我將辛苦的積蓄掏出，給了這貧質的餐廳。理想之中的牛肉麵，卻帶來我無窮的失望。不得不承認，麵的質地確實彈牙，讚賞一番。但湯底無味，是一個令人非常擔憂的問題。同樣的，擔擔麵也淪為受到詆毀的對象。麵質固然過得去，可惜卻又一次突顯了湯底的庸庸無味。至於醉雞，我敢說，那乾燥老弱的雞肉比我的鞋底還要硬。談及排骨炒飯，我承認，那確實還算是可口。然而，我最盼望的小籠包，更是令我扼腕長嘆。未嘗其味之先，我期待的是，小籠包應該像精細的工藝品一樣。但皮薄如紙，裡面的湯汁絲毫沒有流出來的跡象，真是讓我幻滅。我敢說，沙田鼎泰豐味道甚至不如市場上最便宜的急凍甜點。您看，那紅油抄手的顏色，如此鮮豔引人，無奈口感卻又如此悖逆，實為可惜。總的來說，是一個完全不能接受的飲食體驗。…查看更多
