一向係炸甜不辣嘅愛好者,所以難得去荃灣午餐,就周圍搵吓有邊間台灣嘢有炸甜不辣食。openrice search完發現喺荃灣廣場斜對面有間高rating嘅台灣菜館,即管就去試一試!荃灣廣場對面嘅大壩街同享和街出面多餐廳,所以食飯時間嚟一定周圍都係人。跟住google map,果然係會行過籠!所以記得望清楚街號。餐廳有上下2層,入面有舊台灣風格嘅裝修,值得打卡。平日午市時段多一個套餐-$10嘅優惠!本來想試一試牛肉麵,但睇相俾紅糟肉吸引咗!所以最後點咗紅糟肉便當同凍峰蜜檸檬椰果,另外加咗一份炸甜不辣。凍峰蜜檸檬椰果🍋已經揀咗微糖少冰,但可能係峰蜜嘅關係,仍然係超!級!甜!飲咗一半後真係頂唔順,加咗水沖淡先ok!但整體其實味道好好,加上椰果份量都多!紅糟肉便當🍱正宗嘅台式紅糟肉會用五花腩,店內嘅紅糟肉同樣肥瘦參半。現炸所以外層非常香脆,加上可能切得細細條嘅關係,咬落完全唔似食梗肥膏。再配上帶甜嘅醬汁,感覺就似食梗炸蜜汁叉燒,食完一舊就會停唔到想食下一舊!台式便當通常會跟幾款配菜,今日有涼拌椰菜花,炒蒿筍片,炒大豆芽,跟半隻鹵蛋。配菜不過不失,有啲蔬菜食吓都係好事。炸甜不辣🍤甜不辣嘅叫法源自日本的天婦羅,實際係似炸魚漿/炸魚糕。個人喜歡口感十分”膠”嘅炸甜不辣,愈”膠”愈鐘意。因為假如你要有魚味,咁食炸魚蛋就可以,唔洗食炸甜不辣。魚漿要愈起膠就愈有咬口,所以要搵到夠”膠”嘅炸甜不辣都唔容易。呢份炸甜不辣雖然唔算非常膠,但都可以滿足到食炸甜不辣嘅癮。配上椒鹽粉,帶辣,可惜有啲過多,蓋過炸甜不辣嘅味。至於份量嚟講其實好ok,$32有十幾件!所以整體cp值都高!小總結💬紅糟肉似炸叉燒,喜歡食炸豬扒同炸叉燒就可以點!可能始終紅糟肉帶甜,個飯食到一半開始會有甜到膩嘅感覺,所以怕甜嘅人要小心。至於炸甜不辣都值得推介,係一份不錯嘅小食。(滿分為🤤x5)好味指數: 🤤🤤🤤🤤抵食指數: 🤤🤤🤤回頭指數: 🤤🤤🤤🤤…Read More

好多人都話肥仔米線好出名,所以今日專程去試吓。星期六嘅中午一點半,店內仍然full house,店外排隊等堂食同等外賣嘅人依然不絕。始終因為係小店,座位有限,所以喺門外排隊等咗大半個鐘先可以入座。雖然餐廳出名,但價錢合理夠平民,欣賞!一於試吓肥仔推介嘅豬軟骨,豬軟骨夠淋,夠入味,份量又剛好,所以都值得推介!至於食酸辣米線好多都都會點腩肉,肥仔嘅腩肉唔係譚仔嘅五花腩片,反而係似豬肉片,份量還好但有啲乾同鞋,所以唔太推介。2碗米線只點一個餸就係因為想試吓佢嘅酥炸排骨。即叫即炸,需時至少15-20分鐘!熱焫焫上碟,排骨所用嘅脆漿好特別,但嫌佢太大件,如果可以細件少少會較方便進食。而且排骨炸到根本睇唔到邊度係肉,邊度係肥膏,邊度係骨,所以整體感覺一般,無想像中出色。總括成餐肥仔米線,老實說肥仔酸辣米線嘅湯底係偏甜,即使只點小辣,酸味不足,反而食到好甜,所以有啲失望。加上可能點錯餸(?),覺得佢啲餸唔算出色,炸排骨亦太大舊又唔多用。所以如果想食米線,應該唔會再返嚟排隊食。(滿分為🤤x5)好味指數: 🤤🤤抵食指數: 🤤🤤🤤回頭指數: 🤤🤤…Read More

有驚喜嘅牛腩湯底

餐廳位於石門京瑞廣場1期停車場出入口附近,門口好低調,經過可能會以為佢無開。呢間店出名食牛腩,所以就點佢嘅牛腩一試!既然寫住豐園精選,而牛沙瓜又算係出面街好難食到嘅部位,所以就試吓”頂級雙沙” = 崩沙腩加牛沙瓜。崩沙腩,位於橫膈膜附近,肚皮兩邊嘅腩位。而牛沙瓜,係牛嘅第4個胃,用嚟分泌胃酸及消化酶,消化食物中的蛋白質和脂肪。由於係4個胃中排最後,亦係最細,所以通常好快賣完,坊間都較難見到。崩沙腩本身會有條薄薄嘅軟膠質,令肉質爽軟而不硬。加上腩位炆得好淋好入味,有入口即溶嘅效果,非常出色!!至於牛沙瓜,由於係第一次食,本來以為會有金錢肚嘅爽,點知原來佢嘅口感同一般牛雜一樣,帶內臟味道。加上牛沙瓜帶少少肥膏,個人嚟講未識得欣賞。牛三寶幼麵,牛腩牛筋拼牛肚,十分穩陣嘅配搭。牛腩牛筋炆得入味又夠淋,牛腩略嫌太瘦乾咗少少,但整體都出色。加咗包炸魚皮,一袋袋上,食唔晒可以拎走。店內嘅炸魚皮屬於薄身,相當脆口,非常出色!最後值得一提,就係豐園牛腩麵嘅湯底係有別於一般清湯腩/車仔麵嘅腩汁湯。佢嘅牛腩湯底好濃而入味,充滿牛香。所以如果喜歡重口味嘅人士,牛腩麵加呢個牛腩湯係非常出色!所以佢同時有出$298牛腩煲套餐,可以淨買呢個牛腩加呢個濃濃嘅牛骨湯返屋企打邊爐做湯底,一定會非常回味!(滿分為🤤x5)好味指數: 🤤🤤🤤🤤抵食指數: 🤤🤤🤤回頭指數: 🤤🤤🤤…Read More
