Went here for a late lunch while in Central. Had seen the queues previously and decided try the salad bar. Ordered the "deluxe bowl" which included a bit of everything (salmon and tuna sashimi, octopus, edamame, crab roe, rice and salad leaves, pickled radish). For $108, I was expecting something fresh and tasty, but the combination tasted very slimy and seemed more like a bowl of 'seafood extender'. Better off going to a poke place, or even just to Jason's supermarket for a much fresher, healthier tasting salad that doesn't leave an awful after taste in your mouth.
