尋晚睇社交平台睇到介紹呢間燒臘店,突然燒肉心起,今日一支公走入元朗食返餐。以前已經幫襯過幾次外賣,佢哋既質素早已心中有數。第一次堂食,去到已經差唔多12點,擔心已經賣完,好彩靚姐話仲有燒肉雞,我話燒肉OK啦,結果上嚟肉雞拼,原來係一定要食燒肉雞飯,無單燒肉,OK啦,雖然我對雞只係一般興趣。明顯呢個係燒肉唔夠,雞又有剩既安排😒。店員同收銀好好口,好有禮貌,多謝唔該絕無欠你。不過當聽到有客話唔食雞嗰陣,阿姐態度180℃變化就有啲令人驚訝😅。OK啦,揾食啫。大排檔環境唔會乾淨,得兩大一小枱,阿姐原本要我插入大枱窄縫入面,好彩細枱啱啱有人起身,我就唔使夾住食。一坐低上手既骨仲係度,睇下水渠水已經淹上嚟,嫌污糟真系可以直接外賣。雞好一般,雞胸肉,有啲實,但又唔系鞋,都可以的。都見有人好彩食雞髀,無計,一切皆是命。戲肉當然係燒肉,佢哋話係新鮮肉烤製,有啲UN,有啲實,有肉味,塊皮扑扑脆,絕對好食,每次質素都差唔多好穩定。飯就系最弱既一環,鞋口有生米,唔掂。埋單29,單雙拼一樣價錢。值得一提,之前買外賣燒肉,放幾個鐘啲皮依然香脆,記得佐敦有某家燒臘都係咁講,可惜唔系事實。大排檔唔影相啦,已經有人upload一堆相片,自己參考下。…Read More

呢間酒家係我其中一間好鐘意去既中式酒樓,早兩日經過發現原來已經結業,網上寫永久停業,APP寫裝修中,希望有日會重開啦。上年2024大概年中最後一次幫襯,印象中點心食物一般,就係街坊酒樓既水平,但蝦餃尤其出色,通常一次食兩籠。雖然衛生環境都一般甚至係麻麻地,但職員非常熱情,彌補咗呢個缺點。收銀嗰位女士,你幫襯一次就記得你,無論幾耐無去佢都記得你當你熟客咁招呼,真系好窩心,香港就係需要呢啲服務業員工。因為工作關係已經好少過去,無諗過佢捱過疫情,捱唔過北上潮。往事只能回味,希望有日江湖再見,特此留一紀念。…Read More

話說幾年前,一次誤打誤撞既情況下去咗呢間茶餐廳食lunch,當時食咩已經唔記得,只係記得舊式老茶既裝修,同店員友善既服務。最近係fb知道呢間餐廳要結業啦,突然想起就想再去幫襯一次。2024年10月26日,嚟到門口已經見到大大張紅色告示,茶餐廳將會係廿九日正式結業。入到門口見到客滿,要等一陣,於是同收銀姐姐講,想等卡位,佢笑笑口咁話儘量啦:)。等咗無五分鐘,就真系有卡位坐。原本見客人碟茄子牛仔骨好正想食,不過啱啱到下午茶時間又唔系好餓,就點個下午茶算了。同朋友一個咖喱炒貴刁,一個菜脯叉燒炒飯,交換啲嚟食,貴刁無咩咖喱味,炒飯反而偏鹹。兩杯凍奶茶就OK正常。味道OK唔算好正,但氣氛好好,店員都笑笑口,仲見到老闆教客人點沖奶茶,有熟客問老闆點解唔做,老闆話做咁多年得個吉氣氛和諧,毫無怨氣,應該真系光榮結業。尊重店內請勿拍照既告示,出到門口先影兩相作為紀念。希望香港之後既食市都可以無差別咁多啲對客人展露笑容,唔好凈係識得呻點解無生意,或者出咗名就擺個臭面出嚟揀客做。…Read More

好耐好耐以前,就聽說過某某港姐話上環呢間燒味鋪啲叉燒冠絕香港,一直都好想試,今日飛雲終於嚟喇,趁lunch去附近搞私務,就算趕啲都過去試下。一去到門口無預期既墟陷,不過都有七成滿,可能已經一點半過咗高峰掛,門口有個可能係老闆著住廚師服既阿叔,見我入嚟都無招呼直接揚下手,我諗系叫我坐掛,咁坐低睇餐牌,燒味飯好似只有一個60蚊雙拼餐,無仔細睇就是旦叫個叉肉飯算。於是到我揚手啦,阿叔望望我無反應,阿姐又望望我繼續無反應,再舉手結果都一樣,如是者坐咗可能有四五分鐘,我覺得自己忽然變得透明咗,咁唯有起身知難而退喇。網上評論話越做越難食,服務又差,可惜佢哋無比機會我試,幫佢哋平反,唯有係我張名單入面剔除喇。結尾又系嗰句,咁多人北上,唔系無原因既。P.S 又無食評又無相,唔知openrice比唔比po。…Read More

