喜。而另一份是意大利海鮮沙律 ,有蝦 ,皇帝蟹腳 ,帶子等 ,Buffet 的質數 ,但作為頭盤份量也合適。食完頭盤就上湯 ,我們2個也轉了龍蝦湯 , 飲得出個湯好重龍蝦味 ,而且幾 creamy ,入面有少量的龍蝦肉 ,不會只有死鹹 ,但如果要另外加 $ 150 我就覺得不值。(我看到隔離台的蘑菇湯好似重正 )跟湯有一份麵包,呢個麵包絕對唔係配角,而是今餐嘅主角,非常之好食,小麥嘅香味,熱辣辣同埋配上意大利醋,簡直一絕。之後上主菜 ,先講件烤肉眼扒,一定不是什麼好的肉眼 ,無咩牛肉味 ,但有一份炭燒的香味 ,可能酒店嘅廚房爐頭比較好,所以整出嚟嘅食物都會好提升少少,肉質就比較乾身,如果肉眼扒肥多少少會好D ,始終呢件不是西冷。而另一份的主菜是自家制意大利雲吞配豬肋肉 ,太太落單時 ,以為是豬肋肉 ,原來是幾粒雲吞 ,入面的肉係豬肋肉,她食了一口 ,就說超級鹹 ,即刻吐返出嚟,不知咩事 。之後我也試了一口 ,的的確確好鬼死鹹 ,之後我們叫了個 waiter 說明 ,他二話不說就可以同我們換 ,但說雲吞入面的肉,是之前準備了 ,如果重新做的話也會差不多,建議我太太叫另外一個菜式 。(題外話, 唔係個個樓面都知道廚房的運作, 呢個同事可以好快咁指出問題,並作出建議,值得一讚)所以太太改了個野生深海活魚鷹嘴豆,後加的深海魚很快就上枱,我太太話魚皮煎得很香脆 ,魚很新鮮,有魚味 ,魚肉是一疏疏的 ,感覺好似食緊 COD,好食過之前的意大利雲吞好多。在我們用餐時 ,Waiter 不停同我們斟酒 ,而他在第一次斟酒時 ,有介紹到酒名 ,但我自己不識飲酒 ,所以不太明白 ,但見汽泡酒的泡好多下 ,而且可以 Keep 到一定的時間 ,聽人講好似係好野,而紅白酒我也飲了 2 杯 ,比較乾身,仲未計啤酒汽水果汁,如果喜歡飲酒的人一定要加錢 ,完全值得。最後Waiter 禮貌地問我們可以上甜品未 ,之後就上 2 個甜品 。因為早前我同餐廳講咗係慶祝20周年結婚紀念,所以喺意式合歡花蛋糕放了一個牌仔 ,賣相就一般 ,但味道是唔錯的,質感好得意,而Tiramisu 用杯裝出嚟,也好好食 ,咖啡和朱古力 balance得好好。食完個甜品後 ,原來仲有 2 杯飲品 ,分別點了咖啡和檸檬水 ,咖啡另外跟鮮奶和 4 粒朱古力。總結今日的午餐食得很開心 ,服務方面是超有 heart ,每個Waiter / Waitress  也盡心服務每一台客人 ,而且充滿笑容,酒店的服務始終有保証。食物方面就可以講係穩穩陣陣 ,可能個價單比較平 ,食材方面要作一個平衡。裝修方面 ,看得出有一段時間 ,但每一樣也 keep 得好好和整潔。希望下次有機會,試一試佢哋嘅晚餐。…Read More

