又到restaurant week今次同朋友慶生特別簡左地中海菜新秀BasinBook左8pm 早左10分鐘到已經坐無虛席略嫌枱與枱中間距離比較近 Starter本身係signature dry aged meatball, eggplant with goatcheese同埋caesar saladChef見我地望左望隔離枱就轉左另一樣signature smoked sardines比我地Sardines有好濃既煙燻味配埋muscat grapes好夾好fresh 至於meatball肉味唔係太重不過mashed potato就夠哂軟滑Main我地簡左seabass 影完相之後會debone再上除左條魚好滑好新鮮之外蕃茄汁都好清新最後dessert peanut coulant雖然好多人recommend我地就有少少失望花生味同椰子味都冇想像中咁香仲有啲漏不過overall食物環境都唔錯會想再黎試tasting menu