一直有聽聞呢間炳記茶檔既名聲,話未食過炳記等如無去過大坑,今日路過見落大雨無人排,就去試下。其實唔知食乜,凈係睇過YouTuber話豬扒麵同奶茶正,就點豬扒雞翼麵加奶茶,朋友點咗餐蛋麵,我仲笑佢唔食豬扒等如無嚟過。點知嚟到佢碗麵係default有豬扒,餐蛋只係加上去,唔知係搞錯定正常。豬扒同雞翼都入味,豉油味濃,好唔好食就好個人,但肉質就真係比較實,無咩鮮味,明白都係雪藏嘢,個麵就唔多掂,淋pat pat 食落似係用唔夠熱既水浸熟而唔係煮熟。奶茶偏苦茶味少啲,好一般。朋友就話佢杯茶走好正,但個豬扒麵就同我感覺差唔多,都係嗰句,口味好個人。招呼方面都可以,阿姐都有笑笑口打招呼,唔會好似一啲so called網紅餐廳咁西面。阿姐見我哋就講普通話,有啲人可能會覺得唔舒服,我就無咩所謂,而且阿姐應該係講開普通話既新移民,當時本地客都多,佢哋唔似係一心做遊客生意嗰種餐廳。埋單HKD 60,朋友就 50,午餐嚟講OK。整體感覺雖然無驚喜,不過唔使排隊既我會再嚟。…Read More

有一排無入元朗,今日見天氣OK入去探個朋友順便食最近上網睇到介紹既張光記。其實呢個冬菇亭我唔系第一次幫襯,但上次咖啡通粉既體驗十分惡劣,所以無再去幫襯,估唔到原來入面仲有間歷史悠久既老店可以試下。去門口見好多人排隊,諗住有排等,點知原來都係等外賣,咁見到有位就坐喇。事前做功課決定食鳳爪排骨飯同牛肉球,同店員直接落單,大約等咗十五分鐘左右,算有啲慢但都OK既。冬菇亭環境一般,但對香港人嚟講係有種情懷,只係天氣開始轉熱,無冷氣唔系個個都接受。鳳爪排骨飯既鳳爪口感有啲爽,同酒樓淋滑口感唔一樣,而排骨更加係麵豉醃製,跟酒樓既都唔一樣。見阿姐上飯前會加三樣醬料,猜測可能系熟油,老抽同生抽掛,但味道唔濃,少甜味。牛肉球如傳聞中紮實,有牛味有口感,感覺真材實料。好快咁食完,呢餐合乎期望,都幾滿足。麻煩阿姐睇數,阿姐收錢嗰陣講句多謝,我都講句唔該,禮貌睇嚟基本,但唔系間間餐廳都會。…Read More

難得一日去天后附近做嘢,約咗個客10 點,不過我未到九點已經到咗,無所事事咁不如去食嘢先。就係附近有間茶記叫大不同,個名咁不同就不如試下。一入餐廳感覺有啲昏暗,仲隱隱約約有種異味,不過氣味唔算濃都可以接受,只係冷氣好似唔多通風咁。自己搵位坐低,枱櫈有啲痴立立。成個場目測只有一位女侍應,收錢執碗抹枱送餐一腳踢,我打個招呼佢叫我等等,咁人哋唔得閒我又有時間,咪等下無所謂,點知一等10 分鐘,見佢繼續做佢既嘢仲得閒同熟客吹水,完全無打算理我,咁我又嗌聲佢,答案都係等等,不過今次真係等兩分鐘就過嚟。點咗個早餐沙爹牛肉麵,煎蛋腸仔,熱擰茶。見廚房師傅水吧又係得一個人,咁即係又唔會快,果然又係一等十幾分鐘終於個餐嚟齊。沙爹牛肉麵:沙爹夠香濃可惜啲牛肉梅梅爛爛一pat,咬落佢仲淋過豆腐,好奇怪質感,有啲牛肉會硬身啲,懷疑有啲係隔夜翻煮變到淋之之,反而個麵好似未煮熟咁仲幾硬身。腸仔應該係大陸或者中東貨,唔確定但就唔係香港人食開嗰啲。煎蛋無咩好評論,普普通通。個奶茶就真係熱過熔岩,好彩我唔趕可以慢慢飲,茶味都可以,但奶太多。花咗廿幾分鐘等餐再用三十分鐘食完,唔知算唔算耐,不過食完啱啱好去見客再食。原本一間普通茶記真係無諗過寫食評,所以連相都無影。而係呢間大不同對面有兩間光鮮啲睇落高質啲既茶記,但就係睇大不同個樣夠街坊,先入去試下,結果真係一次就夠。佢哋既沙牛真係太梅爛似係翻煮又翻煮。而得一個人做既大媽侍應又抹完枱執完碗又去送餐,加埋個場清潔一般,睇落有啲污糟。但最令我唔會再去既原因係大媽對客人愛理不理,同客吹水都唔落單,叫兩次都係等等,作為一個生客感覺幾差。想問下,妳無生客,邊得嚟熟客呢?…Read More

