少有本地用心經營高性價比的日本料理店

第一代超級無敵掌門人辣辣壽司師傅開設的日本料理店。環境舒適衛生,店員有禮,老闆熱情, 重點是食物性價比非常高,刺身、壽司、燒物、炸物也做得不錯,難得用心有良心本地人開的日本料理店。雞泡魚干 - 開胃的左酒佳餚雜錦刺身拼盤 - 以$398可吃到10款刺身,每款最少有三件,還有帶子、赤背、拖羅、海膽,可算是非常超值,要吃勝價比這刺身拼盤是必點的。海龍卷 - 用完隻龍蝦做出來的海龍卷,是火龍券的高級版,啖啖龍蝦肉,鮮甜爽口,飯券上蟹子紙菜牛油果給也配搭得洽到好處。才買$238 ,有時在菜市場買一隻龍蝦也不止這個價錢。特長三文魚壽司 - 這裡的招牌菜,8"長三文魚肥美可口,一件體積等於其他壽司店三件,$17一件真的無懈可擊。火炙燒平目木魚壽司 - 又名左口魚或比目魚,用火槍燙過的平木魚油香更特出,咀嚼時魚油香味混到每粒壽司飯上,回甘味濃。串燒 - 牛舌夠肉汁,餃子雞翼是招牌菜,雞皮燒得夠乾身,燒菠蘿在日本餐廳第一次吃到,配其串燒一起吃有消滯和增加食肉的效果。香芒蟹肉酥皮pizza (必點) - 這裏的特色菜,店長說 Pizza的餅皮是用酥皮疊六層,在放上芒果、蟹肉、芝士、底面反轉去燒,聽落也蠻多功夫,非常香口開胃,必點菜色。野菜雜錦天婦羅 - 不過不失吃完才發現吧台旁放了一些冰鎮飛機貨,有池魚、金目鯛、活赤貝、笠貝、生蠔、店員說會因應季節去選一些時令的海鮮,要吃飛機貨最好來之前打電話問一下當天有甚麼。這次沒有喝酒,看看菜單清酒價錢也很合理,看來這裏本人會經常回來。…Read More

中高端消費餐廳,食物味道一般

路經海港城,看到這家意大利餐廳,格調高尚,環境舒服,餐牌定價算是中高端消費,餐單上菜色選擇不多,直覺上應該是貴精不貴多那種。麵包 - 香口鬆軟,跟麵包的秘製醬料汁味度也很配合,內有橄欖油牛油和薑蓉。墨魚汁海鮮意粉 - 賣相很好,烹調水準卻不合格。意粉感覺上沒有煮熟,本人一向都喜歡吃較硬身的意粉或麵類,而這個明顯太硬,沒有煮熟。跟一般西班牙/意大利餐廳的墨魚汁意粉不同,意大利麵是用墨魚汁差出來,但醬汁卻沒有用到墨魚汁,也沒有墨魚汁的香味。醬汁是用白酒煮出來的醬汁,少少白酒汁掛在意粉上,跟一般白酒煮海鮮意粉一樣。其實點墨魚汁意粉其實就是期待每一口都吃到墨魚汁的香味,吃到整個嘴變黑也不會介意。醬汁有點偏鹹,蜆肉算新鮮但有沙,是差不多每一隻都有沙,高級餐廳收$200一碟的意粉可以給多一點誠意吧。番茄海鮮濃湯 - 賣$298的海鮮湯不覺得值這個價錢。味道還算可以,不算濃郁,亦品嚐不到海鮮鮮味,西餐海鮮湯來說算清淡。湯裏有一隻中蝦,兩隻小帶子,一些小蜆肉,和鯛魚切成超小粒,個人感覺不值這個價錢。還點了兩杯紅酒,賬單接近$800。如果喜歡餐廳的格調及氣氛而不計較食物味道或質素,可能還可以接受。如對食物質素、味道、烹調水準有要求的話,個人絕對不會推介這裏。…Read More

非常地道食物水準高的居酒屋

這家位於Sogo背後不起眼的居酒屋,以來過數次,沒有一次令我失望的。店長是日本人,在香港生活超過十年,店內裝修給人一種懷舊感,一半客人是日本人,店裡四周掛滿菜色名稱,居酒屋就是這樣吧。居酒屋一般以小食為主,這裡的小食確實做得非常出色👍🏻。推介以下菜色:高野豆腐口感特別,非常多汁,咬一口燙會填滿口裡青燙大筋完全沒渣薯仔沙律香甜,不會有膩或飽的感覺醬油煮東風螺爽甜公魚南蠻是佐酒佳品粟米天婦羅是其中招牌菜時令刺身也是不能決少的,這次就點了池魚薄切,鮮甜美味。不得不題這裡的壽司也做得十分出色,比很多壽司店做得還好。我每次都會點大拖羅壽司和海膽壽司,拖羅是最上盛貨色,入口即溶,油香滿滿。而海膽是用馬糞海膽,香濃甜美,有回甘滋味。…Read More

高勝價比有特色的海鮮丼

路經此地,發現新開的日本海鮮丼餐廳,研究一下餐牌,見圖片賣相不錯價錢合理,便決定進去一試。餐廳佈置很有日本情懷,感覺像置身日本地道餐廳一樣。午餐由$80起至$150 ,有湯有前菜,有這種格局環境感覺算便宜。前菜是店舖自家的特色辣番茄,味道不錯,感覺開胃。點了特上海宝丼,非常足料,食材新鮮,賣相亦非常好,海鮮舖得滿滿,有雪場蟹肉、三文魚子、海膽、甜蝦、章魚、小扁背。日本咪煮得剛好,粗未與溫度適中,非常好食。整體來說是家高性價比的海鮮丼店,這裡的海鮮丼頗有特色和一般海鮮丼有點不同,海鮮不只是魚生或海膽,用到真雪蟹和貝類是比較少有的。這樣的價錢有機會經過附近都會再返來光顧。…Read More

以經光顧了這家餐廳不下數十次,價格不算便宜,然而還是繼續光顧,他們的確是提共了一些獨特價值才會有一幫常客。食物以粵菜為主,也有意法菜色。一般家常小菜都有,也有一些他們的特色招排菜。當晚和太太點了2人餐,有燉湯,生炒骨,魚子醬金菇蒸水蛋,椒絲腐乳通菜,甜品選了紅棗盧薈燉雪梨。食物一向保持水準,口味適中不會重口或太淡,感覺上是沒有放味精的。初時兩三次光顧都覺得味道上算不過不失,而價格偏貴。後來慢慢覺得其他中餐廳和酒樓其實做不來這種恰到好處的家常口味,這亦是餐廳獨特吸引之處。其他推介菜色有豉汁涼瓜或豆腐炆銀雪魚,海鹽雞,法國牛柳,紅燒肋排,白醋凍魚等等,都做得很不錯。餐廳氣紛及服務整體給人親切舒服的感覺,桌子距離不會太濟,樓底高,老板和員工都當客人是朋友一樣款代。可能我算是街方常客,所以每次去就像去回家吃飯一樣。直得一提是這裡是免開瓶費的,經常有僱客都帶備餐酒來享用。餐廳也有賣餐酒,價格不貴,而選酒是有用心的。老板是紅酒愛好者,有時後客人會有機會品常到一些較罕有的好酒。…Read More
