泰麵食過幾次,一開始鍾意食佢啲船麵,到後尾發現和牛炒飯先係王道。通返關之後又又又好多人排隊,想去意慾少減,但最近坐過一次counter感覺又唔錯!果日叫左兩個泰麵、通菜、炸豬頸肉、炸蛋,圖中既青木瓜沙律我地無叫,鋪頭話好襯炸豬頸肉,送俾我地試下,又真係好夾!雖然青木瓜沙律唔係咩值錢野,但佢地咁多人排隊又真係唔駛咁樣留客,作為客人都真係幾驚喜同feel nice,重點又真係好夾個炸豬頸肉🤣炸豬頸肉固之後好味,但就咁食其實都真係少膩,加埋青木瓜沙律一齊食正!炸蛋都真係大推,個醬甜甜地,加上流心蛋同炸漿,正到🤤至於坐counter,可以見到泰仔廚師們認真工作,真係隔幾道就會試味保持水準(好乾淨會用匙羹試完就洗),見我地叫得多野仲會follow我地幾時上個麵,我地OK先煮麵上碗,感覺超良好!…Read More

是咁的,今日係我第二次食呢個雞了。一開始係同事先見到報道,我個人就有偏見嘅,以前喺 decent 餐廳做過既,自己另起爐灶時出品一定唔會差得去邊。海南雞飯日賣 200 份,咁啱仲要係報道出街第二日,本來諗住都無得食,點知我地有同事喺附近早咗做完野,就幫我地買返黎!排左 40 分鐘,好彩仲買到!除左海南雞,其他馬來咖喱我都覺得好吸引 ... 但要先抵抗到海南雞飯的誘惑,先至試到其他野。說時遲那時快,雞已買!一個餐仲有油飯同埋冬瓜湯。飯第一次食既時候好淡,今日第二次食有返啲味。不過我都係要撈甜豉油!哈哈哈。另外佢仲有薑蓉同辣醬。個雞去左骨,食落雞胸起肉起得薄,所以都夠滑;另外雞髀唔駛講,肉質超滑同彈牙。亦都唔會好大陣烚雞水味,我諗因為佢地會浸返凍水掛。總之,中環食飯,60 蚊三樣野,仲要呢個質素,我覺得可以一周一次(或者更多)既程度了。好想試埋馬來咖喱雞呀!…Read More

後生時好鍾意食日本菜呀西餐呀咁,到有返咁上下年紀(姐姐年紀都唔細了咳咳)發現中國菜都好味!一黎啱口味,二黎多數食完暖笠笠唔會生冷(女人好忌生冷架 ...),三黎好啱一大班人食!不過好多時中國菜的鋪頭都會好娘或者好污糟(講緊好味果啲)。之前都有幾間去開,但又執左(我好鍾意去大力棒棒食中菜飲燉湯 ...),直至我發現德福開左上海姥姥!其實坊間好多上海乜乜物物,姥姥聽落優雅啲,而且裝修都好靚,位又坐得舒服!重點係野食!野食呀!上海菜我最鍾意食冷盤!呢度既醉雞超好食!夠滑又入味,啲雞件都唔係奇怪位,超好味呀!另外海蜇都係我最愛,哈哈哈,可惜啲外國朋友成日都唔識得欣賞 -____-另外分別係肴肉、素鵝、烤麩同埋青瓜,全部都好 fresh 好開胃!仲要自己拼三樣都只要 $85,可以一次過食幾冷盤,超正!另外係呢個海膽蟹粉拌麵!超香口囉!之前都諗咁樣 fushion 會唔會好怪 ... 不過啲麵加左蟹粉勁香口,條條都有蟹粉味,仲要加埋鮮味既海膽,勁好味!講起拉麵都不得不提呢個排骨拉麵!佢地啲拉麵係師傅即場手拉的!每條都見到有少少粗幼分別,呢啲就係手拉的證明!食落真係煙韌好味好多!上海菜當然要有小籠包!佢地四粒包都係 $35,又係超抵!爆 juicy 唔在講,豬肉仲好有咬口,好鮮甜!其他上海菜都好好味,menu 都仲有好多選擇!黑醋骨好惹味,鍾意啜骨必食!記得一定要食下菜呀哈哈!黃金蝦球,啱晒鍾意鹹蛋黃既人食,隻蝦仲勁彈牙~終於到我最期待的甜品囉!!!蘆薈桂花丸子!痴線集結晒我最鍾意既野食!丸子勁煙韌,仲有爽口蘆薈,完全諗唔到中菜有啲咁現代既甜品!奶黃南瓜餅係煙韌外皮包住奶黃餡,超滿足!仲有養生之選雪梨紅棗茶,女士真係一定要飲呀,補呀。成完成餐咁好味,坐下 chat 下咁,每人都只係百幾蚊咋嗚呀!…Read More

