一早係openrice book左枱食晚餐6:00pm,入場果時店員亦都提醒我哋用餐時間為90分鐘,清楚有足夠既用餐時間先入去點菜。食完飯,真係嬲得濟,要寫返篇文講講,如果想食呢間餐廳,希望你睇埋落去再決定去唔去食。6:00 入座,叫我哋用佢哋個app申請加入會員會有折,同行朋友試左幾次先成功登記個會員,個app係有啲問題。之後食物係好快手就送到黎既,呢樣野係要讚既。6:30但當我地疑似就黎食完啲菜餚,就開始瘋狂收碟,每食完一樣就急急腳咁黎收走,都未反應得切答佢未食完,就拎走左碟餸,唔知點解要咁樣收,枱面上面既食物未係完全食晒,非常無奈同感到被冒犯。6:50 有員工走埋黎問洗唔洗再點菜,要last order 叫我哋埋單先,我地都認為唔洗再加,所以同佢講唔再加野。7:00員工不斷收埋仲食緊既食物,已經將碟餸搬近啲我自己表示仲食緊,已經伸手過黎想收走,果時我仲同朋友傾緊計,佢問都冇問,好彩朋友眼利阻止左佢收野既動作。7:10食到咁上下希望員工幫我地斟杯水,冇耐就話下一台食客已經到左,催促咁叫我地離開,成餐飯食得唔安樂,明明有book位,又係你餐廳既定的時間內用餐,實際上,我係7:30前離開就可以了,中途亦都唔應該受到束縛,唔覺得我地要被呢種服務態度對待,仲要收加一?咩世界?以下為用餐資料:柚子大蝦沙律 $118.0呢個沙律整得實在太辣了,味道黎講唔係話好fresh,建議廚師調整下個辣度,基本上等於譚仔中辣以上。惹味拼盤(小)$96.0正正常常炭燒牛肉串燒沙嗲 @$82.0$164.0串燒既味道係好食,所以再有點多一份食用。炭燒豬肉串燒沙嗲 $76.0可能大家口味都麻麻豬肉,試下就算。荔枝菠蘿紅咖喱大蝦 $128.0大蝦正常,咖哩汁似係就咁開粉煮出黎既,唔係好似加左好多功夫既味道,個人有啲後悔叫左。藍蝶花蟹肉菠蘿炒飯 $138.0個賣相真係有啲麻麻,個味道因為有肉鬆呢啲味精野所以ok既。冬蔭公梳打 $42.0冬蔭公味道有啲淡,主要係梳打水,唔值呢個價錢。泰國珍珠奶茶奶蓋 $48.0呢個係幾好飲,如果想叫飲品會建議叫呢個。玫瑰野苺茶$34.0呢個非常奇怪既藥水味,同埋都幾甜下,冇得叫走甜,唔建議飲。油酥手抓薄餅(3片$52.0用黎送咖哩大蝦,正正常常既油酥餅。…Read More

SAWWAI 今日揀依間餐廳,因為佢無咩人,又好多位,所以入去試吓。但係一入到去,就係一個惡夢嘅開始。首先,我同朋友拿住袋嘢,無位放,想將物品掛喺張枱側邊個勾,但又放唔到,一放d嘢全部跌晒落地下。咁問經理同職員,佢哋幾次都好悔氣話冇位可以俾我哋放嘢,佢哋話公司係冇依個服務俾我哋。但係個經理同幾個職員專登之後就狂安排啲人坐喺我哋側邊,好似趕我哋走咁。最離譜係個經理同幾個職員,一路咁講我同我朋友壞話,好大聲咁比說話我哋聽。當佢哋出菜嗰陣時,我見到啲職員行行企企,只掛住傾偈,但都唔攞啲餸俾我哋。最激氣是服務台嗰個男職員,佢專登攞個BB凳搬過嚟,又好大力撞我,當無事發生!最離譜係個經理同職員叫我啲嘢掛喺個勾,但會掂到地下。我同經理同職員講,兼做埋俾佢睇,餐廳地下又有餸汁同埋打瀉左d飲品,好唔衛生,經理竟然仲話冇問題。咁我同經理講,可唔可以抹咗地下啲餸汁同飲品先?佢話佢唔做呢啲服務。最後咁我話有咩辦法、我可以放到嘢呢?經理話乜都唔得!!!一間沒有服務、兼且不顧地方衛生的餐廳,不吃也罷!