係荃灣區打滾多年,一直都唔知有呢間手工燒賣。直到燒賣關注組同一啲YouTube介紹先知呢間街坊小店。呢一代人食飯追求既,已經唔止係環境食物,仲要加埋特色情懷,呢樣對冠華就應該係強項。根據知情朋友介紹,點咗碗牛雜河加一份20蚊既手工燒賣。牛雜入味,但牛肚較韌,其他一般,河粉太淋,沾滿牛腩湯汁卻有化學作用,變得惹味。主角手工燒賣,粒粒形狀不一正好係手工一粒粒造既證明。燒賣size有如一個乒乓波大小,咬落去較粉有啲實,質感十足。有魚味,調味亦夠,加上豉油同辣油,味道OK。雖然無網上講到咁神,辣椒油亦唔係特別出色。但每一粒燒賣都系獨特既,亦算好食,誠意足以超越坊間一啲以主打濃味汁料,但忽略燒賣本身既店鋪。另外由於係街坊店,人情味真系濃啲,入去會見到街坊食麵同老闆吹水,如果我無睇錯,甚至熟客會幫手落單收錢。燒賣阿姨拎燒賣嚟既時候會一直叫你小心熱,但要趁熱食先好食,感覺同出麵一啲排長龍但出名西面既所謂名店完全唔同。據聞呢間店可能會光榮結業,到時香港又少一間特色小店。未食過既趁而家仲有就不妨去感受一下。…Read More

2023年8月某個平日,約咗朋友去元朗hea行山,去到朋友竟然仲未起身,好啦,我揾間酒樓等佢。Google一下就去呢間大集團既,唔一定好食,但應該比較穩陣。好歹係個食評,先講食物吧飲茶飲茶,最先梗系試下啖茶,自動煮水壺可以煮到100℃,但用嚟煮鐵觀音就太高了。茶葉獨立包裝,似大陸,滾水攤凍少少先泡,茶味都夠,有甘香味,OK。最先嚟既點心係蘿蔔糕,薄薄小小既兩件,比大X樂既大少少,鬆鬆散散,快餐店既味道。之後嚟既係叉燒腸,粉皮較乾硬,叉燒味道正常,豉油偏鹹。之後就係蝦餃燒賣,蝦餃蝦有啲梅,唔彈牙,皮散易爛。燒賣係今餐最好食,肉香彈牙,雖未係最高品但都中上。然後係山竹牛肉,今餐最難食既食物,腐竹硬,牛肉球都硬,仲要臊,仲差過叮叮點心。最後係鳳爪排骨飯,濃味,算好食,可惜油太多,整碗飯都系油,濕立立,比較難入口。埋單75.5,六款點心,一位茶,雖然有啲點心唔足一碟,但性價比依然唔錯。講完食物,想講環境態度,呢啲雖然唔係食物,但絕對係會影響食慾既一環。環境裝修古典,感覺高級,可惜係職員態度同服務水平嚴重低下,令人無法好好享受一餐。一入門,知客位無人,一班茶客係門口等,我一支公,撳飛仔先,撳唔到既?搞咗十幾秒,旁邊大媽突然無聲插入撳咗先,雖然嚇一跳,但至少證明部機無壞。又搞一陣先見個職員走出嚟,第一句就話一個撳唔到架,啊,原來係咁,咁點解唔寫出嚟搞到我成個傻仔咁一直撳。不過職員效率快,一手指住門口叫我坐嗰個孤獨位,幾好,夠獨立無其他人騷擾,就係坐咗呢個位,短短一個鐘睇到好多精彩嘢。首先見到一堆亂碗碟放滿隔籬枱,好耐都無人收。之後見到自己張孤獨枱得一對碗筷,其他都無。等一陣,終於有職員過嚟問咩茶,然後就係一輪埋怨,中間夾雜粗口,鬧既唔止係同事,廚房,稻香既office,更甚係鬧催單既茶客,入咗場既客人。粗口同鬧人既內容不便在此說明,但絕對係兒童不宜,不幸既係,同場等位既有唔少小孩,老人家一家大細。呢啲粗口雖然未必引起不安,但絕對係會引起反感。目測酒樓內仲有吉枱,職員都至少有六七個,應該人手夠,但奇怪,當日經常出現無人執枱,無人開茶,點心要等30分鐘以上先有,客人催單要被鬧,職員充滿怨氣。到底,呢個係管理問題?職員問題?定系客人問題?最近好多人講香港既市道一潮死水,夜晚靜英英無人食飯消費,反向一河之隔既深圳餐廳就夜夜笙歌,究竟係咪因為香港無夜市?定系香港既餐廳除咗貴之外,仲要服務質素茶趕客?大家一齊思考下。…Read More

