生日飯局, 家人問我今年想吃什麼, 由於四月頭在此葡國餐廳午膳, 發覺該餐廳食水準絕不會被澳門的葡國餐廳比下去, 而且環境清靜, 於是提早訂座及訂了One Quarter烤豬, 希望家人可在香港品嚐有水準的葡國餐晚上七時正, 我們到達Nino's, 場內環境幽暗, 每枱也點著蠟燭增添了柔和的氣氛; 我們最先點了數款小食, 有葡國腸、馬介休球、Sauteed Octopus等, 再加上自製的麵飽(可Refill的), 吃過美味的前菜後, 主菜未上前已被開了胃口了葡國腸咸香十足, 馬介休球的鮮味及辣魷魚的香辣味都十分出色, 由於葡國餐味道偏咸, 我們點了一瓶Sangria紅酒來解一解, 調好的Sangria味道香甜容易入口, 瓶內的果肉也不少, 配合以上小食來品嚐效果一流主菜先來葡國燒豬, 皮薄香脆, 豬肉味香濃及嫩滑, 果然係皇牌之作;再來的是胡椒蝦, 侍應先用瓦煲將內裏盛滿的胡椒粒及鮮蝦攪勻, 然後倒出放在碟上, 由於蝦很新鮮, 蝦肉非常容易從蝦殼弄出來, 而香濃的胡椒味早已滲入鮮蝦裏, 加上蝦肉爽嫩, 此菜乃全晚最滿意之選;接著是馬介休抄椰菜, 馬介休的咸香配上甘甜的椰菜, 又是一個很好的配搭;再來的是鴨飯, 當進食時鴨香味可感受出來的, 加上鴨飯焗的時間剛剛好, 食落不會太乾, 而飯面再加上幾片葡國腸, 也能帶出鴨飯的味道出來;最後多點了非洲雞, 非洲雞味道頗帶中東風情, 味重及不乾身的, 雞肉亦滑嫩由於四月頭已光顧了一次該餐廳, 今次再嚐肯定了其水準之高及食物水準隱定, 期望再次品嚐其餘的菜式…Read More

趁清明假期往澳門旅遊, 並想再嚐令人回味既葡國餐, 曾經去過氹仔舊區的阿曼諾餐廳, 但該餐廳逢週三休息, 而據講澳門這幾年間已立法在公眾假期當天開工, 勞工會有三倍的工資津貼關係, 有些想去的食店也關門大吉, 故此在新馬路隔近我們選擇了這間的餐廳下午三時許, 我們一行四人到達餐廳, 內裏只有數枱食客, 先問女侍應有什麼推介, 她說好與不好的既都在餐牌裏, 講咗等於無講... 於是先點了四道菜試下對唔對板先; 頭盤點了碟腸仔, 落單時已吩咐女侍應要葡國腸, 但來到後唔望由自可, 一望把鬼火 竟然係小學生去旅行食既雞尾腸仔, 加洋葱青椒來兜亂就上碟, 比香港任何飯堂都求其, 先已扣哂分; 再來係蒜蓉大蝦, 由於隻蝦本身新鮮肉厚, 其實任何整法都會整得好食的, 但蒜蓉汁味道淡口, 極像一些快餐店的蒜蓉汁, 咁好食既蝦就被差勁既芡汁弄差了:( 接住係燒馬介休, 望落似係炸的,如果唔係佢既燒功可能好利害, 燒到外觀勁似炸出來的一樣, 再多口問多句係燒定炸, 姖冷漠地講係燒的, 我就覺得好似係用火燒紅隻鑊, 再用鑊裏既滾油來炸囉:(, 而條魚好似好珍貴, 每人只可分到半口:(; 最後來埋葡國雞, 我覺得呢碟餸的質素可以話差到不能再差, 用既似係雪雞, 雞肉又似無經醃漬, 亦食唔出葡汁應有既香味, 食完後大家都悶出鳥來:(埋單盛惠$756.3, 咁差既服務咁死火既食物, 一毛貼士都唔俾就走人, 而且永無下次…Read More

同事聚餐後狂讚呢間食店, 一於同埋老婆一齊去試下由於訂了位, 晚上六時已到場準備屠龍(食龍蝦), 場內唔算多人, 只有數台食客, 眼見每台都在食龍蝦, 而且仲係唔同整法的, 未坐定已經出去拿Round One龍蝦了最先選取的是白灼龍蝦及蒜蓉蒸龍蝦, 白灼龍蝦鮮味十足, 肉質亦豐彈性; 蒜蓉蒸龍蝦反而肉質沒有白灼的結實, 不消三分鐘便把這兩條龍KO了第二輪出去拿鐵板燒龍蝦及芝士焗龍蝦; 鐵板燒的龍蝦用牛油來煎, 排隊時已肉香四溢, 急不及代把其放進口中, 食落亦十分彈牙香口, 煎過的蝦膏亦十分香口; 芝士焗龍蝦芝士味略嫌不足, 蝦肉質亦比前者差這裏的龍蝦是採用波士頓龍蝦, 蝦鉗較大隻, 故此好容易就可以把半份龍蝦KO, 我全晚食了八份龍蝦(四份白灼、兩份鐵板、一份蒜蓉、一份芝士焗), 另外場內亦有不少其他海鮮選擇, 可選取魚類及貝殼頪等食材請廚師蒸或燒好後送上; 另外有很多自助餐常見的熱臐食物及魚生刺身, 也有香煎鵝肝及燒蠔等食品, 平日以唔駛四佰四十蚊食到咁多隻龍蝦實在太抵食啦, 由於之前同事送了兩張半價優惠卷所以實在物超所值…Read More