叫左佢個台式蔥油雞扒乾拌刀削麵,首先舊雞扒既炸粉係厚到不得之了,係令到你忍唔住搣走哂佢!冇左厚粉後先令到雞既味道,但好可惜舊雞有一半係有陣臭味,食落仲有酸酸地,都幾明顯係用放到壞左既雞扒去製作,諗住用炸物既方式去掩蓋壞左既事實。刀削麵冇問題,係正常味道。呢個價錢,個主食你比啲咁既野我?真係食到人一肚氣,何文田劣食你都算數一數二啦!好食是良知啊真係幾無良,其他朋友食過佢其他食品,都話冇下次,真係稱得上可一不可再既食物。…Read More

聽人講呢間店舖好出名,有好多memo紙比你寫低啲對香港既心聲,作為香港人既一分子,緊係要親身去見識下啦,一入到去,唔係誇張,由大門直到餐廳既牆上面,全部都係memo紙,好厲害。我地兩個人,就打算叫一個set餐,再另外散叫一個主食。前菜 (沙律 + 湯)個set係有包到沙律同湯,食完仲有甜品添。而呢個田園沙律配熱情果油醋汁,味道方面幾好入口,熱情果既酸酸甜甜味配上清爽既沙律菜,好夾,非常開胃。1.士多啤梨醬燒豬肋骨 set $229呢個真係真心覺得正,首先份量絕對夠哂大份,兩大舊豬肋骨,加上下面有大量焗得好香脆既薯角,一定夠哂飽啦,同埋豬肋骨燒得剛剛好,外層少少脆,内𥚃肉質保持到鮮嫩,再加上店舖自家製既士多啤梨醬一齊食,個醬除左有水果既甜味,仲有微微既辣味,真係好配個肉,多左個層次,非常欣賞!2.桂花雪梨茶 $39 叫左呢杯清清地既雪梨茶,因為唔想搶去其他果醬味,又幾好飲,桂花令到佢有陣清香味,有d雪梨肉可以食埋添。3.煮極黑毛豬扒 配肉桂蘋果汁 $169成日好多人會有個錯覺係覺得牛扒永遠係貴d好食d,但如果有試過黑毛豬,就可以解除對豬既成見,餐廳用左慢煮既方法烹調呢個極黑毛豬,慢煮可以keep到豬扒既肉汁,又唔會過熟,見到入面仲有小小粉紅色咁,呢個係岩岩好嫩滑又食得既狀態黎,咬落去外脆內軟,配埋甜甜地既肉桂蘋果汁,一解夏天既悶熱。4.特製果醬梳打 +玫瑰蘋果 (半價後$22)餐牌上有個「J」既,係代表可以自選果醬,我就揀左玫瑰蘋果,餐廳將蘋果blend成蘋果蓉,再加入玫瑰花瓣,再將呢個果醬加入梳打水度,就成為左呢杯飲品,入口仲有蘋果蓉添,真材實料。Cheese Cake(跟餐)完整既晚餐又點可以冇甜品呢?最後仲有個小小既cheese cake,芝士挺身,口感綿滑,唔會係出面餅店雪左成日硬堀堀咁,估唔到跟餐甜品都咁有誠意。…Read More