今朝要去深水埗名店買口罩,未免晏咗人太多,所以一早就出門,點知嚟到又太早,咁不如再翻兜我心念念既中央飯店。上個禮拜無食到臉咁大既大包,今次一樣食唔到,阿姐話啱啱賣嗮。咁好啦,好彩仲有蝦腸,今次食返無上次咁驚喜,感覺粉皮無上次咁滑,上星期既蝦味道比較鮮,但今次既蝦腸都係上等既。另外又點咗魚肚燒賣,第一次食,魚肚索嗮啲汁,食落爽甜,燒賣本身彈牙有咬口,裏面除豬肉外,應該仲有蝦肉,味道唔錯。最後食咗碟鴨腳扎,裏面既芋頭入口鬆化,肉就係魚肚燒賣既肉,拆開腐皮,裏面既鴨腳包住醬汁,都幾得意,醬汁係腐皮裏面,唔係外面,呢個係我見過第三個版本既鴨腳扎,都算幾特別,鴨腳質感比較raw,入味但唔係燜到淋,有咬口,甚至腳筋都系脆既。特別一提,呢間酒樓推車阿姐好好記性,我問佢有咩點心,佢真系好努力咁背嗮十三款點心出嚟,我無辦法唔比讚,試想象,你如果一日要推十幾轉,每轉都十幾款唔同配搭,你點記。阿姐中途仲要話唔好意思,多謝嗮之類,其實系我唔好意思就真,因為阿姐話想食咩同佢講就得,唔使問有咩係車度。時隔一星期,再次幫襯感覺都系咁好,食物質素中等,服務不錯,價錢貼地,有機會一定要再嚟。…Read More

今日睇完YouTube介紹,原本想去保安道街市食個街坊茶樓,點知上到去佢哋話休業到九月,無緣食到都無計。想起N年前去過既中央飯店,於是憑記憶加Google map去揾返嚟拜訪下。走咗差唔多一個鐘,當做運動,終於嚟到太子同深水埗之間既中央飯店。一個老舊既霓虹燈招牌已經好搶眼,入去見到每張枱都鋪咗棗紅色枱布,懷舊感又多一層。隨便坐低咗,檯布有啲污跡,可能無換到,我諗四十以上又去過舊式茶樓既人嚟講,應該唔會意外,雖然而家感覺有啲污糟,但呢種做法係以前嚟講好常見,通常都走幾轉人客先一半一半咁換。講咗咁多廢話,講下食物。老實講,食物質素中等。點咗蝦餃,皮有點厚同硬,蝦塞得滿滿的,但有種蘇打粉味。另外點咗鐵皮車煎蝦米腸。真系童年回憶返嗮嚟,停在你身邊煎,油煙連腸粉既焦香味陣陣飄來,香脆既腸粉連分開上既混醬,真系人間美食,雖然部分比姨姨煎燶咗少少,但味道風味仍然唔錯。最後講下碟令人驚喜既鮮蝦腸。之前蝦餃既問題似乎無係蝦腸上面重複,反而蝦腸既蝦肉爽滑彈牙,腸粉皮幼滑,簡直係90分以上之作。埋單88,好合理又貼地既價錢,比完錢收銀姐姐仲會講句多謝,而家就算大酒樓收你幾千都唔識得講既說話。食完之後覺得質素都可以,只系得一支公試唔多,下次帶埋老婆嚟一齊食,可以食多幾樣。好似魚肚燒賣,同比塊臉仲大既大包,好想試試。舊式茶樓買少見少,人情味滿滿既荃灣海蓮之外,中央都系碩果僅存既經典,唔知幾時會失去,希望仲係度既時候可以食多幾次。…Read More

