香港九龍城泰國莱館林立,大部分餐廳都是由泰國人開設,泰國廚師主理,所以一般泰國人主理的餐廳,口味也很好 ! 但是如果一般泰國莱已經不能讓你滿足,或者你真的想嘗試傳統的泰國美食,泰皇閣一定能給你驚喜 !泰皇閣除了一般的泰國莱,還有以下的傳統泰國莱 :螞蟻蛋 ( 只接受預訂 )聽到名稱,很可怕呵 ! 螞蟻蛋在泰國是一道傳統名菜,不僅味道鮮美,而且還具有很高的營養價值。這是泰國最具代表性的美食 ! 他們看起來就像是沒成熟的螞蟻,每個隻有豌豆大小,將昆虫作為菜肴端上宴席,初來乍到的人目睹此情此景,定然是一陣心驚肉跳 ! 其實以螞蟻蛋作生菜包,以生菜沾食,味道鮮美 ! 如果害怕,戓是感覺不討好,還改用雞蛋一起炒吃,一樣香脆可口 !泰皇秘制鰂魚沙津鰂魚炸至乾身,伴以木瓜絲沙津,不同食法,不同口味 !泰東鴨肉生菜包一般泰國莱館生菜包都會用豬肉雞肉為主,但泰皇閣用了鴨肉作為生菜包,這其實泰國東邊比較平常的食法。爆炸蝦泰國特色美色之一,因為做法比較複習,考功夫,所以一般泰國莱館很少可以品嘗。想試試特色的泰國莱,泰皇閣不失為一個最佳選擇 ! …Read More

朋友叙會,往九龍城新開泰國菜館,可能是新開張,未太多人認識,我地一行4人,唔難揾位。首先,一定係泰式基本小吃,冬蔭公湯,泰式生蝦,串燒 ...泰式生蝦,新鮮大隻,醬汁酸酸辣辣,開胃醒神。串燒,小妺比軟喜歡雞軟骨,細細粒,有口感,送酒必備。其次泰式香腸,酸酸地,泰國腸的特式。朋友不太喜歡泰國椰菜苗 ( 唉 ... 我至愛喲 ),所以叫了馬拉盏通菜,好吃,微辣。然後叫了燒雞,朋友忍唔住,電話無得食先,食左大半 ... 失禮 !主菜老闆推介咖喱炒蟹,唉 ... 老闆都唔明白女兒家心事,食蟹麻煩兼失儀態呵 ! 唷 ... 所以我們叫了咖喱炒蜆。上莱時,朋友都 "O" 嘴,因為隻蜆大到呢,有相為証 ... 我地叫完蒜蓉包,再叫薄餅,再叫蒜蓉包 .... 因為 咖喱汁實在太好味了 !其實小妺已經很飽 ( 要留肚食甜品呢 ),但係朋友一定要有飯落肚,再叫多個蝦醬炒飯,嘩嘩嘩 ... 又清碟 !
