小店開張, 都多人食, 買盒生餃支持下.買個陣見個盒都好重型, 心諗需唔需要每隻餃子有獨立位呀？好似用多左膠, 我又重用唔到個盒放雪櫃第二朝做早餐, 問題嚟喇餃可能本身比較薄皮, 佢亦都做得比較濕軟, 我冇一隻可以成功完整攞到出嚟而唔爛..可能放冰箱雪硬會易d攞, 但買盒鮮餃放冰箱? 我真係冇諗過..又或者可以用啲牛油紙之類墊底或獨立包住, 平底盒ok啦餃本身係冇問題, 都大隻足料, 可惜爛到甘, 好難enjoy啦..因為爛咗唔想煮咁耐, 有兩隻我自己煮得唔係咁熟, 希望冇肚痛會再幫襯, 希望快d改善啦…Read More

this is for my mom's birthday dinner..when I get there, find the buffet part doesn't have too many choices, feel a bit unexpected.. but fine, it's cheap, understand they can't serve unlimited seafood..the semi buffet does include a seafood platter and it looks good, quite full but actually some are not quite fresh/tasty (eg. muscles, shrimp are not good at all)...i ordered roasted pig for the main course and my mom ordered fish/abalone; the pig was not well cooked, and I request to recook, and they replace a new well cooked one for me (appreciate for this); the pig is not bad indeed but I am not sure about the fish/abalone..dessert comes with assorted cakes/pudding, arranged nicely and not too bad..$3xx@ for all the above, I can't say it's very expensive but for this price, it's very difficult to provide good seafood (I should be more alert at the beginning, =)); the restaurant is better to consider cutting the buffet and seafood part, focus on the main course, I believe that can attract more customers...…Read More

很少寫食評, 但今次愈諗愈唔抵, 要呻下..去lamma行徑, 索罟灣完, 見到海鮮街, 一場來到, 食餐好既開心下啦..行完一圈, 只有天虹有人坐, 同埋佢標晒價錢, 好似好老實(但其實標價唔平), 所以揀佢無叫餐, 自己揀左瀨尿蝦皇($210) , 扇貝($27x4)同小鮑($25x2)瀨尿蝦來到我呆左, 碎上4件, 我勉強好似砌到一隻, 所以無嘈佢, 只係confirm佢呢隻真係瀨尿蝦皇扇貝同小鮑no problem, 正常..之後再叫蝦羔炒飯($80), 鹹魚介蘭同椒盬鮮魷..炒飯ok, 鹹魚介蘭無鹹魚味, 椒盬鮮魷好濕...埋單2位$730..咁貴! 輕輕check單, item 岩, 無去計數..但之後覺得蠢左, 鹹魚介蘭同椒盬鮮魷, 佢應該計我$2xx先有呢個數..食完呢餐有以下感想:1/ 第一次幫襯, 要格外小心2/ 索罟灣已經俾天虹玩晒, 點解仲要咁樣去賺?! 瀨尿蝦皇$210, i dont care, 但碎上, 愈諗愈funny.. 介蘭同鮮魷條數就點都計唔明..如果有朋友想去lamma食海鮮, 我會反對, 流浮山/西貢/布袋澳, 任何一個地方都好食兼平d...…Read More
