星期六放假, 當然要對自己好D !!! 京都的嵐山我就去過, 今日香港都有一間嵐山。入到去可能中午原因, 都十分旺場, 等咗陣先有位。睇睇 .. 相片上的刺身丼都好引, 最後選了北海道丼。首先出場的係味噌湯, 飲落湯的温度保持得好, 個人來計這個湯略為淡味, 濃些少會更好。大約等咗5分鐘, 整份餐送到。先試試配菜 ... 沙律菜好新鮮爽口, 螺肉味度正常 ...重點當然係北海道丼, 和平日見到的日式餐廳比較, 份量充足。當中有牡丹蝦、帶子、三文魚同海膽。開始個陣先試試各種刺身的味道, 三文魚有三文魚油香。帶子雖然不算大粒, 但勝在新鮮和份量足。海膽的味道令一食不停口, 一啖放入口水, 那份海膽鮮味會有持續力...最後一試係牡丹蝦, 蝦的大少屬正常, 頭部沒有黑, 新鮮水平合格, 味道方面,鮮味彈牙整個丼食上來, 飯味和刺身份量配合得好, 值得推介食咗飯之後, 當然係甜品時間綠茶味雪糕, 正常水平, 可能是來貨關係 !!!…Read More

今日同老婆路過旺角,諗緊有咩好食點知就收到一大堆傳單,望呀望,諗呀諗,見到有一間又有韓燒又有刺身又有甜品咁。就去試試啦,佢個名都幾得意叫韓舍。7點半上到去,差唔多坐滿晒人,一黎到當然要行返轉睇下有咩食先啦,個場都幾長,我就坐係最尾,都幾好呀有得行下,係個尾行到去最頭就見到一大堆生肉同菜,係用黎韓燒既,排得好整齊,而且仲好似好新鮮咁,拎返D返去試試佢先。行返去中間位就有10款左右既熱食,同埋飲品,仲有大量甜品,同刺身壽司咁。好先講韓燒除左有大量肉類,仲有海鮮同埋菜,佢個魷魚好大塊﹛又唔駛燒好耐,仲好鮮味tim, 另外,佢個五花腩都好正,燒完脆脆地咁,好好味,其他肉都唔錯冇雪味。除左燒肉,佢仲有沙律,前菜同埋冷盤,蝦,青口,蟹仔等。刺身都係必食既,佢既三文魚係厚切的又肥又新鮮,另外仲有八爪魚,希靈魚,鯛魚就唔太特別了。熟食方面就仲有菜、魚、肉、炸野等等飲品就有沙冰、汽水,美祿、好立克,茶等,選擇真係好多好多。另外仲有大量甜品,一杯杯咁,當然仲有一件件既蛋糕,仲有朱古力噴泉、炒雪糕等。價錢$178加一,有咁多野食,真係好抵呀!!!…Read More

中午食飯上網見到介紹韓國燒肉,見到就流口水。放工當然約老婆一齊去燒燒肉。 入到去鋪頭,不用多想已經是燒肉店的感覺。睇睇餐牌,選擇多(刺身、野菜、炸物、海鮮、和食和肉類)頭盤當然係刺身,三文魚、馬刀貝、北寄貝、章魚、鮑片、帶子。刺身中最吸引係三文魚,來的是三文魚腩的附近,咬落去淡淡的三文魚油香充滿口中,仲有新鮮魚的彈性。 本身個人不太喜歡天婦羅類的食物,但比《超甜一口蕃薯》吸引住。 蕃薯來了,外表細細條似有輕輕炸過的感覺,份量方面果然係一口一個,仲要同個名一樣,超甜。到主菜了 《虎蝦》不過不失,蝦的身型不算大,勝在燒後不會乾,能保持彈牙感《帆立貝》起初以為連殻燒,好在味道不錯《小墨魚》細細粒,新鮮得來一口一隻,容易停唔到口《牛油蒜蓉青口》是冰鮮青口,處理得不錯,能保持青口的鮮甜味每一種食物都新鮮有誠意,慢慢在紙上燒。 《鹽燒牛舌》爽口有陣陣鹽味《鹽燒牛肋肉》肉香之餘不會太肥《一口和牛》雖然未做到入即溶,但都係肉味夠和嫩口食了幾轉肉後,就來到主菜尾聲《一口蒜香腸》、《法式香草羊架》,香腸是台灣腸,味道大家也知道。羊架不會肥和肉質厚而嫩口。 甜品當然是柚子茶、綠茶雪糕、胡麻雪糕 …Read More

今日在觀塘做完公司宣傳活動,天氣熱辣辣,大家都想快d揾個地方醫肚。揾咗間日本野,入去去反而比餐廳推介的牛牛吸引咗。蒸籠和牛$488/200g和牛A4級數,一籠計落有8塊,可惜上枱後要等佢蒸。好在係等等等其間有杯Sake cocktail $38,摸下杯底吹吹水。呢杯真係好抵,38蚊有杯Sake, 飲落口好香薄荷味。等咗3個幾字,終於可以起筷。第一層肥牛真係好嫩口,一塊放落口,嫩嫩的溶他在口中,加埋芝麻醬就更加激讚。第二層有蔬菜,蔬菜好鮮味,食落仲有啖啖牛香。原來蒸籠設計係想蒸的同時令牛肉汁,可以走到下層比蔬菜吸收。之後再來多個串燒。每一樣燒起上來都好鮮甜。南瓜$24蕃薯$24青椒$21冬菇$19整體來講,鋪頭環境好好,好闊落,野食又一流,真係一班朋友食飯吹水好地方。…Read More
