A school friend of my kids suggested a gathering here. We only ordered snacks and drinks to cover minimum spending. We ordered fried prawn balls and French fries. The fried items are all freshly made.Really hot when served. Fries are super crunchy. The Taiwanese soy marinated wings are surprisingly good. Not too salty, but with a tinge of sweetness. We also ordered fruit tea and juice for the kids, the fruit tea is a pleasant surprise but I find it a bit pricy at $80.Kids have a great time.I got two kids age 2 and 4, they easily spent 3 hours here. 西班牙和其他歐洲地方其實很不一樣,可能是隔住個山脈,加上比較接近非洲,人種,文化,天氣,都不同。去歐洲第一次俾人打荷包都係巴塞羅那。準確一點來說應該是,全地球唯一一次俾人打荷包,就發生在巴塞羅那的地鐵,令人印象深刻。當然食物也很不樣。 回說上到Sabrosa ,也是朋友介紹的,入口的位置令人有點confused, 說好是怡和街,但竟然卻是在渣甸街入口。上到去,裝修很令人舒服,光線比較浪漫,適合情侶,也適合一大夥人談天說地。 一行五人,坐低點左個芝士火腿 platter 及啤酒。很基本的tapas 也叫了。Beef garden 真的能做到色香味俱全。自家製的三文魚也很出色。也點了時令的海鮮,風味感覺很像 la Rambla boqueria 內的海鮮餐廳。由於是新鮮購買所以質素也很好。也點了用家推介的乳豬和海鮮飯,沒有令人失望。甜品方面,churros 有驚喜,本人推介喝了幾杯酒,過了一個愉快的晚上。建議預早訂枱,窗口位置很搶手。…Read More

第一次去旺記,是差不多10年前。 當其時還在時代廣場後面,夜晚十一二點我們去吃宵夜打冷。之後搬了去灣仔街市,都有繼續幫襯。疫情期間成日都買外賣滷水回家吃。現在搬了過嚟巴路士街,當然也會去,看看什麼情況。新店舖明顯比灣仔道大了很多,非常乾淨光猛。沒有花巧的佈置,櫥窗掛住招牌潮州菜式。下午五時,我們算是第一批的食客吧,第一樣上來的當然是潮州滷水鵝,韭菜豬紅。滷水的香味,鵝肉的肥美,醋汁的酸味,再飲番啖啤酒,你懂的。豬紅略為油膩,但是菜式不是這樣就不好吃,也很挺身,都有啲咬口。個人喜歡再點辣椒油,濃味一點。此外還點了小炒。豉椒鵝腸及椒鹽九肚魚。先講椒鹽九肚魚。不算太大條的,大約手指大細。揸得非常乾身,外皮非常脆,要俾個讚佢。豉椒鵝腸似乎是去了肥膏,咬上去非常爽脆。味道很好,但略為油膩。唯有再飲多一啖啤酒吧。價錢很街坊,職員也很友善。 …Read More

有 facebook友話呢間新開正,元朗又冇乜正宗的鐵板燒,加上聽聞師傅係銅鑼灣某頂級鐵板燒工作多年出身咁啱又路經呢頭,又點會錯過?地址唔明,Google map又唔知啱唔啱,打去餐廳問路,職員接聽,一句 ‘吟 gin鐵板燒!‘ 印象深刻。開12點,準時到,第一個入店。地點原來係爾巒 7-11 對面,即天空之城後面,車位充足!應該好新, Google map都係show 個地盤。入內冷氣好凍! 鐵板燒必須,食到身水身汗就唔得喇!叫個set lunch吧。先上個沙律,跟日式醋汁,爽口又開胃。之後有銀鱈魚,師傅將塊魚皮分開煎,非常爽脆! 魚新鮮,一d都唔霉,點少少鹽就已好好食再上係大蝦,佢又係好熟手地去壳,去腸,一問之下原來係差不多20年功力!(佢個樣似80後囉,唉我蠢左,早知問佢用咩牌子護膚)加少少牛油汁,點 d 橙醬,正。海鮮係食得出新鮮,做鐵板,材料真係重要,唔知佢係唔係元朗入貨呢…師傅問我食唔食麵包,好吖試吓係加牛油沙糖,煎到糖分 caramelize.好香脆,驚喜!牛肉我揀左薄燒由於係第1轉客,師傅也順道要做炸蒜片,見佢用中火,慢慢地用心將蒜片炒到金黄色,再擺埋一邊等佢乾脆我要5成熟,佢熟手地煎,放炸蒜片,再卷起佢,就上得碟啱啱好5成,都係點橙醬好味餐另有鵝肝,我唔識食,但煎嗰陣好香,隔離枱話好味,想也不錯了吧!仲有炒飯,當然係珍珠米,唔係用冷飯,係用熱飯,都炒倒一粒粒分明爽口,一d 都唔油,其實真係唔易。仲有雪糕或cheese cake,coffee or tea,不過我已夠飽了。價錢合理,食物很好,大滿足!師傅都幾 interactive ,邊煮都會傾兩句,感覺親切。會再來。…Read More
