I ordered 擔仔麵Dan Zai Noodles, 豆腐Tofu and 木須肉Moo Shu Pork. The noodles and tofu were excellent but the Moo Shu Pork had egg shell in it and was made from very fatty pork. I've had it in many other restaurants before and it wasn't like this. The eggs already has fat and still they use this very fatty pork... Also no cucumber, carrots or some other vegetables that is sometimes added to this dish to make it fresh and a good balance from all the meat/eggs.