經常去深水涉開餐, 食市競爭非常激烈, 在汱弱留強既情況下, 有幾間質素好既自然會有好多人排隊幫襯, 呢間就係其中一間當日下午六點鐘就去到呢間電視台介紹過既舖頭, 由於之前有朋友來過幫襯, 今次點了幾款佢上次未試過既菜式, 包括有酒香紅豬手、脆豆腐併蝦餅、黃金蝦、椒鹽茄子等; 在等候期間有侍應拿著豬紅及鳯爪, 好有茶樓飲茶Feel, 而我哋就選了豬紅($8), 豬紅質地結實唔會一夾就散, 但入口又幾滑溜, 味道唔似一般潮州打冷, 而係有少少辣香的, 咁既價錢實在唔錯豬手最先到, 豬手煮前處理得唔錯, 完全無毛可以安心食過痛快, 豬手煮的時間剛好咬落好鬆軟, 但個醬汁處理得有點過咸, 將原有既酒香蓋過, 有少許改善空間:)脆豆腐併蝦餅好大碟, 當然價錢亦唔算平啦($108), 炸豆腐非常出色, 豆腐超滑而炸漿好薄, 唔會一夾就散; 而個蝦餅反而有點兒比下去, 因為質地唔夠爽彈(甚至乎可以叫做淋), 蝦味只是一般而已, 下次只會淨叫脆豆腐罷椒鹽茄子亦炸得非常出色, 由於茄子係厚切, 食了兩件就開紿飽肚黃金蝦係今晚最惹味的一道菜, 呢間舖頭落咸蛋一D都唔吝惜, 海中蝦又夠大隻有咬口, 好食到差D連殼都食埋最後點埋甜品, 分別有梳乎厘及心太軟, 心太軟賣相差勁, 既無雪榚做伴食落亦只係一般貨色, 下次可以Skip; 梳乎厘則合格有餘, 賣相同心太軟有强烈對比, 而食落唔會太甜, 廿幾蚊算係唔錯架啦…Read More

老婆大人生於七月四日, 今年就好似美國獨立日咁慶祝, 去了一間食炭燒牛扒出名既餐廳勁食一翻, 希望老婆開心難忘由於早一星期前已訂了枱, 固此去到不必等位; 當日七時許帶同兩位姪仔一齊入席, 環境比較陰暗, 當侍應奉上餐牌, 打開時發光,小朋友覺得很新奇, 不斷把玩餐牌, 氣氛愉快侍應首先介紹是日精選頭盤, 有炸田雞腿及兔仔肉等, 由於餋過白兔仔固此並無點到兔肉, 點了炸田雞腿、蟹肉餅、龍蝦湯及磨菇湯; 炸田雞腿味道清淡, 有一點像炸雞肉無甚特別亦無驚喜, 蟹肉餅的蟹肉味特出, 內裏全是蟹肉並煎至黃金顏色, 很香口又蟹味濃郁, 幾正; 龍蝦及磨菇湯亦甚對版, 味鮮濃, 基本上不用加黑椒已很好渴頭盤過後好快就到主角出場啦, 今次點了Rib Eye、New York Srtip及法國羊架, 由於唔仲意太過血腥, 我們選了Medium; 主角未出場前侍應小姐先細心地介紹幾款海鹽及芥未, 再給我們十把十二分鋒利的餐刀選用, 各選一把心頭好後靚扒終於出場啦; 聽取侍應小姐建議先食羊架, 果然鬆軟嫩滑; 依次序再食Rib Eye及New York Strip, 肉眼扒非常Juicy, 肉質比較腍及有少許肥肉帶住, 食落十分香口; 最後食New York Srtip, 同樣係外焦內嫩, 炭火烤出來果然零舍不同, 我個人認為New York Srtip肉味最濃, 欏滿分; 我們還點了數款Side Dishes, 有黑松露薯蓉、炸洋葱圈及磨菇等, 黑松露薯蓉十分香口, 黑松露味濃但十分膩口, 炸洋葱圈非常鮮甜, 比一般餐廳的新鮮最後我們點了全城最好的心太軟, 插上生日賀牌及許願後, 當用刀切下去時平地一聲雷, 爆破後那種澎湃, 我想對住出面維港大叫「tsunami」呀心太軟十分好美, 由於太大件, 我們只能吃到四分三便完事了當晚我們吃得十分滿足, 就算埋單頗貴, 但只要老婆高興都是值得的…Read More

