先講咗我最唔滿意嘅服務先,訂位嘅時候困難重重,首先嘗試兩度喺OpenRice俾Deposit,但都彈app,於是我唯有打去餐廳book位,咁餐廳同事就話會send條link俾我俾deposit。我當日完全冇收到任何text message, 正當第二日諗住打去問吓,就有餐廳同事WhatsApp message我問:”訂位還需要嗎,見你未付訂金”, 咁我就解釋返冇人send過任何訊息俾我,佢好似唔信咁。最後,我就叫佢再俾個deposit link我,咁我都即刻填咗信用卡資料。之後到我去食飯嗰日,我book咗1:45, 餐廳喺12點15分嘅時候又再WhatsApp我問: “會食邊個餐,另外有冇啲咩嘢唔食或者過敏”大佬呀,真係差呢1個半鐘? 如果真係想我提前講食乜嘢或者有咩dietary restrictions, 點解唔喺前一日remind我有Booking嘅時候問呢?係一個半鐘之前問係expect我幫你同我啲朋友落埋單,同埋咁炆問如果我真係有啲咩唔食真係轉到? 到餐廳,咁我係同朋友慶祝生日(book位個陣都講左),我上到去餐廳就俾咗個蛋糕佢地,上甜品嘅時候,佢原個蛋糕俾返我,連埋個盒嗰種… 我以為佢最少都會點支蠟燭,我估應該係因為佢趕住3:00收工,而嗰陣時已經3:03, 當時除咗我哋其實仲有其他客人個甜品係仲未食晒嘅,最後我係攞咗個蛋糕出嚟影咗兩張相就走咗(咁佢都冇收我切餅費嘅,我都冇切)。睇咗好多食評話呢度又隱世、又性價比高咁,我去試完可以好負責咁講一句,隱世到差啲搵唔到,啲嘢食就不過不失,唔特別好食都唔特別難食(fyi 我食完係有肚痛,但我食好多嘢都肚痛),香港有好多香港人做師傅嘅鮨店,通常價錢會平啲、性價比高啲,但係應該唔係呢一間。影咗咁多張相都post下啦: …Read More

由期待食到失落嘅晚飯

性價比低,食物味道未如理想。裝修(唔係講個環境,係裝修乍)同服務(比食物好,但未去到賓至如歸)撘救,但都唔係話好好。啲punchline要放係一開頭,我極少會咁去評價一間餐廳,,因為我覺得可能係唔岩我口味或者我點中左佢最唔好食個樣野, 咁岩geh姐,但仙后真係食到我懷疑人生。今次我地一行6人去食生日飯,咁餐廳分2邊,一邊係食french fine dining,價錢大概2000 per head,另一邊就係普通western dining(I guess?),價錢大概800 per head,我地就book左普通個邊, 但D野食真係普通到對唔住佢個價錢...先講座位安排:首先我地6個人,佢比左2張係大廳正中geh枱我地,相隔1.5米,ok, it's fine, 防疫呀嘛。其實見到係有corner位係可以4+2咁坐,但餐廳亦冇安排比我地。我地一個月前book枱geh時候都列明左慶祝生日,如果佢地安排到我地自成一角會貼心好多。不過都係個句, 我地ok geh,防疫措施呀嘛。服務:侍應有介紹Menu,有撩下我地傾計,大致上都helpful嘅,但唔係賓至如歸。重頭戲黎喇 —— 食物:我地6個都係叫左set, 另外加左蠔同beef tartare, 仲叫左支酒。生蠔:少腥,可接受。口感偏creamy,唔會想食2nd round. 頭盤 1: 法式田螺 - 應該係用罐頭+殼去整,冇咩牛油味,仲有少少苦…🤢頭盤 2: 牛奶芝士配蕃茄 - 蕃茄係甜嘅,同牛奶芝士好夾,呢個係我覺得最ok嘅頭盤,對比其他2個。頭盤 3(冇相): Parma Ham + 蜜瓜 - 個ham有好大陣油味,係我唔鐘意嘅。另外加嘅beef tartare: 好淡,冇牛味亦唔咸,純粹係一pat生肉加啲葱嘅味道… 是日餐湯 : 蕃茄凍湯 - 酸到好似飲醋咁,好難飲,我從來冇飲過咁難飲嘅凍湯。我飲左一啖就放棄左,調味出晒事。主菜 1: 澳洲M3牛扒 - 我叫左medium rare, 出到黎係medium, 唔緊要嘅,因為呢個已經係我地枱最好食嘅main, 起碼舊肉係靚嘅,落啲鹽同胡椒都已經好食。但佢個擺盤真係世界級,唔知大家有冇睇過master chef season 10, 同入面個Subha有得揮。🙃🙃主菜 2: 北海道帶子及紫菜慕絲龍蝦卷 - 好淡,真係食到以為自己失去味覺,定個蕃茄湯令我失去味覺? 成個main嘅配撘唔夾… 唔岩食… 同埋擺盤真係太有特色,完全係將所有野疊埋一齊就算。主菜 3: 黃油雞卷 - 鴨肝本身好濃味,羊肚菌都係帶有濃烈嘅香味,當所有咁有個人特色嘅食物撞埋一齊,而佢地又唔夾,就會有下面呢碟野… 擺盤都係敗筆,個堆泡泡真係令人冇咩食慾。甜品(冇相,已經食到冇心機影$: 我地6個都叫左焦糖燉蛋,6個一齊炒車:) 都係一啖就放棄左。我唔想寫到咁mean, 但大家可以去睇我其他食評,我真係好少咁寫到人地難食,最多都係話唔岩我食,但仙后係水準欠佳,如果唔改善,唔會有回頭客,間餐廳都sustain唔到。最後我地埋單都要1100 per head,以呢個質素黎講真係overprice, 有其他更好嘅options。 如果你係想打卡,又覺得價錢ok, go ahead but please manage your expectation on the food. …Read More

It’s an year again... so we 3 decided to give a little treat to ourselves since this year we all stuck in HK:) The food/environment/service was so amazing at Tate, and it’s the best meal I have ever had in HK( not sure if anyone can beat it, but for now), the best one, not one of the best. The combination of ingredients are so match and the creativity of the team is so on point! It’s only 2 of us and we ordered so many dishes, other that the photos, we had bread and squid too. Personally speaking, the squid was the best, and I didn’t have a chance to take a photo of it haha. Crab curry, the curry was good, seasoning well and they made it thicker with eggs instead of corn starch which mean even I dipped my bread back and forth, the sauce remained thick, wouldn’t go watery. The night that I spent in Louise was so good!!I will definitely put that restaurant on my favourite list and wish to go more often:) First they offered us a small appetite which is cucumber and sth, I wasn’t sure and it taste sweet and sour, prefect to start with! We ordered 6 oysters, and they were beautiful, either on the looks and taste. Have to mention that I’m not a huge fan of oyster, but this one got me:) Of course that we have the yellow chicken, before trying this dish, it was ridiculous to me that a roasted chicken cost ard HKD 1000, however, after trying this fabulous chicken, that was so so so worth it. The chicken was juicy, tender and infused with rosemary and the skin was super crispy. The taste was on point and I don’t think anyone will not fall in love with it!It also comes with a risotto, that was cooked with chicken stock and they put some crispy chicken skin in to give it more flavour! We 2 girls ate everything, literally everything!!! Because it was so GOOD!! They showed us the whole chicken and we can take photos of it, and then they took it back and cut it into pieces for us.
