Velo has always been my pick for semi buffet with main course. Traditional buffet is a waste too much and quality not necessary good. Velo appetizer bar has many great quality vegetables and appetizer, also they have snow crab, big shrimp, grill, roast beef, and rose pork, which I did not take photo, but they were pretty good.By the time you finish that, you have no room for main course, which you can select from the menu some of them you have to add extra portion also big. Have been here before during Covid and again here they still have the semi buffet with lots of seafood and appetizers, and you select your own main course.Actually, the buffet also served grilled lamb and grilled beef, which was pretty good already. Tried their restaurants under the same group Capo were very authentic, so today I tried this one for lunch.The lunch you can select your cold cut appetizer or salad, your choice of handmade pasta, also your choice of wine!I had cold cut before so I selected salad with pear and grapes.
