The House of Vermouth, giving you an European taste in the centre of Hong Kong.We went on an early Sunday evening, we are one of the first to arrive. The waiters are so welcoming, very nice and friendly.For small plates, we chose to share the Octopus and the Beef Tartare.The plating looks great and the taste was alright, nothing too special.For the tartare, it would be better if they can use sourdough chips (it’s just my personal preference)We also ordered the Linguine to share. It’s more light-tasted than I imagined. The Vermouth taste can be stronger. It’s good portion for two.But if you come to Bianco & Rosso, the one thing you must order would be the Black Angus Beef Sirloin, I’d say this is their signature and you cannot miss this.The table sitting next to us wasn’t too satisfied with the food they ordered, and when they’re already having their dessert, this steak was served to our table and I can see their eyes rolling onto our plateThe Marsala sauce goes very well with the sirloin, the texture of the sirloin is so tender. Taste it with the caramelised garlic as well, it would bring up the taste to another level. Very good value for money. The only thing that can be improved would be the hotness of the plate, the steak gets cold pretty quickly, if the plate can be heated for a little bit longer then it would be perfect.I would definitely come back again just for this and maybe try out some other small plates or pastas. …Read More

足足等咗兩個月終於食到呢間預約困難店果然係名副其實,抵珍姐咁出名。一早預訂咗兩個湯底,伙記們會先比咗頭啖湯我地飲,真係好入味。就咁飲豬骨湯味道好濃厚,不過打邊爐的話,椰子雞湯就入味啲珍姐主打係牛肉,我地應該係先預訂咗老蘭嫩牛四併,牛脂分佈由瘦去到肥排列,不過無論係邊個位,咬口都好冧,一食就知係靚牛,好味到感動另外好出色嘅係薄切牛舌,我個人未試過打邊爐食牛舌,今次係第一次,好驚喜。放入口唔會太難咬,仲有啲彈牙,好好味海鮮拼盤都好似要預先預訂,全部食材都好新鮮,有樣你睇伙記話我哋放耐咗少少,又煮耐咗少少,不過我仲係覺得好好食食材新鮮果然唔同啲!成間餐廳嘅氛圍仲好熱鬧,老闆伙計得閒走黎同你乾杯傾吓偈一齊唱香港經典金曲,成晚都笑到停唔到 十分有人情味嘅一間火鍋店,已經成功預約下一次,好期待…Read More

餐廳環境正正常常,食物質素還可以,只可以話唔難食唔稱得上好好味。不過加埋呢度啲服務態度真心食到背脊骨落兩個女仔真心食唔到咁多嘢,本身諗住每樣叫一串每人食小小⋯ 個白衫經理隨即話「呀missy每串都好小得一嚿仔」仲要強調兩次⋯我地以真係好細串,點知黎到份量都唔小,每人食咗三四串加個前菜已經飽飽地⋯ 但只不過係食到一半⋯雞類串燒不錯的,雞肉嫩滑不過如果你地中意食免治雞肉串加蛋,要記住蛋多另叫⋯⋯另外我地想試下個和牛壽喜燒串,諗住叫一串,佢又係話一串剩係得兩粒,我以為真係好細粒所以最後要兩串⋯ 點知黎咗四大嚿牛⋯樣靚不過味道真係好普通⋯白衫經理另外推薦我地食海膽雞胸肉嗰度前菜,但係我地唔食海膽所以同經理講唔食,佢就問「即係生嘢唔食得?」唔想解釋之下我地答「係」經理就建議咁不如試下呢個凍蕃茄沙律,我諗住清清地都幾好呀所以答應咗,點知佢話「吓 呢個生架喎 你食得?」作為服務員係咪應該以客為先?想食乜食幾多客人覺得合適則可。食到最後成間餐廳都係油煙,走嗰時成身都係燒烤味⋯ 仲有熱茶唔好以為你叫一杯佢會幫你refill,佢係會叫你另外再叫多杯,$38一杯熱茶,一間餐廳茶水都唔比客。呢個價錢大把串燒好食過佢,建議大家唔洗黎,已列入黑名單。…Read More

We came here on a Sunday evening for a birthday celebration 🎊 The two of us ordered an appetiser - Corn Fritters with crab paste on top. The taste is quite heavy if you separate the corn with the crab but it’s a perfect combination to have them together.Then this satay chicken skewer - which I love! It has reminded me of the taste of Bali! The chicken was like sugar-glazed and it goes so well with the satay sauce on the side.For main course, we shared the Wagyu Short Ribs, 72-hour slow cooked - this gives a very soft texture and strong taste of the Wagyu. The beef bone broth and cashew nut sauce is so authentic and made this dish even more exceptional.The service here is also excellent 👌🏻 we were very well taken care of the whole evening and they also managed to give my friend a little surprise by serving the Pandan cake with lemongrass ice cream. As recommended by a family friend, we came here for the tasting menuthe interior of the restaurant is really cozy, it’s a good place for drinking and chilling with a group of friends.Out of the 10 courses, the Uni on Sourdough and the Hanjuku Tamago impressed me the mostThe half-raw Tamago egg was just on point, the slice of pork belly wrapping around the egg makes it even better This Tuna Mille-Feuille was layered with Avocado, Scallion Mascarpone, Tuna tartare with Quinoa, covered by a layer of Yuzu jelly. It’s such a long wait until the burgers arrived our table. I had a taste of the fries, it’s crispy enough but it’s freezing cold…I then tried touch the bread, it’s cold…So the whole thing was cold… it’s even more disappointing when they priced it $148.I told the waitress that this is unacceptable, I guess what they did is to reheat my plate with the microwave as obviously only the surface was hot.Then the beef, the patty itself was quite thin so they had to add on a slice of bacon to make it look better 😂 the bacon was not mentioned on the menu. As it’s so thin, you can imagine it’s not juicy at all.The other food might be ok? but just don’t order any burger.One thing I noticed during lunch time on a public holiday was the restaurant wasn’t full at all and it’s not just our table who complaint about the wait.