朋友就快生日,諗住搵間坐得舒服既餐廳同佢慶祝,食餐好既,比我發現係尖沙咀呢到有間唔錯既餐廳。好啦入到去,裝飾都幾優雅,有個酒櫃同小吧台,配襯大玻璃樓景,感覺安靜又溫暖。成個環境都好好,可以靜靜地咁樣食美食。1.Pan Fried Hokkaido Scallop $168頭盤呢我哋就揀咗香煎北海道刺身帶子配黃梅醬芒果沙沙,上面有啲脆脆,相信係一啲肉乾嘅脆脆,而帶子個底有腌左嘅茄子,味道酸酸地,幾開胃,而且帶子煎得剛剛好,唔會太生,亦唔會太熟,保留到帶子果種鮮甜嘅味道。2.Captain’s Salad $78之後嚟到呢個船長沙律,裏面包括有芹菜,黃瓜,呈小小酸味,都幾開胃,重點係加咗菲達芝士,這種芝士冇外殼,是白色,堅實但易碎,上面有小洞眼及裂縫,味道強烈,有鹽味,令到個沙律唔會太淡味,易入口。3.海鮮拼盤(3款)Seafood Platter A $398我哋之後叫咗海鮮拼盤作為主菜,platter A可以揀三款海鮮,我哋分別叫咗Baby abalone 活鮑魚 3隻,Shrimp 海蝦 10隻,同埋Live Mussel 活青口 10隻,裏面仲有原隻薯仔 ,粟米,同雞肉腸添。配左Cajun garlic butter卡薑蒜蓉汁,呢個醬有少少微辣,會買一啲新鮮嘅海鮮,味道真係好夾,要讚下嘅係,個鮑魚整得啱啱好熟,完全唔難咬,而且海蝦好鮮甜,配埋嗰醬食真係一流,加上佢有薯仔同埋粟米,都相當飽肚㗎。4.Asian Punch $58朋友仔就叫咗呢一杯飲品,係包括薄荷葉,荔枝,乾咗嘅薑,飲落去有淡淡的荔枝香,仲有少少醒神嘅薄荷葉,配海鮮飲,唔會搶走海鮮嘅鮮味。5.Peach On The Beach $58而我呢杯除左有薄荷葉同乾咗嘅薑,仲加左新鮮嘅橙同桃,有少少酸酸地,都感覺清新,好鍾意佢用咗生果嗰種天然既甜味。…Read More

呢日去左銅鑼灣接個朋友仔收工,諗住係附近搵間餐廳去食個晚餐啦,朋友建議食日本菜,有一間佢食過覺得唔錯既,就話帶我去食下。一入到舖頭,都覺得暗暗地有d射燈光幾有日式既feel,同埋牆身有佢地主打既菜式,大大張咁放出黎,離遠都望到好清晰又吸引,而呢間餐廳主打既係日式烏冬,咁當然要點樣食下佢。我地總共叫左兩個主食同三個小食,分別係「黑蒜灸燒極濃黑豚肉烏冬」,「芥末果醋帶子冷掛烏冬」,「明太子雞翼」,「螢光魷魚」同埋「秋葵沙律」。1.螢光魷魚$36叫左呢道冷盤既魷魚作為前菜,魷魚用左少少腌料去調味,所以食落帶有點酸味,都幾開胃。2.芥末果醋帶子冷烏冬 掛烏冬 $85呢個烏冬意外地帶出有小清新既感覺,可能因為冇肉類既關係,有幾片大大既蕃茄同埋沙律菜伴碟,加上主角帶子係經過煮熟再冷藏既方式,令到整體上食落去都比較清淡,啱晒想減肥嘅朋友,而且嗰個芥末嘅果醋同個烏冬好夾,滑嘟嘟嘅烏冬,加上酸酸地嘅果醋,令人食唔停口。3.黑蒜灸燒極濃黑豚肉烏冬 $87呢個烏冬一上枱真係不得了,黑蒜油嗰種香味,加埋豚肉嘅香味,真係令人食指大動,同埋佢嘅豚肉切得好厚,咬落去啖啖肉,肥膏同埋啲肉分布好平均,個湯加埋一啲爽口既木耳,夾埋烏冬一齊食,味道同口感兼備,兼且糖心蛋煮得剛剛好,蛋黃入口即溶,好嫩滑。4.明太子雞翼兩隻$36呢個雞翼同樣都好出色,裏面嘅明太子少少辣辣地,加上雞翼嘅外皮炸到脆卜卜,外脆內軟,而且鹹度適中,我諗送啤酒嘅話應該一流。5.秋葵沙律$48點左肉類,梗係要點番啲蔬菜平衡返,我哋就叫左呢個秋葵沙律,佢亦都係用咗酸酸地嘅汁去配襯秋葵,覺得幾清新,又可以解油膩。…Read More

