Tried many of the restaurant around science park and just wanted to try this place. Ordered the beef pho and both beef was tender and soup was tasty and price reasonable Didn’t ready any of the review until I visited the place and to be fair I think many of the reviews about the service was due to it being new restaurant and staff not familiar. The Place really spoiled our Christmas Celebrations….and was obviously understaffed. We ordered the Christmas Menu $580 per person as they only give us this Menu but noted some other table were given the regular menu instead. We had nothing on the table apart from a glass of water and the starter platter (consisting of 4 pieces of bread some, 4 pieces of cheese and 4 piece of perms ham) only came after 45minutes later. We ordered for 4 people but it was the same size as for 2 people. We ordered two steak main course (for two people), it was not 8oz and 10oz as describes but much smaller. Small family run restaurant serving authentic Vietnamese food. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Lady owner even said if you want Vietnamese dishes that is not on the menu can give her a call a few hours beforehand and she is able to make it before you come over. I visit the shop and bought a whole marinated duck but it seems that they had taken some of the duck breast away during their chopping of the duck behind the counter. At first sight the container seems full but after opening found that at the base were the neck and head which had occupied half the container. After counting the pieces seems that there were only half a duck breast with only 4-5 pieces breast meat. Should have known it was a scam as there was no way the medium size container could contained a whole duck. Beware and will never visit again.…Read More