今晚經過附近 , 又是晚飯時間 , 記得呢間拉麵係旺角好出名 , 現在荃灣有分店,所以來會一會.大約8:00到 , 不用等位 , 呢到 Menu 簡單 , 得拉麵和沾麵 , 價錢商場來說不算貴 , 最平好似 68 -98 之類 .我見個沾麵個賣相好似幾好 , 所以叫了個魚介沾麵 . 麵質可以簡凍 / 軟硬之類  , 另外有冰水供應 ( 呢個是日本拉麵的慣例 , 不知點解來到 HK 之後 , 會改為溫水 )上菜後 , 香氣好重 , 份量合適  ,  應該足夠一人飽肚 。麵質方面 , 有彈性 , 曲麵 , 但掛湯一般 ,  有小麥的味道 , 但不是好夠凍 , 可能只是用水候水過水,不是用冰水過水。另外,叉燒有炭燒的香味 , 肥瘦適中 , 有油香.雞蛋就爭d , 是一隻普通的流心蛋 , 但是合格的 , 差過佢仲有好多.反而個沾湯就相對失色 . 沾湯上有一個 $5 size 的魚介粉 , 但完全沒有魚介的味道 , 沾湯沒有起膠質 , 很流質 , 使到D湯很難掛到麵上.我不知是否用拉麵的豬骨湯做基礎上 , 再做呢個沾湯 , 使到呢個沾湯和一般的湯水差不多.我懷疑我自己叫錯了 , 我見呢到的客人 , 多數食拉麵 , 可能拉麵先是呢到的皇牌 , 下次再試。題外話,呢度d服務好好,每一個waitress waiter 即叫即做,加分。…Read More

今日午餐唔知食乜嘢,見到嗰度好多人食所以我又排下隊,入到去時個感覺已經唔係太好,店員呼喝我要scan bar code 或者填紙仔,其實個個都知道呢一樣野,我都未入舖頭,你點解要大聲呼喝我呢你都台灣嘅店舖,一定要食牛肉麵,一碗好食嘅牛肉麵,湯底濃烈得來唔會鹹嘅,而且麵條煙韌,即係台灣人講嘅Q彈。上枱嘅時候,我先來一啖湯底,已經感到不妥,點解會好似入滿死咸嘅滷水湯? 跟住我連埋啲麵條一齊食,鹹嘅感覺仍然充滿在口腔之內,但係我見到其他人唔係食牛肉麵,我已經知道咩事,呢度牛肉麵唔係最出名,應該係炸豬扒嗰啲,為咗唔想浪費牛肉麵,我慢慢慢慢咁食咗你碗麵,離開店舖之後,我買咗一杯台式嘅飲料,但係飲完之後超級口渴,我懷疑湯底有師傅🥺有時我都好鍾意支持小店,希望佢哋可以對抗大財團,但係佢哋嘅品質方面真係好唔穩定,希望改善一下,有機會我都會再試,不過應該係食炸豬扒,😂…Read More

歷史悠久的韓國餐廳

因為疫情的原因,差唔多兩年冇去過韓國,10分懷念韓國的食物,所以今日去咗尖沙咀一間老字號的韓國餐廳。因為得兩個人,又唔係好想燒食物,所以叫咗一個韓式排骨湯,再加一個大蔥燒餅同埋啤酒,入座已經有10碟韓式小菜,大概都係泡菜,鹹魚,菠菜,蘿蔔呢一類,但係就冇咗魚糕。大約等咗10分鐘,第一個蒽餅已經到,廚房好細心咁已經切咗16件,方便進食,但係大蔥嘅數量我自己感覺就比較少,因為我喺韓國食嘅,蒽嘅數量係非常之多,呢度似乎唔係我哋用緊嘅大陸蒽,似係韓國入口嘅韓國蔥,可能因為成本嘅問題所以要減少份量,始終呢個只係賣緊$120嘅食物,冇辦法之下要作出取捨。再等多5分鐘左右,韓式排骨湯已經到,呢度嘅排骨唔止韓國嘅排骨,呢度係比較細件,而韓國機係比較大件,份量亦都比較多,呢度嘅排骨湯,應該係用韓式辣醬,乾辣椒,同埋洋蔥做基本,感覺上味道比較單一,對比起呢個價錢,我自己覺得就比較偏貴,反而沙田有一間叫馬場X ,佢哋做嘅排骨湯真係好好食😋服務方便呢度非常到位,成日有人閒嚟睇吓你有冇需要清潔或者執拾,如果擬香港嘅標準來講,呢度服務算唔錯。但願香港疫情快啲完結,可以安心出遊…Read More