Bong 係位於紅磡嘉里酒店範圍內嘅西餐廳,之前公司喺嘉里酒店搞annual dinner 就已經留意到呢間餐廳。餐廳亦設有戶外座位,適合想吹吹海風嘅客人或吸煙者。 喺正紅磡碼頭海旁,落地玻璃嘅設計令客人可以邊享受美食,邊欣賞海景。餐廳有大型嘅保溫櫃以存放紅白酒同各款熟成肉類。我地叫咗dinner set B($760),仲加咗個pasta($230),分量啱啱好夠兩人食飽。1. 餐包 內暖外脆,餐包塗上牛油,入口即溶;另外仲有果仁,非常香同有咬口!2. 南瓜濃湯 Sweet Pumpkin Cream Soup非常香濃嘅南瓜味,忌廉配合南瓜味道好合拍,口感細滑綿密。3. 沙律 Sous vide Chicken Salad慢煮雞肉嫩滑配合新鮮生菜,非常清新,十分開胃。4. 魚子醬配三文魚 Grilled Scallop with Salmon Caviar三文魚油脂豐富配合甘香嘅魚子醬令味道層次加強,碟上其餘嘅生果都好新鮮。5. 西冷牛排配大蝦 Dry aged Ribeye steak (250g) with King Tiger Prawn-Medium煎到剛好,肉質幼嫩,牛油脂肪分佈均勻,牛味濃郁。大蝦新鮮爽口,配合埋醬令味道更有層次。
有六款調味配合牛排食,令牛排味道有唔同感覺。6. 黑松露蟹肉芝士扁意粉 Crab Meat Chesse Truffle with Homemade Linguine黑松露味道濃但又唔會令蟹肉鮮味被掩蓋,配合自家製作扁意粉口感一流,十分推薦。7. 肉醬意粉 Chef’s Recommended Pasta-Handmade Linguine份量剛好,蕃茄味濃,味道偏酸,但可接受,意粉質感煙韌。8. 雪芭 Sorbet熱情果口味雪芭,味道清新,唔會太甜,十分解膩。9. 呢日同左個好耐冇見既朋友約左食飯,諗住好耐冇見,想搵間坐得舒舒服服既餐廳,係銅鑼灣既地舖比我搵到有野好野,緊係要帶佢黎食啦,餐廳似乎幾大,要落一層係地庫,同埋環境好光猛,室內設計都比人有種高級既感覺。一坐底侍應就比左部平板電腦我地,可以係部平板到睇下有咩好食,太多菜式都唔知揀邊樣好,侍應姨姨就推介我地一場黎到點都要試下佢地既招牌菜-北京填鴨啊,同埋水煮魚都出名嫁,咁我地就決定左點「北京填鴨」,「水煮桂魚」,「雞絲粉皮」,同埋「砂鍋雲吞雞」。1.