最大變化係湯底,變無味,鹹味都無,稀如水;之前食蕃茄湯底味幾新鮮,家下稀溜溜咁。好簡單依家湯底開水開到傻左。第二,食材真係用到最差最下價貨色,普通如魚蛋牛丸,食粉丸一樣,腩肉牛展翼尖全帶雪味,明明一年前唔係咁。第三,特色野無再賣,例如五穀米線無左,有d餸又唔賣;廚房應該成日轉人,都知道光線點煮,但係越來越淡、稀,真係落味精都落少到咁樣,點食?早兩年食x仔食到悶,搵到ben哥開心左一排,早半年開始走樣,停食左幾個月,尋日又去試下有無點,點知再跌。搞like fb送翼尖,外賣平一蚊,即係見到流失客路……但本業做得唔好,不如食番x仔,起碼人地合格,ben哥跌晒watt了。…Read More

光顧多次,近日一次情況轉弱,有點可惜:1. 同款拉麵點兩碗,兩碗的湯皆不熱,兩碗湯一多一少,兩碗湯一淡一鹹,過往食完拉麵後湯頭仍溫熱,飲一口甘美湯頭的特點,今次全失,失望頗大2. 麵身改幼,原本粗身更配湯味的特點失卻,份量也減了;煮麵時間應該沒有減少,麵有點淋,掛湯力大減3. 肉由兩塊加至三塊,可惜只用切薄手法,咬口厚重的特點又失了4. 感覺整碗拉麵的本來特點全改動了,應該不會再光顧,希望有天重回本色,再嚐美味的鰹魚拉麵…Read More
