晚上與友人到三代目食日本菜，首先侍應的服務態度友善，環境都很寧靜舒適，感覺令人舒服！响呢個咁正既環境，心情都好啲，叫好西都會叫多啲～ 彩虹凱撒沙律呢個沙律唔單止好食，仲好新鮮，而且材料都好特別，例如有鮮橙肉、南瓜片、彩椒絲等，相當鮮甜，加上溫泉蛋在面，吃之前將蛋汁攪拌混和沙律，還吃到蛋香，十分美味！ 鹽燒魷魚筒魷魚筒真係無法抗拒，原隻魷魚筒鹽燒後斬件上，吃入口會吃到滿滿的魷魚香味，而且也很彈牙，好味！ 串燒手羽及菠蘿還叫了2種串燒，手羽的肉質相當嫩滑，而且烤燒的時間剛剛好，烤得雞皮脆口。而燒菠蘿相當清甜，值得一讚的是廚房職員很細心，特別將菠蘿肉全起再放回菠蘿皮上，讓客人吃得輕鬆，好正！ 鹽燒牛舌丼牛舌彈牙爽口，而且會吃到牛的香味，醬汁都做得剛剛好，不會搶去牛舌的味道之餘，還會令牛舌的味道提升，好味道！ 味噌甲羅燒呢個甲羅燒真係不得了，蟹膏一吃便知道並非罐頭產品，加上蟹籽及蛋汁混和，放入口會感受到蟹膏的味道充滿整個口腔，吃時可先鋪一塊紫菜，加一口飯，再加一口蟹膏，簡直係美妙的組合，必推！…Read More
