第一次去食時覺得個爆葱滷肉飯同鹽酥雞好食。之後去過幾次發覺只有這兩味好食,其他的真係可以唔使試。今日芋泥燒排骨餐、花雕麻油雞湯麵和兩個小食。先講排骨,芋泥淋在排骨上不夠熱,排骨又硬又嚡;至於花雕雞,湯是夠熱的,但洒在上面的杞子則是凍的,像剛從雪櫃取出來,雞就同排骨一樣,又硬又嚡。總之排骨同雞都像是煲完湯的肉。在門外見到米芝蓮2024的poster, 心想本來味道不錯的餐廳,為阿會變得如此難食,還是只有滷肉飯和鹽酥雞ok,其他的都可以免了。…Read More

本來一向支持小店,亦去過很多次,但今天下午約四時去,沒有什麼人,點了一個米線、一個撈米線兩杯飲品。首先其中一杯飲品漏單,要向店員追才補上,這是小問題。到上米線,食落完全沒有麻辣味,原來同店員落單小辣,但他卻入錯小小辣。見係小店,算喇照食,也無謂惹麻煩,只是在埋單時講一聲;但店員連最基本的禮貌都沒有,只是敷衍地答一句:「哦,係咩。」。完全沒有丁點兒覺得有問題!就算支持小店,小店也要有最基本的服務態度。一句講哂,不會再去。…Read More

點四個菜有兩個唔掂

點了椰青蜆、椒鹽軟殼蟹、浮萍餅、火車頭及2杯凍清補涼。其中椰青蜆同浮萍餅都出事🤮1)椰青煮蜆第一次上桌時基本上是香茅加清水煮蜆,相信是廚師忘記了加入椰青及椰青水,向侍應反映後拿回廚房,我以為廚房應該是重新再煮一份上桌,可是送回來的只是加進了椰青水及肉再煮的「椰青煮蜆」,當中湯水已變得很混濁,蜆亦因為煮得過熟而變硬。唯有再向經理反映;經理說廚房已煮了兩次,建議我取消。2)浮萍餅第一次上桌時未蒸熟,通知侍應拿回廚房,之後經理親自拿回那碟浮萍餅,說廚房告訴他己經煮熟;我唯有建議他叫廚師自己試試,碟底仍然是糊狀。經理先生聽後就拿回廚房。之後送回一份新做的浮萍餅,今次是熟了,但味道與以往的很大分別,以前浮萍餅口感比較煙韌,表面平滑,用鐵匙羹輕輕一挑就能挑出,今次的卻表面粗鞋,看到粉仍是一粒粒,餅亦粘在小碟上不容易挑出。另外,以往浮萍餅是跟魚露上桌,但今次卻是跟檬汁,口味變得奇怪難食。…Read More

兩點後去食午餐,只有兩、三檯客,員工多過食客。只有一張午餐餐牌,客人自己填表;點了一個八色伴飯加牛肉、一個牛肉炒粉絲、另加一個泡菜煎餅及兩杯飲品。這樣簡單也可以攪錯兩樣,八色伴飯沒有牛肉,要提醒侍應送回廚房加;另外泡菜煎餅竟然漏了單,摧了兩次,到食完飯同粉絲仍未上,最後唯有取消。食物水準也強差人意,一般韓國菜都會跟一些前菜,這裡提供了一碟三款的前菜:薯仔、椰菜及泡菜;薯仔味道可以,椰菜只得咸味;泡菜是我一生吃過最難食的。伴飯及粉絲的牛肉,既無味道更又硬又乾!最後埋單都要叫三次,如此沒有誠意、禮貌欠奉、食物難食的餐廳,去一次當中伏!…Read More

翠華價錢比一般茶餐廳貴三成以上,但食物質量較有保証;想不到這間開正在翠華自己寫字樓樓下的會差成咁!仲夠膽同人話“咖哩稱王”;今日點了他們的咖哩牛腩飯,$58唔包飲品,一上檯咖哩稀到水咁不只,雖然牛腩尚算軟淋,但份量很少,只有幾件!牛腩的味道不過不失,但一咬落件薯仔,竟然是生的,應該只煮了一會便上碟!唯有轉第樣,印尼炒飯啦,來到見冇左蝦,問個waiter點解,佢竟然話印尼炒飯係冇蝦既!我反問番佢咁點解餐牌張相會有蝦。佢先死死地氣拿走碟飯,轉過頭回來用手指指下碟飯,原來有兩隻蝦仁埋了在隻蛋下,大家都應明白點解不敢放隻蝦在蛋上而埋在蛋下!算啦好又一餐,唔好又一餐,點知炒飯竟然濕過濕炒牛河,飯上全是獻汁,完全不像炒過,上面幾片蝦片就又淋又似發泡膠。最後草草吃了幾啖便放棄!…Read More