呢一間沾麵,可以說是比較早期小小嘅沾麵,開咗咁多年,仍然屹立不倒,一定有佢原因。上幾次經過深水埗,我都特登過嚟呢間餐廳,但係幾次都見好多人排隊所以放棄,今晚放工再比次機會佢,見佢出面得五六個人所以就排隊,排咗大約30分鐘已經有位。入到去好有日本小店嘅味道,只有吧枱,大家可以望到師傅喺度煮麵,店舖面積很細,如果我冇記錯應該得10個位左右,可能呢度因為煮麵嘅關係,店舖安裝左四部冷氣機,入到去好似雪房一樣,而且仲有兩三把風扇喺度運行中。呢度只有一個樓面同兩個廚房 ,應該係一個大師傅和一個師傅仔,師傅仔就準備面上的 topping,如果師傅就係淥麵同埋煮湯。今晚我叫咗個味增沾麵,店舖入邊有一個水杯比你自己裝水,應該係一般嘅過濾水,但,係如果係正式嘅拉麵店舖,應該係凍水。一入座,有一個小食俾你,未到正常,但唔知點解佢用一個不鏽鋼碟,賣相一般。等緊食麵期間,見到呢度嘅沾麵係熱食,另外有一點愕然,因為地道的沾麵應該係凍食,咁樣嘅話可以食到麵嘅爽彈,可能因為要遷就香港人的原因,所以佢就 default 出熱麵,我見到咁嘅情況即刻問師傅可唔可以凍食,師傅話可以,咁樣嘅話梗係轉啦。因為呢間麵嘅湯底係蝦湯,所以一上枱已經有濃烈的蝦味,因為我顧住玩電話,所以冇留意佢加咗啲咩喺上面,但係我估計係蝦油,係個沾汁上,再有一啲蝦乾,湯底無可挑剔。呢度有叉燒佢係用火槍燒過,誠意十足,因為我見過好多間拉麵店,好多時佢都係就咁將塊叉燒擺喺拉麵上面,沒有將叉燒的味道發揮到極限。呢度有蛋充滿醬油的香味,完全唔係死鹹嗰隻,有蛋香,而且蛋黃好似啫喱一樣,如果我知道咁好食嘅話我一定另外嗌多一隻。對比起湯底,呢度嘅麵條我覺得就遜色咗少少,佢嘅掛湯能力一般,同埋麵身比較幼,唔似係沾麵專用嘅麵條,我冇食過呢度嘅拉麵,唔通係用同一隻麵條?總括來說,呢度嘅沾麵可以話水準之上,而且呢度嘅夥計10分有禮貌,價錢來講CP值都算高,下次有機會我會試埋佢呢度嘅蠔拉麵,聽聞都好出名下。…Read More

今日去附近看醫生,見附近有呢問餐廳,故此重遊舊地。記得小時候,有親戚在觀塘秀茂坪,一定會去佢樓下呢間飲茶,之後秀茂坪清拆,已經找不到旺記。去到10幾年前,知道旺記去了紅磡純潔街,去了一次,但店舖很少,有點淺水浸蛟龍的感覺。近幾年,知道旺記越做越好,所以特登來食一次。估計,旺記已經交給第二代,所以沒有以前的影子,而且有點做遊客的感覺。炒蛋是好食,好滑,有蛋味。沙嗲牛肉麵就正正常常,好食過佢很多。但價錢不知是否尖沙咀關係,價錢好進取,$42,涷飲再如$3。雖然炒蛋好好食,但只可以間中來一次。…Read More
