We ordered the surf and turf paella but were instead served with fideos. When we reported this to the staff, one of the employees was very unprofessional and repeatedly insisted that the fideos were our order, claiming we had pointed to it on the menu (The fideos was actually the least desirable option for us, so it made no sense that we would have pointed to it). There was no apology given, and instead, we were blamed for the mistake. We felt forced to accept the wrong order, and it didn't taste good.
