自從上次響奧海城東海食果餐晚飯之後,個心一路都對果個超足料既雜菜煲念念不忘,所以上星期日決定帶埋屋企人去附近青衣城果間分店Encore。一坐低見到個Menu ,心諗:咦, 點解唔見左既? 搵左一陣,見到有個”鮮茄湯浸雜菜煲”, 9秒9即刻Order 左先, 幸好皇天不負有心人,雖然無上次個煲咁多料(因為價錢都差左一截),但係蕃茄湯亦係我既至愛,所以三爬兩撥就比我ko哂! 仲有我老公知我姐鍾意食茄子,所以order 左一味老乾媽茹子斑頭腩煲,茹子ok ,不過個煲痴實左d 斑腩,所以有d乾。另外,食肉獸既老公就叫左碟無鍚五花腩, 跟埋仲有一碟饅頭tim…, 我老公話d肉汁好甜,好好味,我就唔鐘意食咁大舊肉,就索性將饅頭點落d紅卜卜既汁嚟食,味道都唔錯啵。仲有就係蝦籽海參花膠炆豆腐,依個都ok, 下次Encore 之選。而估不到最好吃的竟然係我平時唔太喜歡食的蓮藕, 咬落去好爽脆, 而且夠熱, 個汁好香濃, 很正! 我媽都話好好味, 超讚!!成餐飯最令我驚喜的是最後上的壽包, 用像是面盆的蒸籠盛載, 一打開, 我嘩左一聲, 因為每個包有拳頭咁大, 即係以前舊式酒樓大包的份量, 包的餡料除了蓮蓉, 還有大大粒蛋黃, 超級大壽包,真係一次見呢!…Read More

上星期收工跟老公去奧海城買東西,由於下雨,所以決定響附近酒樓食晚飯,最後選擇東海。由於係下雨天既關係,唔算太Full ,經理主動俾我地一張六人既枱,仲要係對著電視架( 雖然播放既係新聞台),但我也感覺不錯,很窩心J!最後我們叫左三餸一湯明爐老火湯 :  正常老火湯,因為有粟子所以都甜甜地味道不錯。d侍應姐姐都好好服務,一見我地就快飲哂果陣,都主動問我地需唔需要再斟過碗。砵仔焗蠔: 係東海推介既十大名菜,因為老公喜歡蠔所以嗌左,佢地用左大粒既蠔仔去做,都幾重手,所以口感好豐富,因為基本上啖啖都有蠔食到,但還是食到一小蠔殼 (只食到一少塊), 但整體不錯,可以再食。海參醬爆雞煲: 好野味,但唔知係唔係要保持雞的嫰滑,響骨位有少少紅,還算可以啦。瑤柱上湯什菜煲: 最喜出望外,平凡中顯現不平凡,外面街賣既什菜煲,係好似大兜亂咁上菜,但佢地排得靚靚又整齊,令人可以選擇既時候唔駛咁麻煩。粉絲食得出係真係有用上湯煮過而且好入味! I AM LOVING IT !! 菜有四種可以比你響煲裡面選擇 (娃娃菜,西蘭花,菜心,小棠菜) , 仲有兩種菇類,另外大隻蝦乾( 老公愛好)同埋適量瑤柱都令到整個煲提鮮。(正! 正! 正!)最後仲有埋糖水(木瓜雪耳) 送tim,雖然只係細細碗,但亦都見到係落足料,而且甜度適中,令到成餐飯可以寫上滿足既句號。( 心心眼中…..)埋單時先知道原來佢地做緊推廣,星期一至四晚市有8折(因為我地係星期一晚去),所以價錢OK !…Read More