北京填鴨 半隻 $228我地人少少食唔到咁多份量,所以叫左半隻試下,原來半隻份量都唔少嫁,而且配以大葱絲、黃瓜絲、甜麵醬,用薄餅卷着食用,佢既薄餅卷幾透薄,令到食落去既口感唔會太乾,同埋加上片皮鴨既油脂,食落更香,唔錯。2.水煮桂花魚(原條)$288呢個就厲害啦,一上菜發現原來都幾大碟,個魚頭好壯觀,同埋聞到一陣陣好辛辣剌激既香味,睇到表面放左好多辣椒仔,桂花魚既質地好嫩滑,而且非常有魚香味,加上辣辣地,仲好入口,而且魚下面仲有d水晶粉皮係到,質地彈牙得黎又滑,好好味。3.雞絲粉皮 $58另外食中菜必點既雞絲粉皮同樣出色,有少少花生醬點綴下,一齊食好開胃,作為前菜一流啦。4.砂鍋雲吞雞 半份 $198呢個湯真係出乎我意料,侍應服務周到又貼心,首先幫我地將個雞拎出黎拆左肉,方便我地食用,又幫我地裝好哂湯同埋菜,一碗熱騰騰既高湯,非常清甜,可以幫手解左岩岩食水煮魚既辣度,雲呑煮得剛好,相當出色,而且份量唔少,兩個人各飲完一碗都仲可以再添,當我想起身自己再裝湯既時候,侍應即刻黎幫手,真係熱情好客既款待啊!…Read More

放工去咗食新開嘅懷石料理餐廳,喺中環蘭桂坊,喺正串燒店對面。問到師傅點解餐廳名叫 夢 ,南師傅解釋開餐廳係佢嘅夢想,曾經去過墨爾本、悉尼、台灣等地方學師,希望自創特別嘅懷石料理,將飲食文化融會貫通。餐廳內有一半座位能夠近距離欣賞師傅準備菜式,同師傅直接交流,另外,餐廳亦設有露台位置,方便吸煙者。而晚餐嘅價位由1380至1980不等,任君選擇。今次我哋試咗1380 嘅七月季節懷石料理。1. 京都豆腐主要有豆腐,腐皮同高湯木魚啫喱,再配上淺味黑松露,底下仲有啲紫菜。味道清新,豆味濃郁,最特別係個木魚啫喱,咬落去就有淡淡的湯味。2. 八全 懷石料理蕃茄和桃肉粒,味道清淡,酸酸地好開胃。玉子櫻花蝦,配上淡味魚子醬,一入口就有好香嘅鮮蝦味。南瓜百合,質感好似薯蓉嘅南瓜蓉。炸日本白粟米,外表貌似一粒小炸彈,香脆可口松葉蟹球,外面包住一層紫菜碎碎,入面係彈牙嘅蟹肉。低溫八爪魚配士多啤梨醬,八爪魚肉質軟綿綿,配上士多啤梨醬十分清新。3.牡丹蝦配三色米紙 米紙分別有栗米味,墨魚味,同玫瑰花味。整個配搭十分有趣,米紙嘅口感就同平時食開嘅蝦片有啲似。配上牡丹蝦,就有黏笠再加脆片嘅口感,就好似食緊好新鮮嘅零食咁。4.石垣貝,鯊魚皮右口魚薄切貝肉爽口,配上酸汁啫喱更能帶出鮮甜味,非常新鮮。左口魚,脂肪均勻而且肉質彈牙。5.花竹蝦白蘿蔔湯白蘿蔔片嘅面頭有柚子碎,帶出咗整碗湯嘅鮮味,花竹蝦亦十分爽口彈牙。6.海膽創作料理馬糞海膽泡沫配上粒粒魚子和澳洲黑松露,加埋個飯底攪拌食,入口有非常之濃郁嘅海膽鮮甜味,好邪惡啊!7.金錭脆麟燒配龍蝦汁用油淋上去魚上炸麟能夠做到香脆效果,同時保留到肉嘅嫩滑度,鱗片非常脆口,而肉質十分鮮美。加上廚師刻意利用新鮮龍蝦頭同蔬菜炮製而成嘅濃郁龍蝦汁,好香龍蝦味!8.