This was my third-time to visit this restaurant, and I must say, my experience was incredibly disappointing. I ordered Hainan Chichen rice, the chicken was undercooked, leaving a questionable texture that made it hard to enjoy. To make matters worse, the rice was also poorly prepared—dry and lacking the fragrant flavor typically associated with this dish. To make matters worse, the vegetables served in the same lunch set were poorly presented and looked unappetizing. They were just bland and boiled, lacking any creativity or seasoning.. They looked unappetizing and tasted even worse, making it a challenge to eat them at all. Service added to my dissatisfaction. The staff displayed a complete lack of courtesy; they took away my chopsticks while I was still eating, which felt rude and inconsiderate. I visited this restaurant six months ago, and the quality has clearly declined since then.
