第一次經過見到門口嘅餐牌感覺有點似何文田嗰間Top Blade Steak Lab, 任食薯條都一樣,只係Top Blade煮咗塊扒俾你,而Chop Steak就係放上熱石度你自己烤,自己衡量想要幾熟就幾熟!塊扒其實真係普通,一來我又第一次去啦,又要烤又要食,有點手忙腳亂(另外一提,餐具同醬汁係自助嘅)。薯條真係唔脆嘅,隔離枱個小姐一放入口即刻同waitress 講唔脆要換過,之後我聽到個waiter同個waitress講,呢個世界真係好多麻煩人,仲要佢哋係一定生存到。希望我係誤會佢,其實佢唔係話緊隔離枱個小姐啦😛!可能佢唔係老闆未必要接受到麻煩客,但要求換食物當然係俾個機會呢間餐廳啦,仲要新開嘅,員工投入啲老闆都放心啦!其實佢哋一直都掛住傾計㗎喇,有時個waiter傾到講埋粗口,又傾到唔執枱,到上扒知唔夠位放,執一個碗又無執其他碗!好!講返食物,叫咗牛肩胛同西冷,肉質ok嘅少咗啲牛味,加$20有湯,沙律&任食薯條,湯同沙律唔錯,薯條唔脆。加錢有埋飲品!可以一讚👍🏽,佢哋會等你食晒湯同沙律先再上個扒俾你嘅,waiter 有提意手扒可以切好一塊塊先放上熱石烤!加油,可以有待改進!…Read More