鹿兒島A4和牛和牛配上煎香嘅洋蔥,手指蘿蔔同紫色甘筍,仲有清深縣薯片,油而不膩。個人十分喜歡旁邊嘅日式xo醬,係廚師加入香料烹調,自家製的。9.黑松露Risotto加麵豉湯一般Risotto嘅米都係半生熟,亞洲人可能食唔慣。所以廚師利用日本糯米代替,米飯口感會較黏口。配上黑松露同埋菇菌,仲有蒜片,成個飯非常惹味。份量亦不多不少,剛剛好。10.抹茶奶凍配自家製丸子香甜嘅奶凍係用北海道3.6牛乳製成的,而抹茶嘅甘苦啱啱好平衡左整個甜品嘅味道,上面有銀箔仲有自家製小丸子,紅色係由蘿蔔製成的。餐廳仲有自家雪糕機,有別於一般雪糕,佢地牛奶雪糕加咗蛋白,有少少沙冰嘅質感,配上風乾嘅士多啤梨脆片,十成紅豆,蜜瓜粒粒,同外表有啲似炮谷嘅炸稻米,甜得黎,又有啲咬口,非常好味!遲吓仲會出黑松露口味雪糕,大家期待下啦。…Read More

呢日約左男朋友放工見面食個飯,知佢平時做野都好忙,難得見到面緊係想佢食得開心啦,男朋友鐘意食辣野,咁我就上網搵下附近有冇d專食辣野既餐廳啦,比我搵到呢間係油麻地食四川菜既餐廳,就諗住帶男朋友去試下。一去到餐廳就見到個地方好大,而且已經有好多人入坐,我諗應該係幾好食先咁多人吧,侍應姨姨好快手安排左位置比我地坐,再比埋menu我地睇,都真係幾多野食揀。而我地就分別揀左「麻辣豬耳」,「辣子土豆絲」,「泡椒鳳爪」,「上湯時蔬」,「蒜泥白肉」,「干鍋田雞」,「珍寶大檸檬茶」,「椰子鮮奶」。1.麻辣豬耳 $55呢道麻辣豬耳係涼拌黎,用左辣椒油去攪拌,食落質感好爽脆,加左芝麻令到食落更加香。2.辣子土豆絲 $48呢道薯仔絲每條都切得好均勻,食落去好脆卜卜嫁,但男朋友話,如果可以再辣d,就更加好啦。3.泡椒鳳爪 $45初初點呢個我仲以為係好似泰式鳳爪咁冇骨既添,不過都幾好食既,又係涼拌菜,對於中意食辣既人好岩食。4.上湯時蔬 $48有得揀食咩菜,我就揀左我鐘意食既娃娃菜,都唔錯,娃娃菜食落都幾甜,加上有上湯浸住,更加入味。5.蒜泥白肉 $55多數出面叫既蒜泥白肉既蒜泥並唔似呢個咁綿密,乎合返傳統標準,豬肉每塊都切得厚薄相同,食落口感好,加上蒜泥真係好好味。6.干鍋田雞 $118本來想叫個田雞煲食,男朋友話不如試下干鍋田雞啦,估唔到有驚喜喎,佢保持到表面香脆可口,内裡既肉質鮮嫩,加上大量既辣椒同葱去炒,更加香氣撲鼻。7.珍寶大檸檬茶 $32我就有dd怕辣,就叫左個大杯既檸檬茶去解一解辣,黎到真係幾大杯,但都比我飲哂:)8.椰子鮮奶 $28男朋友就叫左杯椰奶,又幾好味,仲解辣得過我果杯,搞到我想搶黎飲啊,哈哈整體黎講,價錢中等,食物質素不錯,下次再黎食過,解下辣癮~…Read More

