兩星期前,到東大街晚飯後,路過看見特式小店'夜功府'剛開張,小店裝修很有特式,門面擺設亦精緻,因已吃過晩飯,我們一行四人便入內點了飲品和自家制魚棒,聊聊天,環境十分舒服,魚棒很有特色,椰青很清甜,不錯!因朋友提議再到此小店一試,一行人再到此吃晚飯,我們四人點了以下菜式:- 招牌清邁腸$68,很特別,老闆說是廚師媽媽親手每天新鮮弄制的,把香料和豬肉釀入豬腸,味道一流,很香口很特別,在出面泰餐從未吃過。- 燒楊氏烏頭$158,魚很新鮮,沒泥味,唔腥,點上秘制海鮮辣汁味道好味又刺激,本地魚場飼養唔怕受污染,值得推介。- 曼谷生菜包$66,肉碎內有米碎,香口惹味,口感好,不錯!- 夜功府炒金邊粉$68,味道不錯,蝦肉爽口,讃!- 串燒牛肋條$22,有牛味,有咬口又juicy,驚喜!- 串燒雞奕兩隻$18,不錯!- 串燒雞軟骨$12,佐酒一流!- 泰式燒爉腸$14,香口又驚喜,超值!- 自制墨魚棒$32兩條,把墨魚肉釀在蔗上,鮮甜又好味,特色。- 燒豬頸肉沙律$58,芹菜紅洋蔥配以香辣豬頸肉,好!又飲又吃,大滿足!:)(原來此店有焗大頭蝦,但那天沽清,下次再來試試先!)