終於等到呢間 cafe 係 openrice 開 page!上星期原本約左朋友去咖啡弄,等位時是旦搵間 cafe 坐下,最後反而叫晒朋友黎呢度好過!Cafe Yawn 門口超開揚,行過想扮見唔到都唔得。一入到去就有得試佢地嘅肉桂丹麥酥(我去果日咁啱 Soft Opening,唔知而家仲有無得免費試食呢~),蘋果餡甜甜地,唔會好似 custard 咁超甜,丹麥酥鬆得黎又唔會太油,正呀!馬上叫野飲同 cupcake,一邊睇書一邊等朋友~呢個角落一定好好坐~Cafe Yawn 咖啡選擇已經近十款,計埋茶類飲品都好多選擇。我 order 左逢聖誕節 Starbucks 都會出嘅 Toffee Nut Latte(最鍾意飲甜野),不得了!有九成似(咁講可能好侮辱 Cafe Yawn 的咖啡師傅,但我係覺得好好飲架~),好味!不過大家可能會覺得價錢貴左少少,都要成 40 蚊架。甜品就係檸檬蛋白 cupcake。個人好鍾意面頭果層燒蛋白,但就好驚檸檬餡太酸(每次食蛋白檸檬撻都有呢個煩惱)。呢個 cupcake 反而檸檬餡好少,蛋糕就結實得黎好香~好滿足!但女人嘅胃係唔可以睇少架,朋友黎左之後,佢試埋呢個綠茶 mousse。綠茶味好突出!不過 overall 都係預計之內,好味~但又唔係好味到彈起果隻囉,哈哈哈。鍾意綠茶甜品嘅人!呢個係好野黎架~原本仲想食 Banana Pudding(menu 張相好吸引!)不過賣晒,於是就試另一件看家甜品:扮 T 骨扒嘅 brownie!哈哈哈!味道就係 brownie 囉... 但賣相同上枱都幾搞笑,仲有朱古力醬俾你淋!新店黎講真係好唔錯~最鍾意都係佢夠開揚!店內播嘅 acoustic 版外國 pop song 都令氣氛好好~我已經決定聽日等朋友食飯嘅時候再去!Yeah…Read More

利申:本身已經係亞坤 fans,自從第一次去新加坡之後就對佢地香脆的咖央多士、半熟蛋及偏甜的奶茶深深著迷。往後兩次再去新加坡,都一定要至少食一次(第二次搭凌晨機走,都要係機場食亞坤做最後一餐)。聽到亞坤終於要係香港開分店已經超級興奮,星期日第一日開舖已經要幫襯。新餐廳,不出所料,好多湊熱鬧的香港人。先介紹,亞坤係自助形式,自己搵位(等位)之後,再排隊去收銀落單。本身係等埋食物先返埋位,除非係飯或喇沙類比較耐既菜式,先至拎塊號碼牌埋位。咖央多士則可以自己等埋先攞返位。之但係第一日營業實在太多人,為免迫爆 counter,所有食物都一律用號碼牌。估計開業初期人流回復正常之前,都會係呢個形式。由於當日興奮過度自己一個人衝去試,所以馬上搵到個搭枱位。排隊反而用左 20 幾 30 分鐘,主要原因唔係收銀慢或者唔夠人,而係好多人都係第一次幫襯亞坤,唔知可以點叫野食,有時可以當一 set 既食物就散嗌,有時就係問 XXX 究竟係咩黎,收銀亦都太過友善地講解。如果啲客落 order 爽手啲,排隊其實唔會特別慢。落單後記得先在收銀隔離自助區餐具,如果個位無甜豉油都記得攞返支~等食物,又係果句,由於第一日客人實在太多(聽聞下晝 3 點已截龍,當日係 11 點開始營業),所以起碼 30 分鐘食物先至到齊。我叫既係 Set A,有齊最基本要試既:咖央牛油多士、半熟蛋兩隻、飲品。Set A $39,不過叫左凍奶茶之後就變左 $45,同新加坡售價差無幾。先黎既係咖央多士。成個新加坡都有得咖央多士,香港多士盒都有得食。但亞坤吸引既地方就在於,多士烘完兩邊,仲會切薄一半再烘。咁唔香脆都唔得啦!加上由第一代留落的清甜咖央,夾一塊慷慨無比的牛油,滋味真係無與倫比。不過當日等左 10 幾分鐘先黎,多士都凍左少少,亦都唔脆了。想品嚐百分百亞坤多士既人,不妨等過一排熱潮減退,或者無乜人既時段先黎。唔好俾美中不足既第一次,破壞左你對亞坤多士既印象。食多士食到一半就黎半熟蛋。香港人唔慣半熟蛋,但試新餐廳,就梗係試埋新野食啦,咁先可以擴闊下眼界架嘛。當初我都係第一次食,結果就認識多一樣美食。半熟蛋平時係用碟上,不過當日人太多(「人太多」三個字不停出現),於是就用外賣兜上。食時可加胡椒及甜豉油,我就只加後者。新加坡甜豉油杰身,而且好濃,加埋半熟蛋食時唔好落太多,唔夠先再加。蛋黃香加上蛋白滑,仲有甜豉油既鮮甜,不得了~強烈建議大家至少試一啖(而且一定要試蛋黃)。食完晒奶茶先黎,冰都溶左大半,比較淡,大家可以考慮叫少冰。亞坤以至新加坡的奶茶都偏甜,奶味重過茶味好多,同港式完全唔同。南洋咖啡則見仁見智,我自己本身都鍾意奶茶多過咖啡,大家自己選擇~至於其他飲品,例如咩冰或者摩卡,開業當日好似應付唔到,有啲客要轉飲其他飲品,講聲俾大家知,做定無得飲既心理準備~雖然當日無食正餐類,但附近既人都分別係我面前食左雞飯、喇沙同炸雞飯。聽到既評語如下:雞飯香(隻雞望落都幾滑)、喇沙比想像中辣,炸雞飯好多配菜(炸雞味都好香,即係炸野果陣味)。總結如下,新加坡味道保持得到,但係一開業好多野都拿手唔成勢,想認真試都係先等一等~…Read More