今晚有舊上司(四眼哥)請食晚飯, 到佢哋之前去過既屯門三聖邨嘉彩酒家, 我哋六點幾去到碼頭, 再搵佢相熟既關財記揀海鮮, 有蜆、瀨尿蝦、聖子、美國筒蠔、扁貝、中蝦及奄仔蟹等, 仲問佢哋欏料做埋海鮮湯, 然後便起行過對面酒樓開餐去:)先叫部長安排做法, 要了上湯蜆蚧、椒鹽瀨尿蝦、豉椒抄聖子、薑葱蠔煲、蒜蓉粉絲蒸扁貝、豉油王抄中蝦、鹽焗奄仔蟹及送的海鮮湯最好食既係鹽焗奄仔蟹, 隻蟹好多膏, 味道一流, 咁靚既材料基本上任何一間整都唔會唔好食薑葱蠔煲的蠔好大隻, 蠔味唔算太重, 而廚房調味都唔錯:)豉椒抄聖子係幾款菜之中最大碟的, 豉椒芡汁味道偏淡, 當食哂其他餸後再食返呢碟餸時已經好似無咩味道, 但聖子幾甜而且無沙, 所以食得開心送既海鮮做咗湯, 個湯味道唔錯, 一人有兩碗架, 由於今晚食咗咁多正嘢, 返屋企後感覺好口渴下, 睇來今晚要飲好多水先可以解一解啦最後梗係要多謝四眼哥, 並祝願年年有餐食啦…Read More

今晚行完商場, 八點半以為唔駛點等位, 點知去到都要等到九點鐘先至入座, 因之前少去呢間而且無睇食評, 所以先睇餐牌及隔離枱所點的食物發覺賣相唔錯, 咁就開紿落Order啦點了周打蜆湯($48): 湯味道唔錯, 而且材料十足, 算有水準的:)Jumbo Crab cake($138): 煎得實在太濃, 完全食唔到蟹味, 食完仲勁口渴, 完全唔掂Premium Age Sirloin($298): 西冷扒肉質係OK的, 但我哋要了蒜蓉牛油諗住搽上去, 但塊扒唔夠熱, D牛油又溶唔到, 真失敗:(, 而其他配菜好似薯蓉整得唔好食, 似開粉整出來的, 下次食扒都唔會來呢間Boston Blue Burger($136): 呢個漢堡飽的牛肉味道及質地都唔合格, 我Order了七成熟, 牛肉煎得好燶, 而籃芝士味道亦唔好, 正所謂好睇唔好食就係呢D啦佢哋話餐廳15週年, 可用$15點迷你薯條, 叫了一客, 全晚最隱陣就係呢份薯條啦埋單要$700, 呢個價錢下次寧願出尖沙咀食任何一間都好過佢, 無下次:(…Read More

熱氣到爆炸但又好鬼好食喎

天氣勁熱, 好晏先出門口行街, 行到落尖咀都已經八點半啦, 呢D時間諗住去邊間食嘢都唔駛排隊, 於是去了丼吉睇下, 點知原來門口仲有人排緊隊, 要等十五分鐘先入得去, 好嘢果然多人排入座後叫返次次來都叫既吉烈炸豬柳配蘿白蓉定食, 而女友叫了吉列炸大蝦拼吉列豬扒定食, 另外叫了一份炸軟殼蟹, 軟殼蟹不過不失味道唔太咸, 隻蟹本身有少少膏所以食落幾香口, 食完後我哋自己磨芝麻及加醬油準備主角出場兩份餐一拼而上Share來食, 所以個碟好長, 呢道既炸物水準唔錯, 其中以吉列炸豬柳最好食, 豬柳雖然厚身但食落好鬆化及唔會炸得太乾, 味道亦調得幾好的, 配以蘿白蓉醬汁來食實在精彩, 相比之下吉列炸蝦及吉列炸豬扒只係比較普通並無驚喜; 配菜的生菜絲有兩款醬汁可選, 我比較仲意有祡菜的醬汁, 我哋總共添食了四次生菜絲, D醬汁都差唔多俾我哋食哂, 最後埋單承惠$495…Read More

今日天氣勁熱, 同事問起有咩好嘢食, 有人建議食激D再留下汗, 於是就陪佢哋癲下搵咖哩食, 之前去過幾間比較出名既咖哩食店, 但覺得重慶比較有風味及隱陣, 咁就決定放工早D來開餐啦; 六點半來到全場並無客人, 我哋先Order了咖哩角, 味道一般未見特出, 之後再叫了四款咖哩, 有雞、牛、羊及蝦, 其中以牛腩及蝦的咖哩最香口, 而我哋又點了三份薄餅包括蒜蓉薄餅、芝士薄餅及什果薄餅, 幾款薄餅都用咖哩醬點來食, 攪到分唔到邊種味道最好, 只係分到邊種咖哩汁最好味道, 我哋越食越覺得熱又越來越口渴, 總共飲了幾罐汽水但都係解唔到渴, 睇來今晚要飲好多水先得啦三個人埋單承惠$310, 都幾抵食:)…Read More