尋日睇新聞話荔枝角某冰室MMA,心諗而家啲茶餐廳都咁澳牛風既咩?正在懷疑之際,今日就見識咩係惡劣既茶餐廳。今朝一早去長沙灣開工,做完上半場就去食個早餐,經過呢間巴打見早餐有丹麥多士,就入去試下。一坐低,一個攣毛女侍應用好港式茶餐廳既語氣問食咩?我免得對方唔開心就儘快落單,點個早餐B 沙爹牛肉麵,等待中感到餐廳冷氣唔夠,一直飆汗,聽到有顧客問點解無冷氣,侍應答話如果開大怕會凍死你原來咁都系答案。已經感到唔對路,好彩食物好快就到,呢個效率值得讚下。先食沙牛麵,牛肉太鹹,醃肉粉味濃,有啲苦,麵OK。之後就係煎蛋腸仔,無咩好講,不過不失,可惜期待中既丹麥多士,變咗普通多少,而且又凍又硬,好難話佢好食。凍奶茶走甜,茶味一般,奶味較多。由於太熱,拿拿聲食完走人,埋單問攣毛收唔收wechat,佢粒聲唔出凈係用手做過類似過嚟既手勢,我話下?攣毛就憤怒了,話:單呀!下?咁即系收唔收wechat?佢又好唔耐煩咁掉咗一個單字:收好好好,咁我比現金,可能wechat要佢撳多兩個制唔高興。比完錢走人,同巴打講bye bye,妳以後都唔會賺到我錢啦。…Read More

一個突如其來既港鐵故障,造就咗我今日嚟呢間酒樓飲茶。原本約同事9點元朗開工,點知港鐵又故障搞到同事嚟唔到,咁肯定有排等,師傅仔呢啲茶餐廳食完就走肯定唔啱等人,咁有咩好過去飲茶hea住等呢?最近西鐵站既平民酒樓,我諗應該係呢間利滿皇宮,門口寫住孖寶28.8 (上去變咗29.8😟),同9.8起點心 (最後見唔到有9.8既,可能我睇漏),咁幾抵喎上去試下。點咗孖寶牛肉腸+黑椒爽肚,再點雞絲粉卷,拎加自取鳳爪排骨飯。問心呢間酒樓點心幾好,尤其係牛腸,夠滑又煙煙韌韌,整體點心有70分以上。另外唔係用散茶葉沖茶,而係一大包嗰種,感覺比較衛生,但疑似銅茶壺唔隔熱,唔小心就會辣親,而且茶壺嘴設計不佳,倒茶時非常容易漏到一枱都系。至於咁好食,點解感概呢?咪就係香港服務業一直比人詬病既態度差問題。酒樓有熟客文化大家都明白,但系對生客唔禮貌甚至呼呼喝喝,咁仲點會有熟客呢?態度差,點心上枱時混埋其他點心既汁,無換連唔好意思都無仲要掉上枱,無嘢呀?一堆老鼠屎,即使食物再好,都搞到我以後都唔會再嚟呢間嘢。而家未有遊客已經咁差態度,有遊客嚟更加難以想象。希望香港飲食業同港鐵,都會有改善服務既一日。…Read More

今朝又入元朗真的很興奮,唔記得幾時開始,去到元朗既早晨第一餐都會嚟師傅仔食,佢哋既早餐係元朗嚟講算cp值最高的了。疫情未過,物價已飛,但師傅仔早餐一直都系呢個價位。幫襯多年,點解突然寫食評?皆因今朝發生件小事,我覺得要表揚一下。先講講食物質素,我例牌食B餐沙牛轉通粉,沙牛味唔濃但OK,通粉索嗮湯汁又唔會好淋之之,但最大賣點係塊跟餐既奶醬多,外脆內軟,一般茶餐廳餐包不能比擬,最後仲有一塊煎到脆扑扑既豬扒,cp值已勝附近同行。小事來了,今朝落單講好豬扒分開上,可以慢慢切,但嚟到既係放埋個碗入面,原本都無咩所謂,豬扒係碎件兩塊,都OK既,但問題係豬扒有個位有啲詭異,於是我同店員姐姐講要換,姐姐二話不說咁同我幫廚房講咗,廚房亦無咩不滿表情就整個塊比我。全程都有禮貌,無任何唔舒服感覺。其實真系小事,但係好多香港茶餐廳都會突然變了大事,唔肯換,鬧你,比說話你聽既茶餐廳比比皆是,所以我真心覺得師傅仔呢次值得拎出嚟表揚一下,希望服務繼續維持水平…Read More
