新裝修後去過一次飲茶，環境無咩改變，服務殷勤，照樣都係舊果班員工，只係食物上大不如前…以前好多主打既點心已人去樓空，選擇上比以前更加少，只係名字上多左好多名貴的添加，好老實講，真係好失望，加上分量上每碟都係一舊起兩舊止…但價錢上就係酒店級價格，價格高左唔緊要，但作為一個聰明食客，其實用肉眼都識得分貴與平的食才，而唔係係菜單名字添加色彩！服務同擺碟上雖然係好乾淨，好殷勤，但尼樣野應該係一間酒店價格經已包括在內的服務！好可惜，試問一間無景，無停車位，上樓店，如果連咁既服務都無，仲有人肯會比中環酒店級價格去飲茶咩？人地酒店既分量都唔會係一碟野得兩舊或一粒啦！重點係我唔係食緊某位出名大廚既出品，只係好普通飲茶食點心，點心只係出自普通食材，或許新裝修後賣點係（服務）而唔係食物，十分明白但我真係好想講我未試過比成接近100蚊，得一粒仲要有個蓋打開比你望下一粒既蝦餃，好似好珍貴，仲話配上自家既特製豉油，咁我想問一下，4個人係唔係要叫4碟？其他點心基本上都要叫2碟先剛剛夠一人一口分！如果係點心Omekase ,我唔介意咁既玩法，但奈何我唔係去左一間米芝連咩星餐廳或某位出名廚師既出品級咯！未試過飲完茶會有一種搵笨既感覺！飽經已唔能夠提及…只能夠話我去左食服務！完！…Read More
