之前來食過都不錯的日式居酒屋餐廳,今次原來推出了幾個套餐是無限時任食和牛、刺身、炸物等等,由最基本是《觀星》$488、《嘗月》$688、《夜空》$1088等三個套餐,嘗月同夜空都可以任食靚和牛,《夜空》就多了海鮮,到最後我同朋友揀左中間果款套款,淨食和牛追加多幾次已經抵哂。聽店員講十月份逢星期四五六有halloween音樂祭,可以一邊聽歌一邊食燒肉。【炸物、前菜】炸物方面,有南瓜、冬菇、秋葵、吉列蝦等等,炸物不會油膩又脆身。【刺身】刺身又五款選擇,有三文魚、甜蝦、帶子、三文魚腩、北寄貝等,每款刺身都非常新鮮又鮮甜。【京都黑毛姬牛】姬牛一來到非常吸引,精美的大理石紋,其口感如絲般融化【宮崎和牛五款】宮崎牛是一種口感緊緻滑順,霜降均勻散佈在其間,因此儘管脂肪豐富,口感卻清爽不油膩肉眼:咁多之中,肉眼是最肉質柔嫩,牛味濃郁,雪花脂分佈平均。牛腹腩:這部分的肉脂肪含量較高,肉質鮮嫩多汁,所以比較油膩。牛小排:油花適中,放上網燒散發出濃郁的牛香味。內側後腿肉:油花平均,肉味突出,是我最愛之一。西冷:是和牛後腰脊肉,近臀部的部分,肉味最濃,油花分佈均勻,入口即溶。【黑豚腩肉、梅頭】黑豚腩肉:油脂分佈較多,口感細嫩,燒完帶點濃濃的香甜味。黑豚梅頭:油花分佈均勻,帶來爽口幼滑的雙重口感,非常鮮嫩美味。到最後假如是三五知己,又可以沒有限時的話,食完又可以吹水飲野,是不錯之選。…Read More
