想問一句相片中係咪原盅椰皇燉雪蛤膏所用的「原隻椰皇?」今日下午跟太太到觀塘糖水佬食原盅椰皇燉雪蛤膏。一上枱看見果隻「原隻椰皇」勁似翻用過咁,椰肉發黃,椰皇邊發紫。向店員查問後,起初話換一個俾我地,後來一個好似師傅咁中年男人好似同個店員做場大龍鳳咁話「你一定要俾鐵匙啲客先食到啲椰肉呀嘛。」又話個椰皇燉左2至3個鐘之類咁。最後仲幫我倒晒入面啲嘢出黎,證明有肉。倒完就走開去,完全過份!講返啲糖水,得個甜字一啲椰青味都冇,枉佢話燉左咁耐。當佢中年人走開,就剩底一個椰殻同倒落隻碗度既糖水,睇見都嬲。成肚氣咪嗱嗱聲埋單走人囉。最離譜既,之後打去深水埗間總店問佢地啲原盅燉椰皇椰肉係咪白色,有冇椰青味。佢都係答白色有椰青味,咁仲驚,即刻問一問自己頭先到底我食緊乜?深水埗糖水佬仲串我「先生你都埋左單走左囉,而家你都係想要個回覆姐,我而家好忙遲啲覆你。」其實下午17:30左右糖水店又會有幾忙呀,大家心照啦。一句講晒,冇下次。…Read More
