咁啱夜晚唔想煮飯,行過見到人少少,諗起喱間鋪開張咗一段時間都未試過,橫掂都唔知食咩好,不如就入去睇下有冇嘢啱食啦。唔想食飯就唯有揀個麵買嚟食。見個紫菜牛展春卷粄條($49)有牛展又紫菜又春卷,而我又唔知咩係粄條,好似可以試得多嘢啲咁,就試下啦。第一次食所謂嘅粄條,原來係同湯河粉差唔多嘅嘢。碗粄條唔知係咪因為外賣嘅關係,所以有啲比想像中細碗呢?啲粄條就比較碎,其餘嘅紫菜、牛展、春卷、湯底都正正常常咁,無咩特別。另外見惠顧任何食品加飲品,每款飲品減$10,就咗杯凍珍珠奶綠(少冰)(單點$27)試下。珍珠奶綠就奶味淡,綠味唔覺有,珍珠就中間剛剛熟,比較硬身,不過外層都煙韌嘅。…Read More

今日天氣凍又有風,掛在門口的水晶燈被吹到叮叮聲咁響。喺門口行幾走入去已經聞到成大陣拜神嘅香煙味,一路行入去搵位,發現成個大廳剩係得排房出面一個角落位係冇咁大陣香煙味,於是就坐低開位。服務員執好枱,開好茶,但枱上冇任何餐牌、點心紙,等咗陣先搵到人問到拎嚟睇。見餐牌全時段啲大中小點都係一樣價錢,特價嘅就分開另一張,午市又未有燒味粉麵,兩個人就唯有叫個油雞飯同幾個點心食。過咗陣先嚟個玫瑰油雞飯(午市$20.8)。油雞係份量較少又多骨嘅胸位,飯就較乾身有啲硬硬哋。點心就如點心紙咁話,“入單即蒸,需時約20分鐘”嘅,所以遞咗單之後五個幾字就開始嚟。先嚟咗碟較短身嘅香茜牛肉腸(大點),跟住再嚟蜜汁叉燒包(小點)同水晶鮮蝦餃(特點)。一路慢慢食住等埋個懷舊馬拉糕(中點),一路都聽到其他客話啲嘢食係同一張單嘅,成個鐘都未到,所以我哋見等咗半個鐘都未嚟,就截住個喺房行出嚟嘅服務員同佢追一追單。轉個頭見佢行返入房,又冇講嘢,都唔知係咩情況,再等咗三四個字,個馬拉糕先終於嚟。註:可能因新開張,服務仍可再改進。…Read More

頗有地道風味的韓燒餐廳

是夜與兩位友人於尖沙嘴逛至晚上近十一時,突然興起想韓燒,看過數間後,便決定到新村吃晚餐。一入店舖,一個韓國老闆便招待我們坐下,不用等位。店舖跟足韓國的文化,圓形的桌和可以放私人物品的椅子,還有每桌配有的抽油煙筒,令人彷彿置身韓國當地一樣。我們點了一份特級猪頸肉($125),一份特級猪柳($145),一份牛肋骨肉($155)和一份無骨半原味半甜的炸雞($155)。在老闆的強烈推薦下,再點一份生菜沙律($25)。三小碟和烤肉配料很快便送上,還有供包着烤肉的生莱(生莱是無限追加)。隨後送上的生菜沙律以生菜為主,配上切絲的蘿蔔,淋上泡菜汁和麻油,十分開胃,我也用這個配烤肉吃。肉的質素不錯,韓國staff 會幫忙燒肉serve 客人,還會在爐邊澆上蛋汁作煎蛋。甜炸雞其實有小小辣,不太吃辣的我們幸好只點了甜味原味各半。我們還叫了一杯500cc 啤酒解辣($60)。近凌晨一時,店裡還有一半客人用餐,韓國人和本地人皆有。waiter oppa 有時會跟着韓國流行音樂背景小跳舞,輕鬆的氣氛實是吹水好去處。但門口有貼用餐90分鐘的告示,建議吹水一族可於非繁忙時間到訪。…Read More
