一月的一次午飯。餐廳是做東的主人家選定的,其實如果不是這個原因,平日怕吃炸物的我,應該不會光顧這家以售賣吉列食物為主的餐廳。因此坐下以後,便立刻番閱餐牌,看看有沒有配搭比較少吉列食物的套餐。最後,選了雜菌黑松露釜飯定食。這個套餐賣相很吸引,而且很豐富。包括三種刺身、釜飯、麵豉湯及四款前菜。刺身是用冰鎮著的,入口時仍然很冰凍,可是亦因為這樣,我嚐不到刺身應有的鮮味。四款前菜裡有炸軟殼蟹,看來脆口鬆化,可是吃來卻一點都不脆,不像是即叫即炸的,令人失望。其餘的三款前菜就不過不失吧。再來是雜菌黑松露釜飯。令人深刻印象的一道菜,裡頭的飯味道香濃,非常好吃!。說實在的,我不太清楚那種包著每一顆飯粒的香味是否來自黑松露(說來慚愧,在這頓飯之前,我未曾吃過黑松露),我只知道,它是我會想再吃的一道菜。最後不得不提的是椰菜絲,鮮嫩爽甜,實在不可錯過!看來,就算不太吃炸物,丼吉也可以是一個不錯的選擇。…Read More

十二月的一頓下午茶。看見這間開業沒多久的冰室門外的餐牌,寫了一個有厚多士的茶餐,覺得很是吸引,於是便大步踏進去了。甫坐下就點了那個吸引我進去的茶餐,叫北海道3.6牛乳滑蛋餐,選了雪菜肉絲湯米,炒蛋多士和熱奶茶。雪菜肉絲湯米的雪菜是爽口的,和很多茶餐廳供應的雪菜很不同,但我覺得可以帶多點醃菜的鹹香,會更吸引。湯底味濃,有點像豬骨湯的淺白色,想是有用豬骨煮成的吧,不過我沒有向店家引證。厚多士烘得微脆,是合乎期望了。而北海道3.6牛乳炒成的滑蛋的質感是軟嫩濃稠的,不錯吃,但相較之下,份量就是民華的會多一點點,滑一點點。奶茶是茶餐廳的水準,茶味濃厚,但個人更喜歡再滑一點的質感。感覺,是有用心的。…Read More

十二月和友人的一次晚餐小聚,選了開店以來人氣一直不錯的南小館。點了雞絲粉皮,一道我每次到上海菜館必點的前菜。拌醬帶鹹,與其他上海菜館吃到的味道大不相同。個人還是覺得其他菜館的更為對胃。另一道菜豆漿勝瓜,味道很清淡。我很喜歡喝無糖原味的豆漿,但這道菜我只覺得清淡有餘,豆漿的豆鮮味卻是不足。鮮肉小籠包有上海菜館應有的質素,但不算突出。再來是薺菜雲吞,雲吞屬於一口一件的大小,餡料薺菜鮮嫩,不錯。招牌生煎包是當晚的亮點,包底皮脆,肉餡鮮味多汁,也沒有讓人覺得很油膩。如果再來南小館,這是一道我會再點的菜式。最後是甜甜拼,我試了杏仁白玉凍、南瓜糰和綠豆糕。白玉凍有清甜的杏仁味,喜歡杏仁的人相信會喜歡這道甜品。個人很喜歡吃南瓜,可是當晚的南瓜糰並沒有給我深刻的印象,下次應該不會再試。三款當中,我最愛綠豆糕,綠豆皇的中心包著紅豆蓉,不會太甜,是一道美味的甜點。…Read More