呢日同同事收左工話不如一齊食飯啦,諗諗下都好耐冇食韓燒啦,諗住搵一間又好食,又可以坐得舒服既餐廳,係尖沙咀又比我搵到間好野,緊係要食下啦。入到去,發現個場都幾大喎,可以容納到好多客人。坐底後侍應好快手就比左menu我地睇,揀左一陣,決定左要叫一個「八色珍味拼盤」同埋「醬油蟹」。點好餐之後呢,侍應好快手就開始安排d韓式小菜啦,例如:泡菜,雞髀菇,海帶,白蘿蔔,洋葱,生菜等等。而且仲有三款醬比你點黎食既。上主菜前仲比左盤韓式蒸蛋我地開下胃,真係好貼心。1.八色珍味拼盤 (E03八色五花肉) $538呢個五花肉拼盤主要用左八款味道組成,分別有: 人蔘,黑椒,日式燒汁,大醬,辣椒醬,香草,咖哩,蒜蓉。就咁望都覺得顏色好豐富,我地就由比較淺色既五花肉開始燒起,放落燒盤到一陣,就已經開始聞到肉燒烤既香味,再翻幾翻就已經可以食得,用鉸剪剪到佢適合既大小,再加上豆瓣醬同埋生洋蔥再用生菜包住,韓式風味十足,感覺中和左五花肉油膩嘅感覺。而係咁多款味道既五花肉之中,我地覺得辣椒醬同日式燒汁味比較好食。2.醬油蟹(配牛油飯) $250我地仲點左個醬油蟹試試佢,係韓國就食得多,唔知係香港食既會唔會咁好味呢,果然係冇令我失望既,蟹中央充滿左黃金色既蟹膏,餐廳好貼心準備左手套比我吱d蟹膏同蟹肉出黎,加入去牛油飯中,跟住攪拌嚟食,又食到醬油蟹嘅鮮味,又食到飯素既香味,加左白飯味道比單食醬油蟹來得配合,唔會感覺好漏既感覺。…Read More

餐廳以機場和機艙為主題,裝潢十分有時尚感。座位附近設有離港方向牌,部份座位模擬成飛機靠窗機位,讓客人有種準備離港和置身於機艙的感覺。特選商務艙晚餐(二人套餐) $678餐酒: 白酒 Sauvignon Blanc Caliterra Gls餐酒有紅白酒兩款,今次試咗白酒Sauvignon Blanc,味道不澀不苦,酸度較高,有植物香氣。頭盤: 鮑魚沙律 + 鵝肝多士加有魚子點綴的鮑魚,小而厚肉,味道鮮甜,配上洋蔥,蕃茄和蔬菜等沙律,十分清新可口和開胃。而鵝肝多士肉厚多士脆,配上熱情果,平衡了鵝肝的油脂香,味道剛剛好,一口份量,令人意猶未盡。餐湯: 黑松露忌廉湯 + 花膠龍蝦湯黑松露忌廉湯的質感偏稀,但黑松露味極濃厚,忌廉幼滑。而花膠龍蝦湯的質感較濃稠,花膠的骨膠原充滿了整碗湯,龍蝦味亦十分濃厚,非常鮮甜。主菜: 豬胺配龍蝦 + 帶子黑松露飯豬胺的脂肪分布平均,配合着燒烤醬吃,分量剛剛好,但略嫌有點太熟。還有多肉鮮甜的燒龍蝦,和香脆薯角。而帶子黑松露飯的帶子非常大粒,黑松露飯亦十分香口和滑。餐飲: 綠茶以茶壺浸泡茶葉,整壺端上,味道清新,十分解膩。店員不時會主動加熱水繼續沖茶。甜品: 心太軟 + 焦糖燉蛋心太軟朱古力味道濃郁幼滑,暖暖地入口,令人感到溫暖。焦糖燉蛋表面的焦糖非常之脆,而且蛋既質感細膩入微,不用咀嚼已經划進喉嚨,兩個甜品都很出色。餐廳設有 另收10% 服務費,個人覺得服務都不錯。…Read More
